Needs 16 to hit 6+6=12 MISS ~~~ Hijil hadn't expected to meet her old teacher in the middle of the jungle on her way home from Neued, but it was a pleasant surprise nonetheless to see Rayolun, now years later. When he offered to fight to see how far she had progressed in huntsmanship, she had accepted gravely.
She hadn't expected him to go easy on her, of course, but as the poison from his strike burned through her veins she wondered if maybe he was going a little TOO hard. She slammed her fist into a tree where he had been, shaking the canopy ominously as she turned, somberly as ever, to face him...

He was stern and quiet, and so was she, and so their fight was eerily silent as they traded blows, aside from small grunts of exertion.
He came at her with his trident, a powerful blow that she sought to avoid – she had no desire to be given another dose of its poison. She blocked, deflecting it with her gauntlet so his strike passed harmlessly above her. Then, smoothly, she moved under his spear arm and jabbed at him with her fists, aiming for his stomach...

A new wound scored her arm, criss-crossing her radaku scars and bleeding obnoxiously. She ignored it, grabbing one of his outstretched elbows and trying to lever him over her and turn the movement into a throw...

Hp: 14.5/49 Attack: +6 Defense:+9 Speed: +3 Heavy Hitter: Can be used next turn Wall lvl 1: 5/5 ~~~ Hijil Attacks! 20 = CRIT LOL... 1+6=7/2=3.5*1.5= 5.25 damage ~~~ Her movements were fluid and her stance was perfect as Hijil used Ray's own momentum to throw him forward, bringing him off balance before slamming him into the ground, driving him further down with an elbow jab into the small of his back.

Right into soft, cushioning moss.
Well, it wasn't as if she was trying to kill him, right?

Needs 16+ to hit 13+6 = 19 HIT 11+6=17/2=8.5+3= 11.5 damage incoming! ~~~ She grunted in pain as he stabbed at her, struggling to maintain her defensive position against it.
Hijil was bleeding badly now – another hit like that would fell her – that she knew. If she wanted to win, if she wanted to show her teacher how much she had learned from him, She needed to take care of this. She needed to do it quickly while he was still there in front of her, before he could dodge out of the way.
She lunged forward, her fist outstretched, ready to pound Rayolun with the power she could put behind it...
