Bio: Takashi was born in death city's very own hospital. It was a very happy day for his father, Takeshi. After years of battling the man was finally ready to start a family and leave the past behind him. And so Takeshi raised the young boy, always giving the best for his son. As time went on, Takashi got the chance to meet Takeshi's old companions, Takeshi would introduce them to Takashi as aunts or uncles. In turn, Takashi formed strong bonds with these people, he cared for them as if they really were his aunt or uncle, because they were family. Growing up, Takeshi would tell his son stories of his heroic adventures. Takashi made sure to listen closely, he was always so enthralled with the man's stories. Among his favorites was the time him and auntie Xuza were battling in the death meister academy's training field, he'd always laugh extra hard hearing how she heard everything backwards and walked funny. The ones that included awesome action were also on his list of favorites, he loved the awesome adventures of team Furious Angels. The two were as close as father and son could possibly be, even Takara, Takashi's sister who had been born two years after him, was growing jealous. It wasn't until Takashi began showing signs of mysterious behavior, and strange happenings around the child, that things changed. Takeshi was back working for the academy for unknown reasons while his son was left with his mother, sister, and newborn baby brother. The boy felt like his father stopped loving him and grew lonely. Takeshi was always traveling now, while at the same time keeping an unintentional distance between Takashi whenever he was home. Takeshi would just retreat to his own room of which no one but his wife and him were allowed.
Time went by and Takashi was a little older now by the age of thirteen. Takeshi was still working for Lady Death, but now he was around the house more. He had enough time to spend hanging out with his kids and beautiful wife. Takeshi realized that he desperately needed more time to get to know his kids, as well as reconnect with Takashi. So at first he tried training with the boy, allowing him to keep his inherited powers under control, it seemed to be working. Takashi was feeling better about himself and happier now that his father was around. That wouldn't stop Takeshi though from trying to take things further, in order to reconnect with his whole family. Thinking of what would be the best approach the father thought of a family outing into this forest he knew, far from death city. Takashi and his younger brother Takao were overjoyed since they had never gone camping before, but Takara and her mother disapproved the idea. It became a boys only journey once Takara refused to go because she thought she might find a spider crawling on her while she slept. Takeshi just let her stay home with his wife while he took the two boys, at first everything was fine and dandy, until Takeshi lost his son Takashi in the woods. Takashi was left all alone in this dense and vast forest, he was scared and confused. Screaming out for his father he had all these ideas in his head that he was going to die. It took five hours for Takeshi to find his son and it wasn't because he was searching hard, he was so carefree and confident that he would find Takashi sooner that he didn't bother using his abilities to search for him. He also thought it might be good for Takashi as well, letting the boy fend for himself would toughen him up. During those five hours Takashi was scared, but not alone. Something... odd happened. Takashi had discovered something new about himself, he was able to communicate and understand animals. It was empathy that he discovered, but this was different as he could use this ability on animals. When Takeshi finally found his son he was surrounded by numerous inhabitants of the forest. There were deer, rabbits, birds, foxes, and even bears. Takeshi was surprised and Takao was too busy freaking out from the presence of bears to notice what Takashi was doing. The father had found his son in a forest clearing, surrounding by friendly critters keeping him company. After that they continued their camping trip, it seemed like a waste to just go back home. During the whole trip Takashi refused to talk to Takeshi, nothing would get the boy to utter a single word towards him. Now everything was an argument between the two, especially the topic on which school Takashi would be attending which is still going strong after two years.
Takeshi wanted Takashi to work for Lady Death as a meister while Takashi wanted to dive deeper into the history of magic, and see if he could discover if it's related to his empathic abilities. The reason why the boy's father was so reluctant to let him pursue the path of magic though, was so he could keep him from learning the truth, that he wasn't a real warlock. What the father was really trying to avoid was letting Takashi discover what he truly is, a half-breed angel. Takeshi has been keeping this secret and will continue to do so until he felt the time was right, but he couldn't bare to let Takashi find out how much Takeshi felt like he failed as a father. There were other things that Takeshi had tried to keep from the boy with the hopes that he could protect him from himself, and then some. After sometime had passed, Takashi's mother convinced Takeshi that it would be good for their son to go to the DMA once registration opens, Takashi could still practice magic, but he'd just have a harder time with it. The art of magic wouldn't come so easily as it did with Takeshi when he first began his studies as a warlock, despite the fact that it took Takeshi a long time to learn it himself. Even though he did not want Takashi to enroll in the DMA, Takeshi wasn't going to stop him from doing so. Takashi was grateful towards his mother but was completely apathetic to Takeshi's feelings. Afterwards Takeshi tried to be supportive of Takashi after realizing how much of a jerk he was to his son, but Takashi ignored his attempts to repair the damage done to their relationship. Eventually Takashi would begin heckling Takeshi, he would call him out on his carefree attitude and immature behavior. Whenever he got the chance he would verbally abuse his father, to which Takeshi replies with a series of punishments. Still, Takashi refuses to learn from his lesson and claims that the only family he has is his Takao, Takara, and his mother. Just recently he lost his mother due to unforeseen circumstances involved after Takeshi had taken her to a trip outside of death city, now Takashi can't even look into his father's eyes without blaming him for her death. Of all the children, he took her death the hardest. (Please bare with me but there is only so much I can reveal without spoiling Takeshi's story, not that anyone but myself most likely cares. xD)
Abilities:
+ Nephilim Soul - Due to the unnatural means of Takashi's birth, he inherited a rather unique soul, sharing the characteristics of both angel and human kind. Compared to Takeshi's Angel Soul, there isn't much difference as there are a lot of similar traits shared. Takashi shares Takeshi's Divine Wavelength thusly making the kid immune to madness right off the bat. A powerful weapon indeed, Takashi will be able to destroy darkness and madness just like his father. Anyone resonating with him will benefit from the anti-madness effects, but won't be able to use any madness based abilities. Naturally, Takashi will begin to develop a strong resistance against madness based attacks, but in conjunction with his wavelength's weakening affects on madness when near it, he can practically take on even the most deadly techniques affiliated with this dark element. The differences between a true angel's soul and a half-breeds includes the appearance. Takashi's soul will appear gold in color, but it is accompanied by smaller wings and without a halo. It is also significantly smaller than the average angel's upon birth. Those with soul perception will have trouble determining just what Takashi is exactly, his wavelength won't give off that he is completely human, but they won't be able to tell that he is an angel due to the lack of people seeing them and believing that they are just mythical beings.
+ Empathy - The user can fully interpret and replicate the emotions, moods, and temperaments of others without reading apparent symptoms, allowing them to understand introverts or discover one emotion is actually hiding another. They can attack someone in a personal and emotional way since they know exactly what emotion is flowing through themselves and can use this knowledge to play against them. Some users may learn to read emotional imprints left into environment or objects. Usually over time, an Empath's power grows to the point that they can influence existing emotions on others, and possibly use their own to empower themselves. User may learn to extend their power over/on vast number of sentients or reach extreme distances, even other levels of existence but this may be possible only if the user has emotional link to those they search already in effect. Takashi is not only able to utilize this ability on humans, but anything living that gives off sincere emotions. At first it was assumed he could only do this with animals, but as time went on he discovered it could be with humans and even more shockingly, trees. Takashi is also able to sense the emotions of living organisms without the need for empathic links. All it takes is a strong emotional connection with that person. Takao and Takara were among the first to test this theory as Takashi could sense when they were frightened all the way from the DMA while they were at home. He can even project his own emotions to people and influence their emotions. Finally he has learned psychometry through empathy. There are some places that have constant emotional residue(due to major events happening in that location war, death, historical moments etc.). Some empaths are able to tap into those emotional imprints and re-experience those emotions as if they were happening in that moment. If skilled enough some empaths can also see the emotional echoes(images/residual ghosts) still there. This would be due to high levels of concentrated emotional energy.
Personality: Takashi is generally a nice person. He has inherited his father's kind heart and sense of justice but he does differ greatly from him in some aspects. Takashi can be very uptight and come off as cold and calculating when you first meet him. The boy is very responsible and doesn't crack nearly as many jokes as his father did at his age. Takashi is punctual and thinks crushes and love are just feeble distractions from progressing him. Whenever he is around animals he changes completely. He is very passionate about the creatures and loves them with all of his heart, when it comes to animals he is very protective.
