She isn't necessarily one to strike up a conversation (she particularly strays away from men) though when her curiosity strikes, it's pretty difficult to ignore her and her less-than subtle attempts at figuring out exactly what you have. Especially without actually asking you personally. As a result, she becomes painfully embarrassed once the subject of her curiosity points her out. She's an observer mostly, and to some, her moments of stillness almost seem enchanting to those who catch a glimpse.

㊬Bio↔ Much like her small home in Gunma, Aria was born within a small family of her young mother & father, to whom found themselves in poverty due to unforseen circumstances shortly before her birth. Naturally, it was a joyous occasion for her mother to finally have their first child, however, the child's features were nothing short of peculiar: she donned hair as yellow as wheat and eyes that mimicked the deepest depths of the lake, or so her father liked to proclaim. The reactions varied from it being a blessed act of the divine bestowed upon the poor town, to the act of a demon. (Which wasn't as far-fetched as they thought.) As much of an oddity as it was, news spread quickly within their small village, and as the years passed, her presence circulated throughout the factions in passing conversation. This brought a lot of attention to the small family, and her father wasted no time in taking advantage of the situation.
Over the years, travelers would pass through on the wind of such a rumor simply to catch a glimpse of the girl. Day after day, her father would set up a cushion and a small radius of candles by the door of their home, along with a bowl meant for 'offerings' as Aria would take her perch, presented as one would a doll, to greet passer-bys. She would be clad in the finest garb they could afford, accented with a ribbon and bell tied neatly around her neck; an affectionate nod to her mother, presumably. Much to their luck, the girl's kind presence would more often than not receive a positive reaction, and just as equally ones of bewilderment and wonder. Aria was young, so the attention never necessarily bothered her, though it made her mother uneasy at times.
Regardless, the family thrived off of their daughter's popularity for several years until her 12th birthday; a man of wealthy means had heard of a child bearing golden locks and eyes like sapphire, so naturally he took it upon himself to seek out this little wonder. It took him little time to be positively enchanted by the girl, and feverishly offered the father a deal to have the girl present for one of his gatherings with the promise of a handsome payment. And of course, he agreed. Although her mother could not be swayed to have her live with the nobleman, Aria was scheduled to attend these 'parties' once every month for as long as the nobleman had requested. This arrangement had only lasted a month shy of a year due to an accident in the nobleman's home and the sudden disappearance of Aria's father.
Aria no longer would sit outside of the hut nor would she greet those who came to see her. She and her mother fled the village in fear of the nobleman's return to start their life anew in Gunma. It was within that month that the Hiroku daughter began to experience....changes, changes very different from the ones young girls her age would expect. It was then that the origin of her 'blessings' had became apparent. Long forgotten in the old village, the lore of the Lucky Cat brought light to their story as Aria's life quickly began to change.

One night, a woman stumbled upon the Great Cat of Luck,Yotarugi amidst her travel home. Startled, the demon turned to the woman before exclaiming, "You have caught me, human! It takes a lot of luck to find one as elusive as myself; what can I offer you in return for keeping my presence secret? I can assure any and all luck in your favor." Although somewhat frightened of the demon, the woman asked for the blessing of fertility. "A child, and nothing more. I only ask to give love to something of my own."
Yotarugi smiled at the proposition. "You shall bear a strong, healthy child. However, seeing as you have caught me unawares, allow me a night to gather my strength and I shall return my appreciation for your cooperation." With that, the demon vanished into the night. The woman ran home, regaling the tale to her husband, but kept their pact to herself in fear of his response. He was expectantly less than enthused by her nonsensical mutterings, and forbade her to speak anything more of these superstitions.
The next morning, the man was met with a strange being perched in front of his home. It bore the resemblance of a feline and a handsome man, to which the bewildered man demanded it's reasoning for being there. "I've come to bestow my good luck, of course! Though it seems I've been caught yet again.." The husband was instantly puzzled, but intrigued as Yotarugi relayed his conditions for his silence. "Money! And recognition! I'm tired of this impoverish life; I used to be the son of a nobleman....now look where I am! My lips are sealed, cat, so long as you can grant me that."
The man's wife then stepped outside upon hearing the commotion and froze; had he come to take back her wish for telling her husband? The sudden realization brought a smile to the demon's face as he looked over the two a moment.
Quietly, he pulled the husband aside and spoke: "In exchange for the wealth that you so greatly desire, I shall take your wife for 3 nights. To receive, you must give so that I may imbue her with the luck needed for your request. No matter the luck you receive, unity survives overall worldly difficulties.Once she returns, you must care and tend to her for an entire winter, and then you shall receive all the treasures in the world." The husband eagerly accepted with that promise in mind. Just as the demon had said, the woman returned 3 nights later, and the husband did as he was told. It was that winter that a child was born, with hair of gold and eyes of sapphire.
"A child born of my blood and water, raise them well in my stead, and all the luck in the world shall be yours."

The victim is then dragged down in an attempt to suffocate them at the risk of Aria drowning herself.
2↔ Gyomō -- If near water, or in water, Aria can raise up a thin 'net' of water that can be altered into bindings or 'thread'. Similarly, they can be used to bind, slow down, and cut if given great focus and physical means.
3↔ Golden Cat's Blessing -- Any prominent gestures of affection (personal blessing, kiss, offering of ribbon..) received by the Golden Cat results in a greater amount of luck! (+3-5 to all stats, depending on dice roll for 4 posts.)

Within the next hour, she regains demonic strength, and her physical features (ears and tail) begin to appear. The longer she goes without a binding charm, the stronger the charm is needed to revert back, which is a painful process in itself. Her strength wanes the closer she reaches the night of the new moon, while she is at her strongest during the full moon.
