One Claudia Morgan was on the training field once again. Always training. Never not. She stood in the middle of the field this time, that way she couldn't be missed. Her pistol was already in hand, but at her side this time as her eyes scanned the field. The other hand was resting on her hip, tapping her finger against her scarf idly. What was up with the lack of hunters on the field? Maybe she'd been here so much by now, harassing people to spar her, that they wouldn't show up when she was here. Hm.

What the Captain didn't realize was she was stared by a pair of blue eyes from behind. Landing lightly like a feline from the fence around the fields, a figure in red strolled towards the Captain from behind. He didn't show up again, probably he hated the pains to spar with her. Yet, she wasn't sure if she wanted to have a random person to spar with. Thus, she was observing. There was only one at the field, it was her unlucky day. Having no alternatives, she decided to invite the tall lady for her training. She petted the lady's back for her to turn around, "are you looking for a spar?"

Someone was touching her back. Claude, slowly, turned around, and stared down at the girl. For a while, she remained silent, and didn't answer the question. There was something somewhat disconcerting with the fact that this girl had snuck up on her. She didn't even hear her until she was touching her and asking. Hm. She wasn't going to turn down the opportunity to spar though. "Yeah. I am." She replied, finally. "Are you?"

She only quietly waited with a gentle small smile, until she said yes. It might be or not, the smile get slightly hardly upward. "Great. I am, that's why I asked but -" she drawled, "I'm looking for something special" The smile on her face apparently deepened that time. Using one foot as pivot point to turn herself a round, a dagger appeared in her grasp. "I will be using this instead of hunter weapon, you are welcome to use your hunter weapon. I wanna train my speed and skills for close combat and luckily got this. What do you think? Game on?" A small head tilt when a cat have a plan in mind, the Red Riding Hood shot the Captain an invitation.

Claude waited patiently for what this something special could be, crossing her arms. A brow quirked as the girl twirled and revealed a dagger. "Alright..." She started, assuming it was a runic weapon, and gave something of a soft snort. Damn right she was allowed to use her own weapon. She wasn't going to spar without it. While not particularly thrilled about fighting another close ranger fighter, especially after dealing with Horace, she wasn't about to scoff at any form of practice. "Yes." Game on. Claude unwound her arms and took some steps back from the girl, raising her pistol to get ready. "Claude." She uttered in a form of introduction.

"Awesome. Oh nice guns you have." Then, there was some musing space taken by the girl in red outfit before she bounced off to make a slash with the weapon softly glowed in her hand. "If you win, you can have my name as your booty, Beautiful Captain." The blue eyes smiled and gazed over the pirate-esque clothing style of her spar partner. HP: 50/ 50

"Mm." Which could have been a form of acknowledgement to the compliment. Possibly. She tensed, not expecting the speed and the strength the girl readily displayed. Damn. This was going to be that other spar all over again. She hoped not. Claude backed away from the girl, firing off a shot that clipped, and narrowed her eyes a bit. What was it with the weirdos on Deus? She didn't look like she cared too much about not getting a name, because she didn't. She supposed everyone just wanted to be special. HP: 32 / 40

Dodging bullets was something she never do before, but it did help to train her response and speed. A bit slow, the bullet scraped across her leg, drawing a line on her left thigh disappeared within a few seconds but left with the heat. The dagger slipped loose from her hand, the sweat formed with a brand-new existence of pain she hadn't experience. All that made her smile. The girl in red was glad with Claude's none-of-my-business decision, she had a difficulty to give herself a made up name. "So - have you sparred with some close combat weapon users? What do you do besides spar? Finding cruise members for your ship?" HP: 48/ 50

She was tensed, readying for the girl to sweep in and deliver another strike, but nothing came. Claude kept on the move though, holding her weapon out as she fired another shot that barely grazed her. The girl was trying to engage her in small talk, and for a moment it appeared like the trainee wasn't going to answer. "A handful." She replied simply. "Crew members, yes." HP: 32 / 40

"Ah~ So you did find some already." In the tone of a question, but with assertion. The blade with the soft glow turned into swift line of blue lightning striking at Claude. The hand feel was so different from her hunter weapon that she realized she needed more time for it. HP: 47/ 50

A small nod, and her eyes narrowed at the dagger. Which then zapped her with some lightning. Alright, that wasn't normal...which was saying a lot considering she was on Deus, and the majority of things here could not be categorized as 'normal' in the human world. Apparently she as so shocked by this little turn she didn't attack. HP: 26 / 40

"I have mentioned I'm training my speed today, right?" The shrewd girl with blue eyes smirked. "Do you know anyone which is good at swift attack or other long-distance weapon user, I think I need more spar partner. My regular partner stands me up often." She twisted the dagger in her hand, eyes squinted to make another note in mind that was the fifth time. "Or you will sign up?" She shot an inviting glance to Claude. HP: 47/ 50

Claude quirked an eyebrow, and honestly didn't find that comment relevant, unless the girl was showing off. Which that could be it. Thus, she didn't reply. It was obvious she was quick. "I know people, yes, but I'm not making recommendations." If she wanted she could go find others for herself, but if anyone she knew asked, she might point them in her direction. Maybe. Hm. So she was looking for a regular sparring partner? That wasn't exactly a bad thing. It'd be a reliable source of practice if it was consistent. "I'm interested..." Claude replied, aiming her pistol at her and finally landing a stronger hit. HP: 24 / 40

She smiled, if she was offering then it wasn't a big deal she didn't speak any names. "Perfect." The bullet abraded her arm holding the dagger, causing a temporary quick numb. However, the Captain couldn't disarm her that easily, the grab on the dagger was still firm. The girl lunged forward to slash across, then bounced backward to get a distance. "Are those guns hard to control? Have you used guns before you get onto the island?" It was dull just attacking back and forth, she would get the tall lady to open her mouth and speak. HP: 40/ 50
DMG: 5Lucyal I didn't expect a tiny dagger would make so much dmg lol
