Bio: Takashi was born in death city's very own hospital. It was a very happy day for his father, Takeshi. After years of battling the man was finally ready to start a family and leave the past behind him. And so Takeshi raised the young boy, always giving the best for his son. As time went on, Takashi got the chance to meet Takeshi's old companions, Takeshi would introduce them to Takashi as aunts or uncles. In turn, Takashi formed strong bonds with these people, he cared for them as if they really were his aunt or uncle, because they were family. Growing up, Takeshi would tell his son stories of his heroic adventures. Takashi made sure to listen closely, he was always so enthralled with the man's stories. Among his favorites was the time him and auntie Xuza were battling in the death meister academy's training field, he'd always laugh extra hard hearing how she heard everything backwards and walked funny. The ones that included awesome action were also on his list of favorites, he loved the awesome adventures of team Furious Angels. The two were as close as father and son could possibly be, even Takara, Takashi's sister who had been born two years after him, was growing jealous. It wasn't until Takashi began showing signs of mysterious behavior, and strange happenings around the child, that things changed. Takeshi was back working for the academy for unknown reasons while his son was left with his mother, sister, and newborn baby brother. The boy felt like his father stopped loving him and grew lonely. Takeshi was always traveling now, while at the same time keeping an unintentional distance between Takashi whenever he was home. Takeshi would just retreat to his own room of which no one but his wife and him were allowed.

Time went by and Takashi was a little older now by the age of thirteen. Takeshi was still working for Lady Death, but now he was around the house more. He had enough time to spend hanging out with his kids and beautiful wife. Takeshi realized that he desperately needed more time to get to know his kids, as well as reconnect with Takashi. So at first he tried training with the boy, allowing him to keep his inherited powers under control, it seemed to be working. Takashi was feeling better about himself and happier now that his father was around. That wouldn't stop Takeshi though from trying to take things further, in order to reconnect with his whole family. Thinking of what would be the best approach the father thought of a family outing into this forest he knew, far from death city. Takashi and his younger brother Takao were overjoyed since they had never gone camping before, but Takara and her mother disapproved the idea. It became a boys only journey once Takara refused to go because she thought she might find a spider crawling on her while she slept. Takeshi just let her stay home with his wife while he took the two boys, at first everything was fine and dandy, until Takeshi lost his son Takashi in the woods. Takashi was left all alone in this dense and vast forest, he was scared and confused. Screaming out for his father he had all these ideas in his head that he was going to die. It took five hours for Takeshi to find his son and it wasn't because he was searching hard, he was so carefree and confident that he would find Takashi sooner that he didn't bother using his abilities to search for him. He also thought it might be good for Takashi as well, letting the boy fend for himself would toughen him up. During those five hours Takashi was scared, but not alone. Something... odd happened. Takashi had discovered something new about himself, he was able to communicate and understand animals. It was empathy that he discovered, but this was different as he could use this ability on animals. When Takeshi finally found his son he was surrounded by numerous inhabitants of the forest. There were deer, rabbits, birds, foxes, and even bears. Takeshi was surprised and Takao was too busy freaking out from the presence of bears to notice what Takashi was doing. The father had found his son in a forest clearing, surrounding by friendly critters keeping him company. After that they continued their camping trip, it seemed like a waste to just go back home. During the whole trip Takashi refused to talk to Takeshi, nothing would get the boy to utter a single word towards him. Now everything was an argument between the two, especially the topic on which school Takashi would be attending which is still going strong after two years.

Takeshi wanted Takashi to work for Lady Death as a meister while Takashi wanted to dive deeper into the history of magic, and see if he could discover if it's related to his empathic abilities. The reason why the boy's father was so reluctant to let him pursue the path of magic though, was so he could keep him from learning the truth, that he wasn't a real warlock. What the father was really trying to avoid was letting Takashi discover what he truly is, a half-breed angel. Takeshi has been keeping this secret and will continue to do so until he felt the time was right, but he couldn't bare to let Takashi find out how much Takeshi felt like he failed as a father. There were other things that Takeshi had tried to keep from the boy with the hopes that he could protect him from himself, and then some. After sometime had passed, Takashi's mother convinced Takeshi that it would be good for their son to go to the DMA once registration opens, Takashi could still practice magic, but he'd just have a harder time with it. The art of magic wouldn't come so easily as it did with Takeshi when he first began his studies as a warlock, despite the fact that it took Takeshi a long time to learn it himself. Even though he did not want Takashi to enroll in the DMA, Takeshi wasn't going to stop him from doing so. Takashi was grateful towards his mother but was completely apathetic to Takeshi's feelings. Afterwards Takeshi tried to be supportive of Takashi after realizing how much of a jerk he was to his son, but Takashi ignored his attempts to repair the damage done to their relationship. Eventually Takashi would begin heckling Takeshi, he would call him out on his carefree attitude and immature behavior. Whenever he got the chance he would verbally abuse his father, to which Takeshi replies with a series of punishments. Still, Takashi refuses to learn from his lesson and claims that the only family he has is his Takao, Takara, and his mother. Just recently he lost his mother due to unforeseen circumstances involved after Takeshi had taken her to a trip outside of death city, now Takashi can't even look into his father's eyes without blaming him for her death. Of all the children, he took her death the hardest. (Please bare with me but there is only so much I can reveal without spoiling Takeshi's story, not that anyone but myself most likely cares. xD)

Abilities:

+ Nephilim Soul - Due to the unnatural means of Takashi's birth, he inherited a rather unique soul, sharing the characteristics of both angel and human kind. Compared to Takeshi's Angel Soul, there isn't much difference as there are a lot of similar traits shared. Takashi shares Takeshi's Divine Wavelength thusly making the kid immune to madness right off the bat. A powerful weapon indeed, Takashi will be able to destroy darkness and madness just like his father. Anyone resonating with him will benefit from the anti-madness effects, but won't be able to use any madness based abilities. Naturally, Takashi will begin to develop a strong resistance against madness based attacks, but in conjunction with his wavelength's weakening affects on madness when near it, he can practically take on even the most deadly techniques affiliated with this dark element. The differences between a true angel's soul and a half-breeds includes the appearance. Takashi's soul will appear gold in color, but it is accompanied by smaller wings and without a halo. It is also significantly smaller than the average angel's upon birth. Those with soul perception will have trouble determining just what Takashi is exactly, his wavelength won't give off that he is completely human, but they won't be able to tell that he is an angel due to the lack of people seeing them and believing that they are just mythical beings.

+ Empathy - The user can fully interpret and replicate the emotions, moods, and temperaments of others without reading apparent symptoms, allowing them to understand introverts or discover one emotion is actually hiding another. They can attack someone in a personal and emotional way since they know exactly what emotion is flowing through themselves and can use this knowledge to play against them. Some users may learn to read emotional imprints left into environment or objects. Usually over time, an Empath's power grows to the point that they can influence existing emotions on others, and possibly use their own to empower themselves. User may learn to extend their power over/on vast number of sentients or reach extreme distances, even other levels of existence but this may be possible only if the user has emotional link to those they search already in effect. Takashi is not only able to utilize this ability on humans, but anything living that gives off sincere emotions. At first it was assumed he could only do this with animals, but as time went on he discovered it could be with humans and even more shockingly, trees. Takashi is also able to sense the emotions of living organisms without the need for empathic links. All it takes is a strong emotional connection with that person. Takao and Takara were among the first to test this theory as Takashi could sense when they were frightened all the way from the DMA while they were at home. He can even project his own emotions to people and influence their emotions. Finally he has learned psychometry through empathy. There are some places that have constant emotional residue(due to major events happening in that location war, death, historical moments etc.). Some empaths are able to tap into those emotional imprints and re-experience those emotions as if they were happening in that moment. If skilled enough some empaths can also see the emotional echoes(images/residual ghosts) still there. This would be due to high levels of concentrated emotional energy.

Personality: Takashi is generally a nice person. He has inherited his father's kind heart and sense of justice but he does differ greatly from him in some aspects. Takashi can be very uptight and come off as cold and calculating when you first meet him. The boy is very responsible and doesn't crack nearly as many jokes as his father did at his age. Takashi is punctual and thinks crushes and love are just feeble distractions from progressing him. Whenever he is around animals he changes completely. He is very passionate about the creatures and loves them with all of his heart, when it comes to animals he is very protective.

Bio: After Takeshi graduated from Shibusen after making his first death scythe he remained in death city, working for the academy. Long after the disbandment of team Furious Angels, Takeshi dedicated everything he was to helping people, but at the same time he worked as an agent for Lord Death, sending back information that could be vital. While he did travel from time to time he would always return to death city just so he can catch up with friends while dealing with private matters in his line of work. Along his travels he met the women of his dreams. In the end he always did envision his life with someone else close to him, but they grew apart and he had to give pursuit. The couple had great chemistry before he asked her to marry him, it would take several years before Takeshi could gather the courage to ask for her hand in marriage. They would later on get busy dealing with three kids before the couple promised each other no more. The first born was Takashi, named after his father. The boy was always so energetic and full of life. He always looked up to his dad until he got older. Now the boy will take any chance to make a fool of Takeshi. After his mother died recently, he is even more cold towards his father. Going back to when Takashi was still a baby, a second child was born shortly after him. Takara was also named after her father somewhat, but she wasn't at all what the married couple were expecting. She was a handful, while Takashi was energetic, the boy was rather shy and reserved at times. Takara was adventurous and curious to how the world around her worked. She would often make large messes trying out new things as a toddler. Even though she had caused so much turmoil for the family, Takara got away with everything because of how cute she was. She knew that she had her parents wrapped around her little finger and in turn she used it to her advantage. Now with her mother gone she has really tried to stop being so hard to deal with after realizing that the Nakashima house needed someone to keep the place running smoothly. To this day she is the glue that holds the family together, doing all the cooking and cleaning while keeping Takashi and Takeshi from fighting all the time, she also does her best to take care of Takao. She did enroll in Shibusen but only a select few hours of the day since she is desperately needed at home. Takao was the last to be born, the boy can be described as the crybaby. He is always getting hurt and is always shy, clinging to Takeshi or Takara around new people. In the future he intends to enter Shibusen and become a meister but only to fulfill Takeshi's wishes, Takara merely does it because she isn't interested in magic and thinks that having a demon weapon partner is cooler. Takao is the type of boy that would just stay at home all day eating cupcakes if you let him, but Takara is always pushing him to be more active. Takeshi loved his whole family, with all of his heart, but there was something that only he and his loving wife knew, something he had to keep from his kids intending to keep them safe. Since the day they were born, Takeshi has always told his children that they were from a long line of warlocks and witches from his bloodline, but the truth was, they weren't. Long ago before Takeshi had met his wife, but after he had created his first death scythe, Takeshi was involved in this whole chain of events. This 'incident' left him stripped of his lineage. Now he is no longer a warlock but something else entirely.

As time went on and the threat Atlas posed became all the more apparent, Takeshi was home raising a family. No matter how much he wanted to help stop this threat, he had a family now and wouldn't risk leaving his kids to fight a war he wasn't sure he would survive. He thought of how awful it would be for his children to grow up without a father, he knew how it felt to not have any parents, and he wasn't going to let that happen to them. With Atlas rising in power there was a greater need for warriors to rise against the coming threat and Takeshi's hand was forced once Asia was under attack. Traveling to his hometown he sought out to protect it, he may not have had good history with the place, but it was where he grew up. This was his home at some point, and he wanted to show his kids this place one day in the future. Unfortunately he was unable to protect his hometown, ultimately it fell under the jurisdiction of the enemy once Shibusen's forces became heavily outnumbered. He went back to working for the academy so he could gather information. Fighting against Atlas and the Order of the Saints he tried his hardest. One day his wife had asked him a question, she wanted to know if he could escort her to her own hometown. Her family was too stubborn and refused to leave, that is, until Atlas had begun an attack on the place. Now she wanted Takeshi to help her in bringing her family back to death city, since she herself worked for the academy and could handle herself in a fight. Takeshi accepted the mission, but in the end there were complications. His wife's family had made it out, but not her.

Abilities:

+ Angel Soul - Those with soul perception would most likely mistake Takeshi as someone who holds the unique Grigori Soul, but despite the massive similarities, they are only visually similar in a comparison. His soul resembles a Grigori Soul quite a bit, it has a halo and a pair of white feathery wings. Those with soul perception will almost always see the soul in a gold color. Natural enemies to madness, angel souls hold strong wavelengths that combat the dark purposes of madness. Those that resonate alongside Takeshi will quickly realize the amazing effects his soul wavelength brings fourth from his own soul. Those with Angel Souls, usually, carry the divine wavelength. The divine wavelength is an anti-madness wavelength with not many other purposes besides vanquishing 'the darkness', or madness if you will. Those that resonate with Takeshi will find themselves completely secure and safe from all madness induced effects, as well as a higher resistance towards attacks composed of madness. Keep in mind that this will also mean the prevention of using madness to the advantage of those that actually need it. It is a wavelength that is merciless and brings 'justice' to the darkness(madness). People with the divine wavelength are completely immune to falling under the effects of madness, they also develop a high resistance against madness based attacks. The most advanced users, basically all angels, have the ability to create ethereal wings that allow for flight.

+ Life-Force Manipulation - There are numerous names for the energy manifested from the soul. In the soul eater verse it is the source of power for many, but to the angels, this form of energy is better known as life-force. Every living thing seems to have it. The angels that watch over the earth are experienced with life-force as from time to time they grant it, or take it. Takeshi can share his life-force with others, absorb the life-force of others, and as a more common trait, utilize his life-force for combat purposes. This allows him to heal others by sharing his own life-force with others by temporarily granting them regenerative healing abilities. It is even possible to bring others back to life in exchange for his own. All it takes is physical contact and deep concentration, but because targets are more likely to be mobile it is near impossible to use on enemies. There are some drawbacks however, Takeshi can't go around healing everyone that is injured. If he isn't careful he can place great strains on his body. Takeshi's body is always absorbing the life-force of living things constantly by a small margin barely noticeable, it is able to keep his body young and at it's prime. Since he can store large reserves of life-force he can use at later times to heal himself, he himself gains the ability to regenerate at later times, but only by using up the reserves of life-force he has gathered. Of course he can only absorb life-force from anything that lives, anything else most likely doesn't have it. He can heal people for a high percentage three times in battle before he can't do this anymore, he himself is also able to use up a slot in healing. It's a five post cool down before he can heal another person or himself.

+ Soul Manipulation - After much practice dealing with the life-force of living things, one's capabilities in the ability may evolve offering a wider range in power and knowledge. Takeshi has learned secrets to the souls of many beings and is fully capable of manipulating his own soul as well as the energy it generates for his own personal benefit. With a better understanding of how one's soul works, as well as spiritual training, Takeshi gains access to unique functions of his soul, and the very energy generated from it. The energy generated being life-force, while his soul can be manipulated to perform even more unique skills. For starters, an example of Takeshi's mastery of control he has on his soul is that he can "turn off" his wavelength. While Takeshi cannot hide his soul entirely, his ability goes beyond the natural ability of wavelength suppression as his wavelength would be nonexistent. The other perk of Soul Manipulation is Takeshi's ability to use his own raw life-force as a weapon. His energy comes out in a bluish color and it can be projected in the usual way energy is projected in the soul eater verse, blasts, beams, etc. It is pretty dependable, but it isn't nearly as destructive when Takeshi converts the life-force to his elemental affinity, which has still remained a light affinity after his unique circumstances in the past.

+ Spiritual Light Manipulation - When Takeshi converts his life-force into a light element, he can generate large quantities of special light. Unlike most other forms of light that is used offensively, Takeshi's stems from a unique soul. Therefore, Takeshi's light is very devastating to darkness based, as well as madness based attacks. Any physical structures created by said elements would be reduced to nothing with just a little bit of Takeshi's light. This ability shares similarities with his life-force, able to be projected as harmful energy, but dwelling even further, Takeshi can create physical constructs with his life-force which allow for broader uses.

+ Support Magic - One of the very last abilities that can be fully deemed as magic and utilized as one of Takeshi's remaining magical prowess. When Takeshi was younger he had spells that enabled him to increase his physical condition. Soon after events had taken place he decided to find a better means of employing what was known as "support magic". And so, he uncovered new spells from the archives of libraries within the Death Magic Allegiance. While it isn't much of an improvement, his physical enhancement spells last a bit longer as well as with some new minor tweaks. His spells now last five posts long with a three post cool down. Takeshi, like before, can fortify someone's strength, speed, and defense. After intensive readings of the archives that taught him this magic, he learned that he could also fortify someone's elemental defense, increasing their resistance to certain elements. If he were to buff someone's physical defense then that would be one thing, but with elements it's an entirely new spell altogether. His skills have also allowed him to place spells on people consecutively, so if he were to enhance his own strength using one spell, then he could increase someone else's in the same turn. Like his old spells in appearance, when he grants someone enhanced physical conditions the other emits a colorful array of lights, but it doesn't linger before you can't tell there is any difference in appearance at all.

Personality: Takeshi hasn't really changed since his younger days. He's still kind and has a strong sense of justice, but he has become less motivated and unwilling to do too much work. All in all he just seems "tired".
