Life seemed to be going far too smoothly. Lately despite the clubs being so busy Carwyn had found himself more and more able to spend free time with his love. He had even been able to spend several overnights with his pebble, both out in the country and here in the city. He loved Aggro’s parents and seeing where his lover had grown up. He had secretly been trying to find a small house in the country that was near enough to those Aggro cared for but a place maybe they could share alone. He had never really asked if Aggro would move out with him though.

He had thought he found a prefect place for them and had managed to rent it for the weekend at least and was going to pose that they buy it if Aggro liked it. But of course when ever they were close Carwyn was so easily distracted. Even if he would never be able to ask if they could move here the weekend was so prefect and well worth it.

Carny was laying in the bed in the master bedroom, the sheets covering his slender hips, backside, and thighs but all else was cascaded in the late morning sunlight shining though the partly open windows. Body sore but well satisfied, he stretched a bit a soft grumble escaping his full lips as he shifted and rolled back towards the center of the bed. His lips curved into a smile as he felt the heavy broad feeling of something next to him. He slid his hands over a smooth surface and pressed a kiss into it before it dawned on him this feeling was not something he knew.

Smooth? Aggro’s body was not smooth like this. His crimson eyes flew open and he stared at a sight that left him confused and a bit shocked. He lifted the sheets a bit and then lowered them back down over the large egg. Normally calm and collected the love drapion found himself again lifting the sheets to get a more full look then lowering them down yet again. “My dear pebble?” He asked in a gentle though slightly excited voice. Looking past the bulge in the center of the bed to the other side.

Unbeknownst to Aggro, Carwyn's weekend getaway had ulterior motives behind. But, unbeknownst to Carwyn, Aggro had something to ask the love of his life. They had seen each other more and more and his mother had give him the idea. Before heading off on their little retreat, he had crafted two stone rings of shining igneous. He had spent months carving them and making sure they were perfect. One, meant for Carwyn, was slender, with delicate engravings of vine-like designs on the outside. The inside had a heart and the words, "My inspiration, my love, forever and always." The ring had been the last of countless. He kept breaking them with too much pressure or crushing them out of frustration because it just wasn't perfect. The other, meant for him, in contrast, was a broad, plain band. Nothing was inscribed on the inside either; but he felt that Carwyn would be the one to choose what was written there, after all.

He was thankful for the support of Zoey and her cheering him on while he'd worked on the rings. He was also thankful that, with the money he'd been making from his small, yet lucrative, statue business, she was able to get the treatment she'd so desperately needed all these years. She was getting better, much better. He even toyed with the idea of moving out, leaving his old room to Muldoon, permanently, while he stayed there. Aggro hardly used it as it was anyway.

When he was packing for the weekend, he carefully placed the rings in a small box and hid the box in a sock. He hoped Carwyn didn't go digging through his things and spoil the surprise until he was ready. As it stood, they both had gotten quite sidetracked by their first evening alone, that he'd forgotten about the rings that night. Oh well, he thought, after a particularly rousing... discussion... in the bedroom, he'd just do it in the morning. And he passed out, in need of sleep for his aching, yet fulfilled body.

Morning seemed to come too early and as the sunlight peeked through the blinds, Aggro rolled onto his stomach, burying his face into the pillow and pulling sheets off his naked torso. He was comfortable and content and was looking forward to sleeping in with his love beside him. It wasn't until Carwyn's excited, yet soft tone called to him did he feel something was different.

He rolled his head to the side, facing Carwyn, but otherwise didn't move. He opened one eye slowly, his vision blurred by sleepiness still, not noticing the bulge in the middle of the bed. He was too busy admiring his lover and how beautifully handsome he looked in the gentle morning light. He smiled and mumbled, "Hmm?", still not noticing what was lying between them.

His heart was racing in his chest and it only quickened at the lazy sight of Aggro turning his head to look up at him with that sleepy look. He was sporting such a cute bed head and the way the sun glowed on his handsome broad body the egg was for a moment completely forgotten. Agree was truly a god gifted angel. Carwyn truly had never felt love or anything that moved him so as the man who had laid in his bed and for what ever reason would always come to him. There were never any words that could fully express what he felt for the other.

Only that sleepy face could look up at him and make him feel so sexy in the morning. He shifted and crawled over his pillow, the sheets falling fully off him, being careful and aware of the egg so he could kiss his love softly on the lips. Every time he could watch this face wake up and rise he would be in heaven. “I love you so much my dear pebble…” he drew his soft fingers up along Aggro’s neck to gently cup his cheek. “I do not think I could face life without you…” he paused here not sure how to he should bring up that they were not alone in the bed.

His soft fingers slid slowly down to take up the other’s hand. “I think even the gods favor our love.” He knew that Aggro loved only him and his trust in that was complete. They were soul mates without question, married or not the love between them was greater than any Carwyn had seen or read of. And it did seem that they were blessed in it. He slowly drew the pupinaw’s arm from the pillow and drew the rough digits towards the egg.

As he used the back of his hand to ease back the sheets his face drew a bit worried. He took a slow breath and with the gentleness as if guiding the rough hands to his own soft smooth belly he eased the fingers over the curve of the egg.

Aggro growled lowly at the sexy sight of his love, a feral grin crossing his face as the sheet slipped off Carwyn. The Pupinaw was not paying any notice to the egg, his attention was fully on Carwyn. "I love you to, my muse," Aggro replied, his rough voice even deeper due to sleep not yet fully releasing its hold on him. A shiver shot up his spine and a wanting moan escaped him as Carwyn's fingers danced along his neck. His open eye closed briefly, both opening to Carwyn professing his inability to live without Aggro. Aggro felt like something was nagging at the love Drapion's thoughts with those words and that pause. He wanted to pull his mate in close and prove that he wasn't going anywhere.

Carwyn's next words and his movements both excited and confused Aggro. The gods favored their love? How did he know? A tension built in Aggro's muscles as his hand was brought towards the naked form of Carwyn. He watched hungrily until the other male guided his hand away. That's when he noticed something was between them. His eyes narrowed, forcing out what little sleep was left in them as he focused.

As Carwyn drew back the sheets, Aggro sat up with a speed seeming unnatural. His eyes were wide as he stared at the egg. The surface was wholly unremarkable, except the blues, greens, and reds that swirled over the surface; as if someone had painted an oversized ostrich egg in the colors of the couple that it lay in bed with. It was warm too, his hand hadn't moved from the location Carwyn had guided it to. His broke his gaze from the egg, dumbfounded, and looked at Carwyn. He blinked a few times, not able to speak. He settled for just pointing at the egg with his free hand.

God did the Pupinaw know just how sexy and amazing he was this early in the morning. The feral grin and growls had Carwyn's body excited and tense. He wanted so badly to feel the larger male tackle him and for them to prove their love and devotion again. But his mind knew that he had a major thing to discuss and something that could not be forgotten or ignored for now.

He had liked the tension that was building in Aggro's body but he knew it would fade and it did as his love came fully awake. He shot up in bed and the sudden shock caused Carwyn to pull his hand back as Aggro looked over the egg. He was not sure how he had expected the larger male to act, heck he did not know how to act himself. It was rather soon for them to be parents. They had not figured out how they were going to live and yes it had been years but would Aggro's parents accept the fact that their child and him had created new life?

"I had just rolled over and found our egg...I believe we are...parents my dear pebble." he said gently his voice now laced with worry. "I guess our baby..babies? felt safe in this own I wanted to buy for us to come out and say 'welcome home.'" he looked down at the large opalescent egg. He reached out with one hand to stroke the smooth surface. "Looks like we are fathers my dear pebble."

His eyes floated back down to the egg as Carwyn continued. The Pupiaw was only managing to half listen to the Drapion, the shock of an egg in bed with them still going through his mind. Gently, he cupped the egg in both hands, lifting it closer to him. Our egg? Aggro caught that, and deep down he knew Carwyn was right. This was their egg, that they, somehow, had created.

As he lifted, Aggro was surprised by the sheer weight of the thing. Was there really a baby in there? Or a rock? Aggro chuckled at the thought, a smirk cracking the previous disbelief. As he carefully rolled the egg in his hands, the smirk grew into a smile and he looked at his love. His heart jumped in his chest and a soft chuckle erupted from somewhere deep in his belly, causing him to jump slightly.

Aggro was so overwhelmed with the whole thing he hadn't noticed Carwyn mention anything about buying the house they were staying in. Tears began to well up in his eyes, but he held them back. He was just so happy, it was becoming difficult. In an effort to make sure all this was real and not a dream, he set the egg down carefully between their pillows so it wouldn't roll of the bed and turned to Cawryn. His large, muscular arms wrapped around the other male and drew him close. One hand slid up Carwyn's spine and to the back of his head, cradling it. Aggro took one long look at the other and then swiftly moved to kiss him deeply, his eyes closing. This was real, all of this was real! He smiled through the kiss.

Oh it was so true, Aggro looked so wonderful with children even if they were still just an egg. He was so strong and yet so very gentle as he held and examined their egg. The green and blue of the egg almost glowing more brightly against his skin. There was no denying the egg was his and he had been so bold to pick it up. Carwyn on the other hand had no idea how to even handle the fragile looking thing.

The chuckle was surprising and the love Drapion was unsure if it was a good thing or a bad thing. As the tear welled up in his lover's eyes though Carwyn reached out to stroke his cheek with his thumb. He watched the larger man set the egg in a safe place. As the large arms wrapped around him he pressed close to Aggro sliding his arms around the other's shoulders kissing him back deeply. He was so happy and glad to be with him and their wonderful little egg.

Leaning his forehead against Aggo he smiled, "This is so wonderful. You made such a beautiful egg my love! I can not wait to see are darling little one come out. I am sure it shall be as handsome and strong as you are." He place two soft kisses on the smiling mouth before deepening it. He did love Aggro so much and now he was so amazed they had been able to create a little life

"We," Aggro corrected with the smile still on his lips. "We created a beautiful egg." He chuckled softly at Carwyn's belief that the child would be handsome and strong, like the Pupinaw. There was no denying that he was strong, but Aggro only ever felt handsome in the presence of Carwyn. He just thought he was reflecting the other man's good looks. "If the child is handsome, it will all come from you, my love."

He accepted the kisses from his mate eagerly, reciprocating the feeling. As the seconds went by, the two men still embracing one another, thoughts of the future began to creep into Aggro's thoughts. Where would they live? What would they name the baby? What if it was a girl? What if it was a boy? Worry began to seep in, while Aggro tried to mentally bat it away. He opened his eyes, looking down at Carwyn. "Will we be able to do this?" the worry laced his voice.

He chuckled warmly and stroked Aggro's cheek then shifted to sit between his lover's legs so they could both look at the egg. "Yes we." He was quiet for a moment then gave a gentle nod, "Yes I think we shall be able to do it as long as we have each other." As he sat there looking over the egg with the weight and heat of the man he loved against him he though of all that they would have to face. If Aggro liked this place it would be one less things they would have to figure out. He did not know how many babies were in the egg and he did not even think there could be more than one. He had never had an egg and in his knowledge one egg held one child.

He leaned into the Pupinaw and breathed out slowly. He felt so amazing and grounded with the other male near. "I am sure your parents will help us...and we can live here if you like...I was going to buy it for us so we can have a place between our other homes...there is enough rooms here for the baby to have their own room when they are older." He said a bit lazily then his arm claws wrap back around Aggro's neck like a small pair of arms. "I wonder what shall hatch out of our egg...a girl or a boy. I am sure Mariette will love what ever it shall be I wonder if I could hear a heart beat if I listen close enough do you think it is thin enough to hear it?"

Ah, of course, how could he have even imagined they'd fail if they were together? He mentally hit himself for thinking so negatively. Ever since he met Carwyn, his life had steadily gone uphill. As the other male shift, Aggro wrapped his muscular arms around him, giving him a gentle hug. "You are right, we will be just fine."

As the little pincers hugged his neck, Aggro rested his head atop Carwyn's, careful not to put its full weight on him. He nuzzled the other lovingly, amazed that he'd already thought so far ahead. "If we do live here, I must insist on paying for some of it." He had saved some of his money from his modest business, just in case he were ever to move out with his love. It wasn't much, but he'd be damned if he didn't help in the purchase! This was a joint venture now, after all.

"Boy or girl? Maybe both? I do not know, but I suppose we need to start thinking of names," his voice rumbled, low and full of warmth. "I am sure whatever it ends up being, well-loved is the truest answer." He kissed the top of the Drapion's head. "You could try listening, I do not know how old the egg would be, since it is a gift from the gods."

Carwyn could almost purr as Agrro wrapped those rock solid arms around him and held him so. He loved the feel of the more solid and strong form around him, he felt both excited and a peace. It was so very true that his heaven was being with the Pupinaw. No words could ever express his feelings for the larger male. It was far beyond love. Love was too weak an emotion to express the devotion and passion, loyalty and need he felt. He was only ever happy when Aggro was with him.

"Well do you like this place my dear pebble? If you do not think it will do we can look for a different one we can share. Are you sure you want to pay half. I would be more than glad to purchase it for us. The clubs are doing well enough so they do not need me there all the time. And I would much rather live with you and our new egg." He smiled and slid his arms over Aggros.

The tones from his lover as Aggro spoke were felt all over the Drapion's body. He shivered and almost gasped loving the vibration of the chest against his back. "Do you really think there could be more than one little one in the egg?" His head pincers released their hold around Aggro's strong neck and he leaned up to kiss the warm lips, "Yes no mater what emerges from our egg it will be so well loved and taken care of. It will know so much love." He felt tears in his eyes and he turned to wrap his arms around Aggro burying his face in the curve of Aggro's neck. He felt so much happiness that even the gods would acknowledge and bless their love. "I love you so much Aggro...I always have and I always will!"

A low growl, more of a purr, greeted Carwyn's question, "It is a fine place to start a family, my love. And I do insist on paying for half, I would not feel right otherwise."

"I have heard stories of twins coming from one egg, but I do not know it that is true." Aggro replied absently, wondering if what was inside was male or female. He thought he could handle a female better than a male; he'd lived with a young girl the majority of his life. Then again, once certain... changes... happened, it would definitely be easier to explain everything to a boy than a girl, having been through it himself.

Aggro's hold on the Drapion slackened, allowing him to turn more easily. As soon as Carwyn was resituated, however, he returned back to the loving embrace. "I love you too, Carwyn. I knew from the first moment we met that I could be with no other." His hug tightened a little, just enough to let Carwyn know he wasn't going anywhere. "And I will always be there for you and our child." The words sounded odd, but somehow right as he spoke them. Yes, their child, whatever it may be.

After several moments, Aggro started to remember what he had planned this weekend. One arm slid from around Carwyn to have the hand brush the hair from his face. A sweet kiss was planted on the exposed cheek and he whispered, "My love, my muse, my Carwyn, I have a gift for you, but I dare not retrieve it, as I would have to tear myself from your warm embrace." Aggro craned his neck so his Ruby eyes could see those limpid eyes of his lover that took his breath away every time.

"Are you sure my love? I do not mind paying for this play but if you insist I shall let you pay some my dearest pebble." To set closer and better in Aggro's lap Carwyn had his legs bent over Aggro's thighs his spider like feet resting on the bed. He could not believe that there could maybe be two beautiful little ones in the pretty egg. He could not wait to see what sweet little dear or dears were within the egg. he had partly raised a girl already with Mariette and Aggro had had his young trainer so maybe they would have an easier time with a young girl but he would be more than happy with either gender.

He snaked his arms around his lover's waist and rested his head against the broad chest. "I shall always be there for you and out child as well my dearest Pebble. I would wish to be no where else but at your side raising our little ones. Here in your country side." he laughed softly and grinned. "We even have a pouch to sit and watch them play or the sun sets." He found that image so romantic and his romantic loving heart beat so thrilled. Could this morning be any better?

At Aggro's subtle touch and kiss he looked up at him smiling lovingly up at him. Every time he looked at the Pupinaw he fell even more in love. "You have a gift for me? Please don't tear yourself from be just yet just a bit more." He place a soft kiss over Aggro's heart then one on the curve of the strong neck, then on the jaw. His soft delicate fingers dance softly over the lower back, tail and upper buttocks of his lover idly. "If you do not need to leave me long then...maybe I can spare you a moment." he winked and kissed his lips softly.

It was extremely difficult for Aggro to remove himself from Carwyn's embrace, especially after the man's nimble fingers danced across his skin. A shiver of pleasure coursed through Aggro and a soft moan sounded through parted lips as Carwyn kissed his body. He wanted to take his love right there, but he reminded himself there'd be time for that later. Bes to give him the gift first, then they could play.

Slowly, Aggro tore himself away from Carwyn, sliding out from beneath the other male as gently as possible without turning him over. The sheet s caught on him a couple times and he tried to get off the bed. It wasn't graceful by any means, but Aggro was thankful that he didn't trip or fall over. The brisk morning air caused the hair on the back of his neck to stand for a few moments. He had been so warm, covered in the sheets and sharing body heat with Carwyn. Now he was naked, out of bed, and the hardwood flooring was not forgiving.

He crouched next to the overnight bag he'd brought. It had seen better days, as had most of his possessions. He unzipped a side pocket and pulled out an old ring box, the igneous rings jingling lightly inside. He stood and turned to Carwyn, the box covered by his rough hands behind his back. "Carwyn, my muse, I know we have discussed living our lives together and... I..." The words were failing him and his cheeks darkened. "I was wondering... I mean, I do not know if you want to..." he was getting flustered. He didn't even know if Carwyn wanted marriage. He was happy either way, married or not. If nothing else, they could wear the rings as a symbol of their love. Since there was no easy way of saying it, Aggro resigned to removing the box from behind his back and opening it for Carwyn to see. His face contorted, worried and embarrassed, not know what was going to happen next.

Carwyn could feel the excitement building in Aggro and his own did start to feel it as well. Of course he always felt desire, love and electricity flowing threw him. He did feel a small bit of embarrassment that their egg would be right there with them if they started to make love or fool around but at least the egg would hear and feel the love its parents had for each other and then for it once it broke free.

Carwyn hated to feel the warmth of his lover leaving him and moving away. He could not help but laugh at how caught up Aggro had become. It was so very cute to see and his filled his heart with so much emotions. He could not help himself as he leaned forward and placed a soft kiss on the Pupinaw's right thigh, just before the leg and body was pulled fully from the bed. He smiled and shook his head just watching him.

He was really starting to wondered now just what it was that Aggro had brought for him. The larger male did seem so very worked up and nervous. It was so very endearing and a small part of Carwyn's heart was scream that maybe Aggro was going to propose but he was trying not to let himself get carried away, however the more he watched the louder that part of him was starting to shout. The strong, though rarely used voice, was sounding so shy and Carwyn was trying to commit every part of it to memory. The blush and the sheepish way Aggro was now standing had the Drapion's heart slamming.

Would Aggro be able to say it? It did not matter, nothing really mattered as the rough hands brought the box around and opened it. Carwyn's eyes and face lit up and he gasped looking from the rings then up to the worried face. He felt tears yet again feel his crimson eyes and he gave a nod. "I could have no other person share that journey with me! I have wanted to marry you for so long. I could have been happy just being your lover but to be your mate and husband would make me the happiest person in the world!" he crawled off the bed drew his fingers over the amazing and awe inspiring had made rings. He could feel just how much effort and work was put into them. He shut the box not wanting to drop the rings as he wrapped his arms around Aggro and kissed him deeply, "I have always and will always be yours and yours alone, my heart, my soul, my heaven, and my dearest little pebble!"
