Yet again he was out of resources. He was so annoyed that the Pokemon and humans he used he were so weak and unreliable. He seemed to be going threw them more and more often these days and he was getting very few results. The bizarre Cacturne not known for his emotions was feeling so very annoyed right now.

Now in need of some more play things he was stalking about in the early twilight hours of the dawn. He was sure he could snag some wayward drunks or creatures that got caught between the night and the day. And he was sure he would be able to find something but would it be strong enough to last longer than a few days or a week at max. Maybe he would need to be more picky about what he brought back. Though he would have to be quick since the daylight made him extremely sluggish and he might find himself stuck looking like one of the transient or down on their luck creatures he was hunting.

Aatami was worn out.

While not entirely sleepy, the young Leafeon was feeling the ache that came from a long shift at the Hospital. His studies were progressing, and so it had come to pass that he was doing his clinicals. Every week night he shadowed a doctor, and as such, he had to keep the man's schedule. That was the roughest part. Aatami had early classes, a break in the middle for studying and work, then the hospital at night.

It wasn't much of a life, but it would be worth it in the end.

He tugged on his cardigan, wrapping it over his scrubs as he walked about int he early dawn. Maybe if he was lucky he could catch a bus. Aatami wasn't large, in fact, he was fairly petite, so he wouldn't take up much room.

Cold eyes were only growing colder as he was finding a lack of preferred prey. Though just as he was going to get either a bit desperate or reckless he caught a scent of something that drew his attention. He may not feel but he some of his other senses were rather keen and he could now smell blood. It was not just blood though as he started to follow the scent he could pick up antiseptics and tape. He had unknowingly drawn close to a hospital but the hospital scent was on the move.

Trailing the hospital's mobile scent was not too hard soon his dark eyes fell on a small form bundling up against the night. The form was heading towards where? Tilting his head the Cacturne drew closer to the figure as the Leafeon was trudging closer to a bus stop. Ah yes a bus stop that would make sense. As he drew nearer still Amit could now see the scrub bottoms on the shorter figure, so he was a worker at a hospital, what a wonderful turn of fate. The harden eyes soften for a moment as he tried to figure out the best way to approach him. If he was a medical worker than maybe a small little accident.

Amit removed a spike from his shoulder with a soft snap he then turned the spine on himself and stabbed it into the place it had just been removed from. He then removed the spike and tossed it aside and drawing his breath more jaggedly and with a pained like walk he moved towards the Leafon, "Are you...a doctor?" he asked in a pained voice holding his wounded arm.

"Whew, little chilly tonight," Aatami murmured to himself, rubbing the sleeves of his cardigan. His glasses slid down his nose a bit, causing him to stop his actions long enough to fix them. Maybe he should think about buying a new pair, now that he could afford them. These frames didn't even really fit his face because they were hand me downs, and he-

Startled from his musings, Aatami turned to the voice, "Oh no, I'm in training to be one th- Ohmygosh." Aatami might as well have shrieked, for as loud and shrill as his voice got. He literally jumped at the sight of the bleeding stranger. "You poor man! Come here, sit down." Trying to be as gentle as possible, he let him to the bus stop bench seat. Had he been stabbed by a mugger? A gang?

"How long have you been injured?" The wound was fresh, and obviously causing him a good deal of pain, but Aatami needed a time frame to judge how much blood could have been lost. He dug through his bag, rooting around through what medical supplies he packed with him.

Amit allowed himself to be led to the bench as he sized up the poke-human helping him. He faked being weak with pain and about to black out. "N..no long...I...I was attacked....over there." he gave a small nod of his head towards the way he came. And despite his words the blood that 'split' over his hand grasping the wound was a thick orangish red color and had the constancy of coagulating blood but upon touch was more gritty in texture.

"Please help me." He asked reached up his sticky hand to grip the baggy looking sweater. "it hurts..." he gasped and tugged not eh shirt pulling the doctor in training closer to him.

Aatami had to stop himself from dragging the man off in that instant. If he had been attacked so close by then his attackers might still be around. They could both be in danger, but he would surely bleed out if Aatami tried to move him too much. "It's going to be okay. Stay calm, and keep awake if you can. This is going to hurt."

Moving his hands to the man's injury, Aatami deftly pulled back the pieces of cloth that remained near the wound. It looked as whatever had stabbed him had dug in fairly deep, but there wasn't much he could do with all that cloth in the way. "I'm going to help you take off your coat so I can clean the wound, okay?" He only noticed the strange texture of the blood when he moved his hands away from the injury. The leafeon rubbed his fingers together, brow furrowed as he got a feel for it. The action prompted him to really look at the wound and it's strange color. What in the world....?

The tug on his shirt though pulled him back to the situation. "I-it's okay, you're going to be fine. I just need to get you out of your coat and I can place a numbing agent on the wound. It won't take away all the pain, but it will help until we can get you to a proper doctor."

Amit had felt the momentary pause int he other's examining of the wound. He almost smirked at the medical student's fascination. He kept his body mimicking weakness and pain. He gave a 'weak' nod, "Okay...than...thank you." his voice was weak and he let the Leafon help him with the removal of his coat. As they lifted it up the cacturne waited for just the right position before he balled his hand up into a first and slammed it hard into Aatami's diaphragm. He did not have a move in is arsenal of attacks that could stund the other male they way he wanted too but at least a physical attack would not the wind out of the would be doctor if not knock him out and he could restrain and spirit the other away.

Of course he could have waited until they were walking again but the Leafon might have tired taking him back to the near by hospital and there would be more people to see them then. "Don't fight it doctor." he said his voice sliding into the emotionless firm tone he normally held.
