These females are the close-range, secretive type. They wouldn't fight openly, but make sure that no one sees them doing their dirty work. Feminine to a T, their charms and wiles are as dangerous as the weaponry that is no-doubt hidden on their bodies somewhere! They are also females who dislike imperfections of any sort. Scars, wounds, anything, would be promptly covered. It's also considered very bad taste to make an issue of another's disfigurements...in public. This clan would be the best-behaved clan, outwardly.

The Elder:

This is the new elder for the clan Embrae. What happened to the old elder? That's a very good question. Perhaps you can tell ME that? The old elder had many enemies of course, as one in her position commonly does. She also had allies, however. Before her most mysterious disappearance she was reaching out to the elders of the other clans, forging alliances. She was particularly close to the elder of the Phantasm clan. Did she overstep? Did one of her rivals take her out? Whatever happened it had been done quietly because no one has been up in arms about it and here is this new elder that no one had ever heard of. Based on what you know about the clan and the info I provided above, tell me a story about how your elder has come to power. You can incorporate something to do with the old elder (she isn't dead though so no death) or maybe this girl just took advantage of her strange disappearance. Either way, let's hear the tale.

Elder's personality: Sigal is a fair and honorable leader, diplomatic even but she knows she must be ruthless if the situation calls for it. Her clans well being is her only concern. If someone challenges them she would try to come to a understanding but if one can not be met she would stand up for Embrae everywhere, taking whatever means necessary to keep her clan safe.
Elder's backstory/rise to power: Sigal was groomed to become the Embrae elder from birth, she was to be Anwens successor. Though hidden in the shadows her whole life, she was told there would come a time when she would be needed. She had been taught the ins and outs of all succubi clans cultures, so that as elder she could negotiate freely among them as she see fit. Sigal Was fiercely intelligent as well as strong, spending most of her younger years learning the art of the sword. She knew that though her clan did not openly fight much, that she could at any moment be challenged to a privet duel or even be discreetly attacked, and if she were weak would be assassinated.... when Anwen vanished this is what Sigal feared happened to the old elder, she would never know for sure. All she could do is hope that she could be there for the Embrae where Anwen was no or could not be.

She works to balance things out, in the most fair ways to all, unless a highly powerful, respected being were to cross her way, she isn't a fighter afterall. Though win her love, prepare to be spoiled, as long as it lasts anyway!
Elder's backstory/rise to power:She came out of the wood-works surprisingly quickly, As if like a phoenix and used her 'charms' , 'mannerisms' and cunning to take the prized elder status. Almost as if she stole into the role but also fitting into it shockingly well. A bit crude and unorthodox but it somehow worked. This action promoted new needed growth, the clan had just become a lot livelier! After all, it is in her name to lead.

Elder's personality: Bella can easily play the part of whatever she needs to be. She has no problem pretending to be the naive female, subservient and willing to obey. Don't let that full you. Isabella is very quick witted. She will easily have you caught in her web before you realize there is even a game afoot. She loves to play on others emotions, getting them to do whatever she needs to get her job done. Despite this, however, she is completely loyal to her clan and her Goddess.
Elder's backstory/rise to power:
Isabella was young when she first met Anwen. The young succubus began to admire Anwen and her strength, longing to prove her worth to the Elder. However, the older she grew, the more she realized that Anwen wasn't the model of perfection that she had pictured in her mind.. And while she remained loyal, there was talk of others who wanted to overthrow Anwen.

When she overheard the whispers, she grew suspicious and started to investigate, and when no one would listen to her, she decided to take matters into her own hands. Isabella found out that the attacks were to take place in a single night. So she did her best to thwart every attacker.. but she was too late. One had gotten through to Anwen's chamber and by the time that Isabella got there... She was stunned when she saw the figure turn to look at her. The woman was dressed in a black cloak, her wings stretching out behind her with blood on her knife. Isabella shrieked in rage and began to battle her. The battle lasted minutes and yet it was over quicker than she could of imagined as the two women both held swords to each other's throats... a draw.

She heard a laugh come from the woman's mouth as she drew back her hood. "Well done, Isabella." A smile stretched upon her face. Isabella's heart leapt when she saw the woman's face. It was Anwen.

"But... how..." She studdered, her sword faltering in her hand. "You... they..."
Anwen smiled at her and let her sword drop to her side. "I had to see.. They said you were gifted.. I needed to see how much." She drew in her breath, turning to look out the balcony to the expanse below. "I am leaving." She replied in a vague manner. "And... I need a successor." She shifted on her heels to glance at the younger woman. "You.. Isabella. You passed my test, and I want you to lead our clan."

Isabella was speechless. There were so many questions she wanted to ask, to know. However, she knew she shouldn't question her Elder's choices. She fell to the ground, her head bowed. "I am honored.. and I will do you proud."
