For better or worse, He is the owner of the unprecedented nature of cruelty and presents no limits of his own wickedness. +Yasu Takashi: The weaponized form of his partner Yasu Takashi that was reinforced with magical technology to increase its overall power as well a sharpness remodeling most of the weapons edge with a condensed blade of heat on the outline of it's body making it able to cut most material that can be turned on or off with the flick of a switch on the side of his handle;But what is most dangerous about his remodeled partner is the fact he altered his partners original skill Kiiro no chō no dansu {Yellow Butterfly Dance} that was originally meant to attack the soul by releasing yellow particles that home in on the soul but later after becoming the Director of DEM he sent his partner into a coma to prevent her waking up as he modify the particles into weaponized nanomachines to attack the flesh as well; now being made of protein and programmed to mimic lymphocytes when outside a source of body heat, they are virtually impossible to detect. The nanomachines replicate and spread like a virus; when inside a host they attack the brain and central nervous system, before breaking down into proteins and leaving the body, the target perpetually sees glowing yellow butterflies in their vision, a symptom victims suffer as the virus takes effect..It should be noted he is not affected by the virus since he is still his partner, What should also be noted is that those with Soul Manipulation can resist it's effects and force them to exit out of other victims system(Spiritual only), For the physical world using a strong EMP emitter can render the nanomachines unresponsive(Physical only) .
Personality: Han is an intellectual cruel and unloving man, he often call his subordinates by their surnames, He is not the kind of person to talk much. He rarely shows any sign of alarm, Surprise or anguish.
