(( Only Officer characters can RP in this subforum. ))
This is the headquarters for all the divisions of the Zatao Police Force. Located in bustling Katarina City, some mistakenly believe it is solely for the Katarina Police Force, but it is not. It's a fairly tall building, standing at a few stories high.
All amenities on the premises are provided free of charge. If you are slacking off on the job, however, a Commander will be sent to talk to you.
All liberated Pokemon should be turned in with a Commander. They will be hopefully returned to their rightful owner, but Pokemon whose owners cannot be located will be returned to you.
(( You must have permission to RP on floors coded in red, but otherwise, feel free to start a RP in any of the other rooms, including training battles. ))

[F1] Ground Floor
The ground floor's predominant feature is a large desk with numerous secretaries presiding over it.
[F2]
The second floor consists of a dining hall, mission distribution center, an info desk, and a ground transportation unit. The dining hall is where officers socialize and brag about their adventures while off-duty. The mission distribution center is where officers can claim new missions and report on completed missions. The ground transportation unit has cars and motorcycles and has an exit to the ground floor. The info desk is where members can ask general questions, contact high ranking officers, and get permission to access transportation, weapons, or other equipment for missions.
[F3]
The third floor has a training stadium, exercise room, and recreational rooms. The training stadium is where officers can battle each other and level up their pokemon. The exercise room has all kinds of gym equipment to keep you in shape for missions. There's also a pool for a full body workout. Recreational rooms include various sports, a library, and a spa just to relax.
[F4]
Storage rooms for recovered goods, weapons, and provisions for missions are located here. A special key card is required to get into these rooms. On the far side, there are cells, detention rooms, and interrogation rooms for especially heinous criminals.
[F5]
Commander and Lieutenant offices. Chief's Quarters. This floor is locked and only accessible to high ranking officers, or if accompanied by someone with access. The chief is a fairly aged woman who has decades of experience. She generally tends to paperwork and allows the younger generation to handle most of the other duties.

P R O M O T I O N
Officers can be promoted by earning points from missions, RPing in TRH, recruiting a new member, and liberating pokemon. Officers usually have a partner for missions, but occasionally can complete a mission on their own.
Missions are the same as RPs, but have a goal that must be completed at the end of the RP. Completed RPs must be at least 15 posts (at least 5 must be from you if RPing with others) with each post being 2 sentences minimum. Battles that fit the minimum count in this, as well. Rocket RP events count as one RP. Missions completed during RP events count as participation in the event, not for extra points. Solo missions or RPs with around 300+ words counts as one RP.
** If you already have a Officer character before the rank revamp and have at least one completed RP with your character before 1/27/15, they will start off as a Officer unless you want to be a Officer-In-Training. Just make a note when applying for promotion.
- Complete a mission (RP) : 6 points - Complete any RP in HQ: 6 points - Participate in a Team Frontier RP Event: 6 points (You must have participated enough to earn a consolation pokemon, also counts as a part of normal RP points-- not for mission points) - Complete a training battle in HQ: 3 points - Solo RP or Solo mission: 3 points - Liberate (capture) a Pokemon: 1 point (Has to be owned by you, not only liberated in RP) - Recruit a member: 1 point (You can have this done with RP)
Title your threads in this forum with [PRP] for private RP, [ORP] for open RP, [SRP] for solo RP, and [Battle] for battle threads.
R A N K S - Points are cumulative.
[Officer-in-Training] Requirement: 0 points. The bottom tier rank. Every member of the force starts off as a Officer-in-Training and works their way up. Officers-in-Training are only allowed to go on missions with Officers or higher ranked members of the force.
[Officer] Requirement: 18 points with 2 completed missions. Officers have shown that they can take orders and can be depended on to get missions done. They are allowed to choose their missions and can go with a partner or by themselves.
[Sergeant] Requirement: 36 points with 4 completed missions. Besides taking on missions, sergeants can hold small roles within HQ, like coming up with new missions, being security, or recruiting new members.
[Lieutenant] Requirement: 54 points with 6 completed missions and participated in 1 Team Frontier RP Event. Lieutenants take orders from Commanders and may be given special roles in RP events. The number of Lieutenants at HQ will be limited.
[Commander] Commanders know the ins and outs of what is going on at HQ and manage Lieutenants. They take orders directly from the Chief. (Rank given to staff owned members only).
