What is this?★ In order to quest for a cosplay, it must be reserved first. It’s pretty simple, just fill out the form below. We’ll only reject your submission if it’s not an active quest or if it was already made/already quested.

First Come, First Serve★ That’s right. If someone claims that they’re questing a certain character from a certain series and it’s already been approved? You’re going to have to wait and see if it’s freed up again. Sorry, this is to just make things fair for everyone! Limits★ You may only quest for three pets at a time, period. Activity★In order to make sure that you’re actively questing them, we need to see that they’re being entered into slots. So only reserve characters that you plan on actively seeking in the next three months. If we don’t see any activity, we’ll take away your quest so that someone else may take a grab at the character. You can always reapply, however. Staff★ Staff are not exempt from this activity check. They too have to go through the same process that customers have to. And each time they buy a custom with SC, they have to wait a month before buying another custom with their SC. Shop Reserve★ The shop reserves all Pokemon for the time being. OC Pokemon are exempted from this but will not be considered a cosplay. Series OC★ As long as your characters have slightly different markings, colours and/or edits, you may quest them without having to post for approval. This goes for Pokemon or any other Original Characters from series that you have. We just ask that you stay away from siblings/relatives of any characters within the game without the consent of the owner who has said character. Unapproved★ All unapproved forms will be looked over. Staff will quote you whether it’s accepted or rejected. If this takes more than a week, feel free to ask one of the staff. Rejection★ We reject on three cases. One, if the cosplay is already made within the shop. Two, if someone has already reserved said character. And three, if the shop plans on using that cosplay for an event. Multiple Cosplay Forms★ If you want a cosplay that has already been created, but you want the version from a different verse (i.e. a male Vulpix instead of a female Vulpix from Pokemon) you must ask the other owner for approval. They must quote your form within a week and claim that they approve before we accept. Names★ Full names of cosplays must be given. The full name of the series must be given as well. That way there’s no lack of communication. Replacing Character Reservation★ If you want to switch out a quest character, you can. However; you need to state that in a new post, not only that, but once you replace that you're replacing that cosplay, you must wait two weeks before entering another. *new*1/21/15 Real Life People★ Cosplays from "real life" are not allowed. This includes bands, actors/esses, writers, friends, staff, ect. You may quest for a character from a song (like any character from Ghost by Mystery Skulls) or a character portrayed by actors (Castiel from Supernatural), however; not who portrays them/made them.
