Sauron stood in front of their new home, pondering. Seeing Kelina nearby he waved her over, it was time for a talk. "You know my sweet, what with our children growing up and all, it occured to me that we might want to add an extra wing to our house in case we wanted to er... enlarge the family, yet again." He grinned craftily at her waiting for her to catch on and clout him.

"We could let the gang have the main area and have our main room have a nursery attatched. What do you think? This is after all our chance to remake our lives here. The main part is finished but, while we had the supplies, I er thought we might just add the rest on now while we are at it, not that we don't have to sleep outside anymore. Hmm maybe a guest room too...for uh visitors or um gah I might as well say it, future dates of our children if they want to spend the night...where I can keep an eye on them." He mumbled the last bit, not sure if Kelina could hear that part or not. "Anyway my love I thought I would bring it up."

One thing was for sure, their new home was definitely theirs. It had been built in close proximity to where their old home had been, Kelina thought thankfully. She couldn't really imagine living elsewhere. This was the one place she had always known, and she was so glad her husband had been so supportive and they had worked well together to make this new home for their family. Which Sauron seemed to thing wasn't quite big enough. A sly smile rose to her face as she elbowed him playfully. "I think you're right, a few additions to the house might be in order. The kids are growing up so fast. I cant imagine our house without a few younglings running around. Plus, there isn't a war going on right now." Kelina said, raising her eyebrows. Kelina loved her children dearly, and hated that they had to be raised in war time, and sometimes with only one of their parents. They would make sure any other kids they had didn't have to go through that, that's for sure.

"A very good time to reproduce...that and I'm panicing a little about our current younglings growing up and me having no one to protect with my fatherly charm."
He leaned his forehead on Kelina's shoulder. She was safe, soothing, his whole world along with their children. This, with her, in their home was pure bliss.

"Have I told you how much I love you Kelina?" He turned her face so he could plant a romantic smooch on her lips. "You are my everything." Graceful, beautiful, hard, kind, his. His, his, his. Yes.

He enfolded her in his arms drawing her as close as possible. "I am the luckiest tendajian. I have found your love." He drew her into a slow dance, swaying back and forth to a song only he could hear. It was slow motion but deliberate, each foot placed carefully. He loved to dance.

Kelina couldn't help but roll her eyes at her husbands blunt-ness, but that was Sauron for you. She laughed and leaned into him during and after the kiss. A contented smile came with his words as she let him lead her into a slow dance. "We're both lucky. I can't imagine things without you. They would be much duller that's for sure." She teased. "Just because the kiddos are growing up doesn't mean we can't protect them. We still will. At least I know I always will." She said with a playful side poke. "It's just as they get older they'll start being able to protect themselves." Sure it was kind of sad to think about the day that their children would no longer need them, but that didn't mean she would no longer do what she could to protect them. All parents went through this, they weren't the first and they wouldn't be the last.

"I don't think thats what I meant, I know that smothering our children in protection will not work, I just don't know how or when to lessen it up. Of course at any time they need me I will be there." He couldn't exactly explain the panic. Kelina remained steadfast and logical as usual, perhaps that was why they made such a good match, she comforted him when he fretted and he supported her when she needed it.

Had he not told her himself it was easy to rebuild a home but not a family, was it the unknown he was so worried about? Seze and Kres going out into the world to pick whichever goal they wanted. Seze off to hunt things with disturbingly large teeth and he hoped Kres would become a gentle artist but who knew, he didn't even think Kres knew at the moment. "I'm being unreasonable again, arn't I?"

His words brought a grin to her face. "At least you realize it this time, dear 'Ronny." Kelina said affectionately. She spun out of the slow dance, though, in a fluid movement and grabbed her bow and the spare quiver with practice arrows in them before readying one. "I hope you've not been idle while I was away. So show me dear husband." The gleam in her eyes was obviously a challenge. They didn't often spar together, but what a better time? They'd been traveling for so long, so it was unlikely that either of them had trained besides catching whatever was for dinner to feed their little family.

RP recounting of sparring here? Can change it if you'd rather.

Sauron bowed before his lovley wife then dove into the house for his lance which sadly hadn't gotten much use of late. He bounced out eagerly and inclined his head. "My lady should go first, just watch my heart." He waggled his eyebrows at her like the oversized shifter brat that he was. He watched her move entranced by her lithe beauty, he was pretty sure he could take her, she was after all much smaller and lighter then he, if he could pin her he would be in control.

Of course she had more real battle action then he had, and that was something to consider, either way he was excited to be doing something so exciting. Perhaps he had more in common with his daughter then either of them realized. He shook his head and spread his legs apart in a brace, the spear held in a defensive position.

His body hummed with warm energy, this was what it felt like to be alive and he reveled in it, it had been so long since he had felt this good that he was sure his body glowed with his exuberant energy.

Skava's head poked out of a bush to watch the show while he digested his breakfast. Looks like Dad managed to rile up his mate enough to get a battle out of her, how interesting that was.

Even after he ran into the house to get his spear, his eyebrow waggling broke her focus and made her giggle. Her little brat of a husband. So like their children he was, Kelina thought to herself. Since he allowed her to go first, there was no reason not to. Taking a deep breath, she steadied herself, the first shot was important. His stance was solid, but that also meant he could move more quickly. Nevertheless, it had to start somewhere. Her eyes widened, taking in every detail. "Never would I aim for such a precious thing." Instead she aimed for his stomach and let loose her arrow the second she finished speaking. Even if her arrow connected, the blunted training arrows would only leave bruises. Sure he may not feel so well after their battle if things went her way, but he was in no real danger.

Sauron saw the arrow, blunted end maybe but it would still hurt like mad, and from the strength and perfect line of her body it would be an incredibly hard hit for him if it landed.

He twisted sharply and leaped up, spear arcing down, unfortunately Kelina was rarely still, she was much more maneuverable then he with that bow then he was with his lance. She was light and fast and he was sure part ghost, one moment she was there and the next she was not. No wonder she had done so well in the war she was like quick silver, and just as beautiful. Luckily his spear was wrapped so that if it did hit her it would bounce off leaving just a blunt impact like her arrows behind. This had been a good idea, a way for them to let off some steam. He hoped the kids were not watching, it might confuse them, or worse give them sparring ideas.

Kelina grinned as her husband showed some nimble-ness as he avoided her arrow. In part, she was disappointed that it hadn't connected but proud of her husband for avoiding it. Of course, when he twisted out of the way, he had started coming towards her, the long reach of his spear adding to his already wide wingspan. A momentary flash of worry crossed her face at the spear, but it was soon gone as she noticed it too was blunted. She twisted herself out of the way and as she did so, started back peddling so she could put some distance between them. The closer they were, the more advantage he had. And while she loved him dearly, she wouldn't just give him that advantage.

Once at a safe range, which happened rather quicker than she thought, Kelina let loose another arrow. But he was moving too and it was more difficult to hit a moving target. Unfortunately, unlike that first shot, Kelina didn't have the luxury of steadying herself so she just had to trust her muscles. "Do you think..our children will spar like this once they're old enough to?" She could only imagine their cute mini-selves sparing with each other.

Her arrow thumped him on the ribs, not hard but with ribs everything hurt. Hopefully that would be a lesson he learned from so it didn't happen again, then again no matter who won the loser was the ahem prize. This practically made him skip into his next attack, then her uncanny ability to read his mind kicked in and he held the bridge of his nose pinched between his fingers as if trying to relieve pressure on his sinuses. "I don't think we will be able to stop them, I'm almost positive it is a certainty. Of course Kres will ever be able to diffuse it with that honey laced tongue of his, its a Sezarra weak spot. And if it works on her it will work on others."

He dove at her with his spear remembering himself in time to launch a full throttle attack on her fine, perfect person. Kres was a little charmer and thankfully he hadn't yet used his superpowers too much on his father, if Kres was super charming his sister was super sneaky...or at least thought she was. She did manage to elude him a time or two but occasionally he didn't drag her sorry butt back right away and just watched her.

Sauron was right, there really was no way to stop them. "Kres does have a honey laced tongue doesn't he? I think he got it from you." Kelina teased. After all, how could he have avoided an arrow through the chest on their first meeting? Thankfully, they had both grown so much since that time and had become better at their chosen class, but it appeared some things would never change, she'd always be able to get him in the chest. She giggled a little bit at that thought. When he began his retaliation, Kelina jumped back out of his range with a sly smile. "I worry about Kresimir, Sauron. Has he talked to you about a class? I haven't heard him express any interest in any weapon. Or any profession for that matter." Even when sparing she and Sauron got into a rhythm and it wasn't difficult to hold a conversation with her husband.

Sauron moved fluidly around her, never landing a hit, though he was trying, she was just so fast and light on those perfect feet of hers.

"No, Kres hasn't come to me with a class, but I was thinking maybe he would choose a monk or healing class, he seems to gentle for battle. But I could be wrong, gotten soft ya know." He grinned at her. "If not healing maybe one of the ranged classes, crossbow? Archery? What do you think?"

"Maybe he just needs to go out on his own for a while and figure himself out. Not everyone can choose right away, and Seze had trouble at first too." His daughter had hmmed and hawed and then had met Aysun and that had seemed to solidify or decide her.

Kelina smiled while keeping up the little dance they were in. She had only been able to hit him a few times but it was a few times more than he had been able to hit her. It made her glad that she had done all that extra training before the last battle so that she could protect her family. They were, after all, the most important things to her.

"He is a little gentle. But I think maybe it might be because he hasn't found anything that needs protecting?" Kelina shrugged but she easily stepped out of their battle rhythm and it was clear that she was calling their spar at an end. "I didn't really get into my training until my sister Lasarra got hurt because my shots weren't good. I think you're right and he does just need to go out on his own. He saw a lot while we were in the war camp, but he was just so young I don't know that he really understood any of it." And there she went again, back to concerned mother bear.

With a deep sigh, she sat down and leaned against one of the many trees around them. "Some times I just want them to be that young again. To be that young again and be able to raise them now, out of wartime." When she was at battle, she always had her family in the back of her mind, always worried about them. Would her kids grow up any differently because they had seen war and death so early?

Sauron flopped down beside her, "Your most likely right, I fight my best when I know you are in danger, perhaps it runs in our family." He smiled and knelt in front of her, "Younger my sweet? But you become more beautiful each day, and I would not trade that for all the youth in the world. Your face the first thing I see in the morning, makes my heart sing with joy." He brushed a curl off her face, "Between that and the challenge of catching you and that cute butt of yours and my day begins in the very best way." He grinned and smooched her playfully.

He paused waiting for her to either kiss him back or push him over. Soon he couldn't hold in the giggle and fell on his butt himself.
