Kage V. Skull Kage had a rough childhood taking care of his little sister, who happened to be blind, and spent more than his fair share behind bars. First for stealing food to provide food, then something a little more heinous. But he doesn't like to talk about that. Family is the most important thing and, after reuniting with his little sister, he'll fight tooth and claw to keep them safe.
Skelly D. Bones Skelly, like your dad, had a rough childhood, too. She was outcast from her family and never really fitted in. She found solace in a group whose sole purpose was honing the practice of Voodoo. After a violent and horrifying incident, blood red bones stained her white fur and her mouth was sewn shut. In prison, she met Kage and together they escaped and reunited with Calais. Only now, in the happiness and loving arms of family can she relax and escape the darkness of her past.
She's still able to make noises with her mouth, but cannot open or speak with it. Skelly can however write notes and is fluent in ASL (American Sign Language), so communication is not a problem.

Calais Skull Aunt Calais is, for the most part, a total sweetheart. Gentle and kind, she's a strong empath who can sense auras and airs of others and 'see' through any lie. Though, thats all the seeing she can do, since she's blind. Before she met her mate, Uncle Jayy (who she doesn't recommend being around much), she made her living as a DJ at any club she could find, as while she couldn't see around her she could feel the sound and the beat and it would drown out the 'static' she empathically picks up from those around her.

I'm the best big brother!!! Username: Trinkuh Bowl Name: Kane B SkullBones Personality: He is soft spoken until he gets mad.Is very protective over his younger siblings. He is also a mama's boy. Interests: He is interested in Voodoo but not as much as his mother is and he really loves music and is hoping maybe Aunt Calais can teach him how to be a awesome DJ like her. RP: After finding some of mother voodoo dolls one day while looking around for something to do he became a bit interested in the odd things they could cause.He spend a few nights under the covers of his bed with the flashlight on and read about voodoo and it a many uses.He thought most of it was very interesting but he was into the darkest part of it.He was into the more practical uses for voodoo and the magic that could help people and himself. After awhile he grew bored of only reading the bad things it could do and set out to try and find the good it could do as well. He is worried about his little brother getting himself into trouble with his voodoo but he doesn't say anything cause he will always be there to save him if he does.
I'm the best little sister!!! Username: Belloblossom Bowl Name: Lacey N. SkullBones Personality: Lacey is here to show you that you can't judge a book by its cover. Just because she has pink skulls and bones on her fur doesn't mean she's not a danger to those she encounters. What? You thought that flowers would grow from wherever she stepped? Not a chance. It's hard to miss Lacey on the street, not only because of her bold pink patterns, but also because she goes out of her way to make others look upon her. She likes interacting with others, but whether they have the patience to put up with her is another matter altogether. She is fascinated by the "dark arts" and will stop at nothing to further her own knowledge of them. She's a risk-taker, that's for sure and even though she's got a living example of what can go wrong when tampering with black magic, she could care less! If anything, our young noodle thinks it would be cool to have something like that happen to her. Intrests: Like her mother and like her second elder brother, Lacey has a passion for the dark and mysterious bits of the world. However, unlike the middle child, she won't stop at voodoo. She wants to part from her family for an undefined amount of time and go traveling to find others like herself, who want to practice heavily in what common noodles call "The Dark Arts". This isn't some sketchy painting studio, oh no, this is real. RP: Prompt #2
Lacey had never been too interested in dolls or stuffed toys. She simply didn't see the point to them, if they couldn't interact with her without her physically moving them herself. Her mother, for one reason or another, never tried to get her kits into any sort of doll, unlike Lacey's friends who had many.
Lacey never understood that, but as she was young at the time, she disregarded it. She had never been one to question her parents, but she had no problem questioning everything else. Why was the sky blue? How could water turn into ice? Where do kits come from? Why're you turning red, Dad?
Suffice to say, she was a very curious kit, and her mother implied that one day, that would get her into trouble. Lacey managed to take her mother's advice for half of a day, deciding to go exploring instead of asking questions of her family members.
Upon this day, she decided to go exploring in her parents' room to see what she could find that provided herself some entertainment. She started opening drawers and climbing onto shelves, when she found something rather interesting when she was rummaging around through one of her mother's drawers. Inside of the drawer, under several sheets and pushed to the back of the drawer too, was a doll. It was a weak imitation of an adult noodle and with the multiple stitching on its face and limbs, it looked pretty odd. Not at all like the frilly n' fancy dolls her friends' had.
You look funny, but I like you all the same. Thought Lacey to the doll, and tossed it to the ground beside her. She was closing the drawer when she heard something shuffle behind her, and when she turned her head, she was rather startled to find the doll standing upright on its own. What in the world...? Thought the young noodle, leaving the drawer partially open as she got all four paws back on the ground.
As she reached out to touch the doll, it too, reached out a paw and Lacey froze. How was this happening? Dolls don't move! At least, not the ones that she saw. After a moment's hesitation, she touched the doll and what felt to be an electric shock jolted through her paw to her heart. She shivered and was looking back down at the doll when she heard her father calling her.
Scooping up the doll, she bolted to her room and tossed it underneath her pillow. She smiled at where it hid, confident that no one would look for it there, and then trotted off to find her father. What a mysterious toy she had found! She'd definitely go back to play with it again.

He does his best to stay out of trouble, though sometimes trouble might find him. He's gentle and a gentleman, and will give you the biggest puppy eyes if you have chocolate… but I'd strongly advise against threatening harm to his family or friends. It was a dark and stormy night… but then, wasn't it always? Elian had been minding his own business, finding his way back home after a trip to the comic book store, when he suddenly heard a screech. Eli froze. Should he…? He heard the screech again, and decided he couldn't just ignore it. Darting down an alley and hopping over a fence, Eli soon found himself in what certainly looked like the wrong parts of town. Oops. In the middle of the alley though, a shadow moved… Curious, Elian stepped closer… and just like in a video game, lightning flashed and three massive shadows loomed over the young boy. They laughed at him. They taunted him. Then, they attacked him. Eli fought hard, trying to remember all the moves he knew and trying to land them without falling on his own face… And he almost had them, too. One of the strangers he thought was down, stood up behind him and landed a kick right in the back of his head…
"NO! DANG IT! WHAT THE-" "ELIAN JAMES!" Cal stood over her nephew, who was now on his back, legs still draped over the bean bag he'd been sitting on, controller in hand and a defeated look on his face. "… duck? I was gonna say 'what the duck' Aunt Cal, I swear…" Cal, of course, couldn't see his goofy position, but she chuckled at his sheepish aura. "Yeah yeah, sure you were~" She waved her tail around until she felt it tickling his nose, and smacked him lightly when he nipped playfully at it. "You suck at video games~" She teased, and trotted off grinning. Elian just huffed, grinning himself, wriggled back on the bean bag, and hit 'restart'...

I'm the best little sister!!! <3 Username: lux_rayne13 Bowl Name: Blake C. SkullBones (blake candice = dark queen) Personality: Blake… doesn't talk much, regardless of whether she can or not. Artistic and creative, she can find the beauty in everything. Including, of course, blood and gore. She's a sweetie for the most part, helpful and good at problem solving, and will listen to a strangers woes all day if it makes them feel better. However… that stranger might find themselves missing something shiny they were wearing. Blake tends to be a bit of a klepto, though she always returns items after a time, and is clever enough to not get caught. When she's not 'collecting' shiny trinkets, she's going nuts on canvases or walls or anything she can find to paint… mostly dark and goose-bump inducing scenes, of course~ When it comes to her moms Voodoo however… Blake stays far far away. Despite loving dark and scary, when things get real she's a bit of a fraidy cat. Intrests: Painting, shiny things, DIY projects, music, duct tape~ RP: #3
Blake was a fluffy ball of /thrilled/ when the first clap of thunder shook the house, and thats not sarcasm. Blake always found herself the most creative during storms, loving the energy each flash and boom sent through her veins. Grabbing her paint supplies, she darted up to the attic and propped up her biggest canvas. This was going to be a good one…
Except, when she picked up her brush, her mind went blank. The girl could have howled in agony, had she been one to actually be vocal. Instead, she sat in front of her big white canvas and just cried. She could feel the energy, but she couldn't see it… Why? Why did this happen? Why did her mind go blank when she tried to create what she felt? After what seemed like eternity, she let the brush hit the floor. Nothing… the storm raged outside, the energy pulsed within her, and yet she couldn't put it on canvas like she'd done so many times before… Why… why were her paws moving toward the paint? Puzzled, Blake watched her paws dip in the jars of purple and red and move toward the canvas as if they had minds of their own… She didn't feel the presence behind her, but suddenly she felt an image in front of her. Grinning like a loon, Blake smeared the paint in swirls and spots, mixing reds and purples with blues and smattering white and black here and there… By the time she was done, slightly out of breath and covered in paint, the canvas bore an abstract lightning storm inside the shape of a skull, the canvas around it calico'd with dark colors that made the center image pop. Blake took a couple steps back to admire it…
And backed right into her Aunt. Whirling around, she saw Cal smiling and slightly out of breath as well… she also suddenly saw colors -the same colors she painted with- swirling around the woman as if the air itself were her canvas. "You've got a touch of empathy, Blake~" Cal purred. "Perhaps not with the emotions part, but the energy manipulation for sure. Keep painting, love. The world is your canvas, and you don't always need a brush to color it~"
When Calais left, Blake could only stare. The colors… stayed in the air. But Cal was blind, how could she see them? For that matter, how could BLAKE see them??? Frowning, the girl closed her eyes, thinking about this 'empathy' Cal mentioned… and opened her eyes with a grin. Reaching out her paws, she swirled the colors through the air, leaping through them, rolling around in them… it didn't take long though till she was completely spent, the manipulation taking a massive toll on her untrained body and spirit. That was fine though, she'd learn. She'd learn and grow and paint. The world was her canvas… the /world/ was her canvas, and Blake couldn't be happier~
