Personality: She is very insightful into the changing nature of Middle Earth, possessing a keen eye and perspective for the descending darkness.
A true interventionist at heart, recognizing the growing evils of the world and the need to eradicate them rather than withdraw into the safety of the elven fortress.
She is a protector at heart with a wish to see the world a safe place.
Noted for being quite reckless, trouble is not unknown to her and thus she has developed an ability to think and react fast. She is very idealistic, short tempered at times and fierce, not lacking at all in bravery or determination; to the point of being stubborn.
However, she does seem to have a warmer, sensitive and more ladylike side.

Weakness: She is less effective when fighting physically stronger, more skilled and larger opponents, especially in melee.
Fears: Losing the ones she cares about, evil taking reign of the world and being incapable of fighting.

History: Her parents were killed by orcs when she was younger and it is hinted that King Thranduil looked after her since then, with no other relatives ever mentioned.
Growing up in Mirkwood, she naturally developed into a capable elf and joined among their warrior ranks at an appropriate age, her skill and devotion earning her the Captain position in time.

RP Sample: Being so close to fell grounds has always created a certain sense of discomfort within most elf-folk, the smothering darkness seeping through their bodies and spreading a gloom over their thoughts.
It was no different for warriors, affecting their efficiency in combat to a certain degree. Most especially and perhaps only if they were young, like the red haired captain happened to be. She had to be cautious.
"The tombs have all been opened," one of the guards informed their group. "And their evil is in the world, roaming freely."
Green eyes looked over the peculiar graves, dug underneath burnt trees of this neglected patch of land. Enchanted roots were meant to keep in place the ones this entire graveyard was meant for, only another more powerful enchantment could break them, without doubt.
"Don't touch anything!" She warned the youngest among them, who had little fear in his curiosity to explore. He was, after all, a child of man. "We cannot risk provoking anything here, we need to make haste and reach for safety."
"But it seems they want to provoke us!"
Hearing those words made her blood feel cold inside of her, stinging her already too agitated heart.
Turning on her heel very slowly, only to see the shadows approaching them. They held long weapons, undoubtedly sharp enough to inflict wounds - and quite willing to do so.
She prepared her arrow, but would it not upset them more if she made the first strike?
Codeword: Oooh, the precioussssss. We lovesss it!
