The Simple Steps of Vocaroo
Vocaroo does not require you to make an account, so in order to start recording, just go to the website and Click to Record!
Personal Vocaroos After you have recorded something you like, find the box saying "Happy with this recording? Click here to save >>" and click the link to save your Vocaroo. Once it has been saved, you will be given Sharing options. Click the "Embed" box it gives you and copy the Embed code. You should end up with something like this:
You only want the part in red. Simply copy that and paste it into the URL field of your Media panel, and you are good to go!
Embedding the Widget You can also embed the Vocaroo widget, which allows you to record and playback anything you want. However, it does not allow you to actually save the Vocaroos. In order to embed the widget, just go to the widget page and copy the Embed code it give you:
Copy that part in red, paste it into your Media panel, and you have your own voice recording option built into your profile!

CSS Theme Override Codes
Extra codes and tips you might want to look into using after inserting your player
Resizing the Player {height: 30px; width: 100px;} = Decently sized player, the Vocaroo logo and a play/pause button will appear
The player cannot really be cropped. It just resizes itself based on the height/width adjustments you assign to the embed/object. Keep the height and width at a 3:10 ratio and you should be good. The default color is green. That cannot be changed.
