Where was that b*****d, Ruelash wondered, as he stalked through the jungle on Sauron's trail. Apparently, rumor had it, Sauron had restricted the time that Sezarra could spend with the ice man, and that pissed Ruelash off.
The kid understood him - they got each other, like he and Iroia did - and he liked hanging around her. It made him feel like a halfway decent person, or at least a tamed beast. He'd never hurt her. He'd never hurt no kid, ever.
Ruelash hadn't bothered to confirm the rumor. He simply charged after Sauron like the monster everybody said he was, determined to beat some sense into the stupid man.
Finally, he caught a glimpse of the man, barely visible in the dark forest, and he pounced at him with a feral roar, blades out. "You b*****d!" he howled.

"Hello!" he called out, being a friendly guy.
And then, out from amidst the trees, he heard a yell, and saw the flash of blades. Blades were bad. This was bad! Nuawahn's eyes widened and he cast a spell that shimmered in the air around the man... not the bad man... and would make him faster.
He ran to him, hoping that his speeding spell would help the man - the probably nice one - get out of the way...

Sauron Attempts to Dodge
19 + 5 + 2 = 26 Dodge Success
Sauron was busily stuffing his face with greens. Lunch was best fresh and right from the ground was as fresh as it got. Then he could take some back to his family for dinner too. He munched contentedly, occasionally stuffing another ball of greens into his mouth. It was a peaceful passtime...that was until Iroia's friend thing tried to skewer him. He had a brush of wind and an odd sound as his only warning...then something else hit him and he got all tingly and much faster. He spat out the veggies so he wouldn't choke on them and zipped out of the way spinning and bringing the spear up that he didn't remember grabbing. Wow.. that was an odd trip.
"What in the name of the gods is your problem?!" The man was acting like a radaku whos tail had been purposly defurred. Sauron looked around for others, and besides a wind boy nearby saw no invading army or other untrustworthy thing..could the wind be the target? Had Ruelash been hit in the head so many times he couldn't tell between a shifter spear and a wind ...whatever he was? Ugh.
Best to diffuse the situation a little before he fought back. Sauron tried for a trip. It had worked on Kelina and Kelina was so fast she was nigh on invincible.

He might as well have tripped over his own tongue for all the good his gesture did him. A branch caught him, arrested his forward movement and slammed his formerly handsome face into bole of a formerly dignified old tree. Sauron spit blood and gurgled about his clutziness.

No one was going to stop that kid – a kid right after his own heart no less – from doing whatever she wanted, by the frost, not even her Pa... he was honestly too wimpy to really be her pa, though how else it could work Ruelash had no idea.
He shot the vaguely familiar wind tribesman a sour look. ”Stay out of this!” he snapped, pouncing at Sauron, blades angled down, his eyes ferocious and wild. ”It ain't none o' yer business!”

Not that this was Ruelash's buisness anyway.. Sauron was started to get mad but the wind boy was right fighting was bad and Ruelash was Sezarra's friend...if a somewhat unique one. It would make her upset if her father were to hurt her friend. Then again she didn't need to fight out. Insult Sauron all you wanted but insult his parenting skills and he gets mad.

Ruelash had heard someone say it, and it had made sense since she hadn't come by. He wasn't sure if that meant she was held against her will or not, and he wasn't arrogant enough to believe that she would only ever go to him. Why should she? It'd be boring if that was the case.
But two and two and two made four to Ruelash, and so he had just assumed... and he wasn't shaking that assumption so easily.
”Heard it somewheres or other.” he growled, stepping back a bit and crossing his swords, ”She ain't no kid no more.” he protested. The blades began to shimmer a strange white, as if frosting over. Frost? In the jungle?
Direk stomped out from the trees and headbutted the lancer right as Ruelash swiped forward, releasing a sheet of ice from his blades. It shattered in the air, raining cold, misty, icicles onto Sauron. ”You ain't got no right to ground her at all.
It was as if he hadn't really been listening...
