In the midst of the current battle, the forces of Chaos are making some new recruits. Have you ever wanted to feel the surge of darkness in your fingertips? Well, now you can -- as you write your new Chaos character!


We will be offering TWO prizes in this contest:

One BRAND-NEW corrupt senshi -- This prize is a brand new character or upgrade for an existing civilian! ICly, it will be explained that your character was captured at the Masquerade as a civilian and corrupted.

In order to be eligible, you must:

1) Apply with a fully completed application form as outlined in the posts below. A form missing pieces will be considered 'unfinished' and disqualified. Additionally, if you POST a form for the corruption of an existing character, it will not be considered. Those must be PMed to The Space Cauldron!

2) You may enter as many times as you want for this competition. Realize, however, that you can only win one of these if you win any at all. So put your best foot forward!

3) Please post only one entry per post. This is because you might risk reaching the character limit in Gaia posts otherwise.

4) Please be respectful of everyone! Do not post anything other than your entries in this thread.

5) Submit your entry before the deadline!

6) Anyone may enter this contest, and there will be no penalty based on activity or number of current characters. If you have recently won a character in customs, bought a character with Crown Tokens, been quest fairied, or acquired a slot through bribes, you can still participate!

7) You do not have to have have signed your character up to be captured (or even roleplayed them) in the ORP; everyone is free to participate in the contest even if they have been unable to participate in the ORP yet!

He doesn't like to read mystery, romance, or horror books because of the serious tone they take, and thinks they're most useful for making paper airplanes out of. In fact, this is why Matt McMat can't visit the Destiny City Library unattended.

[b]Virtues:[/b] These are positive aspects about your character's personality that affects them on a daily basis. Specifically, these are non-physical traits (such as 'generous', 'kind' and 'outgoing') that other people will look up to your character for having. These are used not only for role-play, but to also help the artist decide on expression and personality. Two traits minimum, four maximum.

[i]Outgoing[/i] -- Matt McMatt is an outgoing guy. He's always the life of the party, and tends to love organising parties for no reason but having parties. He's an effervescent party animal. When it comes to answering a question, Matt McMatt is usually the first to offer an answer even if it isn't correct of what someone is looking for.

[b]Flaws:[/b] Second verse, same as the first. Things that are not flaws: 'stubborn', 'hates seeing people hurt their friends', phobias, mental illnesses, diseases, being 'too nice' (unless they are SO NICE that it is an ACTUAL FLAW), etc. Like the virtues, these are non-physical traits about your character that affects them daily, however these are attributes about your character that give other people reason to look DOWN on your character. We'd like two of each, try to keep to four maximum. This helps the artist decide expression, personality.

This attack is an UPGRADE of your first attack. Your first attack is more powerful, and can have a cosmetic change. Ie, Sailor Jupiter's lightning attack takes on the form of an eastern dragon when shot at her enemy.

[b]Eternal Sailor Attack:[/b] Name.
This is your senshi's most powerful attack. It is different than your senshi's Sailor and Super attack. For instance, Sailor Jupiter's eternal "Sparkling Wide Pressure/Jupiter Thunderclap Zap" enabled her to form a disc/frisbee of lightning that she could throw at her enemy.

Hobbies:
Natural History - Lad absolutely loves everything about Nature. Evolution fascinates him, the secret, silent life of the trees intrigue him and as for the animals. Well. No matter how weird or downright creepy they are, he loves them. Lad is a frequent visitor to the local Natural History Museum and quite frankly, could run rings around some of the employees when it comes to information about their exhibits and specimens. To date, his favorite exhibit is the Into Jurassic Park one. It had models from the movies and fossils and a Triceratops busting through the front lobby and and and! Oh, the things he learned were so awesome! SO AWESOME!

Whittling - The art of carving wood and bone into things snared Lad’s mind when he was about seven years old and went to see an old man skilled in the art at one of the local art museums. That such dried up and often ugly, dark things could be transformed into delicate, bright little things was fascinating. And nothing would do on the way home, but for Lad to beg his parents to let him try it and learn. Appropriately, they bought him a small, beginners Swiss Army Knife, several bars of Ivory soap and stood careful watch as he learned through trial and error. While he hasn’t quite gotten to the point where he can carve bone or antler, he’s gotten decent at carving branches into little wooden chains. He’s also carved a few pretty little spoons as gifts for his mom. It might take a lifetime to get as good as that old man, but Lad is willing to put in the work.

Nail Art - Male though he may be, Lad has always had a tremendous love of pretty things and well, girly stuff. He wears his hair long and in girly styles, sometimes he’ll wear girly clothes. But he will always, ALWAYS make sure his nails are done up in some pretty color with a neat design. And he will always do these manicures himself. Sure, it might get him some weird looks and nasty remarks, but who cares? It’s fun to paint his nails and doodle neat designs on them! Why, he had Avengers nails for when the movie came out. And just last week, his nails were painted to look like melon slices for summer. Besides, being able to do and enjoying nail art has put him in the lovely position of being able to hang out with some neat girls. Sure, girls might be annoying at times, but they still know all sorts of interesting stuff to talk about and Lad has no compunctions against sitting in delighted silence and listening as he dolls up their hands.

Virtues:
Outgoing - Oh hai thar! Lad would like to be your friend. Untroubled by social anxieties of any kind, Lad wants to just get out there and interact with people. He refuses to be treated oddly due to his love of girly things. Lad will be your friend whether you like it or not.

Love of Learning - In spite of his almost aggressive friendliness, Lad possesses a scholar’s heart. He loves learning for the sake of learning and isn’t afraid to ask questions. It is this love of learning that causes him to go out and try as much stuff as he can at least once. As far as Lad is concerned, God (or Whoever) gave him a brain and the free will to use it. It would be a sin to not try and get as much out of life as humanly possible! Besides, that love often puts Lad in the position of being able to share that learning and ignite a similar fire in like-minded folk.

Ambitious - Lad sees life as a twisting, winding path curving off into the ether. And those curves are the challenges that make having ambitions so very sweet. And Lad does have ambitions. Learning as much as possible, getting into a good college once he’s old enough and then? Who knows, but whatever path he chooses, he’s going to be the best! He throws himself wholeheartedly into everything he does that furthers his life's goals and feels that in doing so, he is becoming a better, more well rounded person. And the best part about ambitions is sharing them and maybe even helping other people find their own set.

Flaws:
One-Track Mind - In the midst of his ambitions, Lad sometimes loses sight of the bigger picture, focusing so hard on one thing that several other, equally important things have passed him by. This isn't such a problem when it comes to schoolwork, or at least it wasn't when his mother was teaching him. But out in the real world, he focuses so hard on his goals and his work that he sometimes neglects friends and family. He's narrowly avoided being held back a grade when he was so busy thinking about one test question, that he missed seeing the essay question that made up half of his final grade.

Impulsive - Sometimes, in the pursuit of learning or simply having a good time, Lad acts before he stops to think or even get permission. Like the time he decided on his own that he was ready to move from soap bars to pieces of wood without checking with his parents. He wound up in the ER with a sliced finger. Or the time he nearly got caught in a flash flood behind his house because he was more interested in getting outside and finding a particular bug than he was in taking the two seconds needed to listen to the weather report. Lad means well and does try to stop and think. But sometimes he has things to do and just can’t take the time!

Arrogant - Thanks to his ability to learn and his familiarity with his museum haunts, Lad’s developed a rather arrogant streak. He can floor adults with his leet knowledge skillz. Lad is DA MAN. Clearly. Unfortunately, no one with any real influence over Lad caught onto this trait in time to n** it, so his arrogance has had time to grow and take root. Lad is just awesome, thank you SO much.


PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION

Eyes: Wide, deep-set and a soft yellow-ish green in color

Hair: A bit past should length and usually done up in a girly style completely with cute accessories. Should be a pretty dark chocolate color with tangerine colored tipping/streaks.

Face: Sun-tanned skin with a smattering of dark freckles across his nose. Largish ears, average nose and a slightly squared face. Usually grinning cheerfully.

Clothes: He favors outdoorsy clothes with a touch of femininity somewhere about his person. He wears a couple of small hoops in his left ear cartilage and always has his nails painted.

Shoes -- Boots. Style is CC
Gloves -- Fingerless gloves and vambraces

Attacks:
Sailor Scout Attack: Behemoth's Swagger
When cast, Yildun is wrapped in an earthy looking (albeit illusory) armored shell for 20-30 seconds. While so armored, his hits pack a little extra punch, subjecting his opponent to mild to moderate bruising depending on where the blow hits. Can be used twice per battle.

Super Sailor Scout Attack: Behemoth's Strike
As above, Yildun becomes wrapped in magical armor, however now it has a slightly more monstrous appearance. He is armored now for approximately 30-40 seconds and his hits have even more force behind them resulting in moderate to severe bruising. His hits are also now accompanied by a small spray/burst of sand/dirt which does nothing really for the attack. Can be used once per battle.

Eternal Sailor Attack: Behemoth's Rage
Yildun's armored shell now resembles a large monster (Magical Mutant Rhino-Hippo) that moves and strikes as he does (think similar to a Jaeger). This can only be cast once and will last for 45 seconds. Moderate to severe bruising are common effects of being struck, but now with the added possibility of being knocked off their feet courtesy of a large-ish burst of pebbly earth that accompanies each blow thrown by Yildun regardless of whether or not said blow lands on its target.

Hobbies:
Track: Jasper isn’t just fast, he’s in a league of his own. This gift came from his mother who herself was something of a star before she got pregnant. While she was still alive, the only time Jasper showed his speed was when he tried to race and outrun her. Now, he has taken to the school team and outside of it to keep her memory alive. One will often find him running on the school track after classes. But on weekends, if he isn’t busy elsewhere, Jasper will lace up his running shoes, put on his headphones and just run wherever his feet take him through the city. To be honest, if his dad knew how many times he had ended up in the abandon parts of the city due to zoning out as he ran, the man would put a tracker on his son.

Carpentry: Working with his hands is something this young man loves as it has become a second source of relaxation allowing his mind to have another avenue to focus on outside of the real world. Having been taught the basics at a young age by his grandfather when the man would watch the child, Jasper as since found his ability growing with methods ranging from trial and error to following manuals and youtube videos.

One day, Jasper would like to own more professional tools that allow him to create one of a kind pieces. For now, most of his pieces end up as gifts to his younger sister (should she want them), hanging out in random places around his room, or as fodder for the fire. Not everything is worth keeping.

Hair Styling: Jasper has the strangest affinity for beautiful hair. Having great pride in his own hair, Jasper cannot help but feel a hole in the pit of his stomach when he sees someone who has just ignored their own locks. Investing in his own products and as much self teaching as he can, Jasper usually is only able to practice on wigs and his sister’s dolls (when she wants him to). Outside of their family, very few people know of his passion. His grandmother got him his own sheers one Christmas so now he cuts hair for family members, a few neighbors and some of his classmates that pay him now. One way to get pocket money.

Virtues:

Easy-Going:
It takes quite a bit for something to get under Jasper’s skin. So much just appears to roll off Jasper’s back that some people might not think he even cares. Truth is, he does. He just does not think some things outside of his control are worth getting upset over. If he has to go pick up his sister when he had plans, he will shrug and do it. Same if he misses watching baseball to go buy food. He might groan a bit just to make people roll their eyes and invoke a reaction but Jasper isn’t upset. Though someone can ruffle his feathers if they start taking advantage of his easy going way.

Punctual:
Time is of the essence. For nothing lives forever and to be late to something means you are wasting valuable time. We all have a limited amount of it on this planet. His mother’s sudden death taught Jasper that so now, if he agrees to do something at a set time, you know he will be there. Tardiness means something happened. Being Late….you know there was an emergency. Jasper is one to check traffic before traveling or make sure the bus is running on time. When things happen outside of his control, it causes a bit of a temper flare up. However, he does make sure to let the others involved know where he is and what is going on. Never is it his fault! (at least that is what he will tell them)

Intelligent:
Aside from the fact that Jasper doesn't care to really apply himself in an academic setting, he is a fairly intelligent individual. If someone were to test Jasper's IQ, they would be surprised to see exactly how gifted he is. He is someone people can go to if they have a problem (ie. homework - especially if they're a pretty lady smilies/icon_wink.gif ) or requires physical assistance (ie. carpentry) or some problem solving skills. If he doesn't know the answer or how to help out he knows how to find out quickly.

Flaws:
Heart Breaker:Is it a woman with a gifted chest? A lady with curves in all the right places? A female with a lovely complexion? Or even just a girl with a beautiful smile? Don’t worry, Jasper will flirt with them all! Attractive women draw his attention and he enjoys being the reason they smile. Attachment on either side does not stop from from sweeping someone off their feet. Jasper loves having all the ladies on his side. But after awhile, if he gets tired of them, he just wanders off onto the next and typically leaves without a word. Jasper is the type of man that once he is done, bored, or you turned him off, he's out of there faster than you can bat a beautiful eyelash. Suddenly he won't return your calls, answer texts, and if it was really bad, he will act as if he doesn't even know you. Let's not talk about how many times he's been slapped....

Self Preserving:
His life, his happiness, his purpose comes first. Do not expect him to take the blame for something or even step in front of a ‘bullet’ for anyone. Jasper feels his life is just as important as anyone else so why should he be the one to make sacrifices. To remind people of this, he often over reacts to things leading some to call him melodramatic. Hey, life is a performance.

Unmotivated: Jasper utterly lacks the motivation to push himself to his potential. As a child, he watched his mother and father push each and every day to be the best they could be. Where did that get them? Well, his mother has passed and his father spends the days working from dawn till late in the evening. These are his role models and even though he knows he’s loved, he does not see all that work as worth it. Not when he can get away with doing the bare minimum and no one seems to care. The only exceptions to this is his hair and his running. Those two things are what he will push himself to do well in because after all, no one is as fast and good looking as him.

Attacks:

Sailor Scout Attack: Hoodoo Lances
Sailor Arabia calls out his attack and lifts his leg then stomps on the ground. From a straight line starting where his foot hit the ground, out towards his opponent (must be in front of him) a line of spiked 2.5’ tall 5” wide hoodoos jut out of the ground at varying angles. Super Sailor Scout Attack: Hoodoo Grimtooth
Sailor Arabia calls out his attack and lifts his leg then stomps on the ground. From a straight line starting where his foot hit the ground, out towards his opponent (must be in front of him) a small area in front of him is filled with hoodoo spikes 2.5’ tall 5” wide tilted at varying angles.

The badlands are unpredictable at times and thus so is the pattern. Hoodoo’s may follow a serpentine path to fill the area or have three straight lines jut out at -45 degree, 0 degrees, and 45 degrees. Eternal Sailor Attack: Badland Roulette
Sailor Arabia calls out his attack then stomps his foot. In a 15’ AOE area surrounding with him at the epicenter is ravaged by an illusion that looks like water roaring through the area (feels like a harsh wind blowing through to anyone standing in the affected area) altering the terrain washing away the surrounding life leaving the area barren and dry.

(info) In the badlands the summers are hot and dry with occasional violent thunderstorms. Hailstorms and occasional tornadoes can descend on the Badlands with sudden fury. Winters are typically cold with 12 to 24 inches of total snowfall.

This attack is contingent on a dice roll:
Even: Similar to the water illusion, snowfall coats the area dropping the temperature causing an individual to start shivering making it hard to move. (Knights of Mercury are immune as are senshi whose spheres fall into a ‘cold’ category)
Odd: Similar to the water illusion, small little dust devil tornadoes 2’ tall wind through the area emulating summer heat they do no damage. The temperature begins to heat up making individuals feel dehydrated and over heated. (Knights of Mars and Uranus are immune as are senshi whose spheres fall into a ‘hot’ category)

-The alteration is a sort of illusion. When the casting time is over, the area will return to normal. Destiny City does not need to worry about pop-up deserts or poles.

    - Music Connoisseur: Ember loves music, her father was what first interested her in the hobby. He was a pianist, and while Ember may dress, look and act like 'punk rock' she loves all music. She just won't normally admit to it. Her collection of music spans classic to rock and roll and everything in between... well expect most modern rap, she has a hard time understanding it, but that doesn't mean she doesn't give it a chance every now and then.

    - Garage Band: Ember hasn't followed in her father's foot steps as a musician, though he never expected her to. Ember, however does play guitar in a punk rock inspired band in her father's garage (it had the better acoustics). She is also one of the band's singers -- though she mostly sings back up.

    - Masseuse: While it's a hobby for now when Ember's able to get a job she really wants to be a Masseuse so she can help people relax and feel better. Ember has been studying the ways of the massage therapist online and sometimes takes the free online courses she finds. After all, she realizes the chances of becoming famous in a band is kind of slim to none.


Virtues:
    - Creative: When Ember is in a tight spot, she's learned that she needs to be creative about what she says and does. A lot of times she can pull herself out of trouble, perhaps some of the creativity runs into resourcefulness when she's in certain jams but she seems to be able to talk her way out of some things, or find some sort of leverage to help get her over that hurdle. She also uses her creativity in her musical work, it's helped get her band over a few hurdles especially when they needed a gig to play. This also helps when her impulses have thrown her into a bad situation, she use her creativity to carve her way out of the problem she created.

    - Passionate: Ember has always been passionate about the things she's serious about. Despite her impulses her passion always runs deeper. It helps her in her musical goals to try and achieve fame in some sort of way, even if it ends up being city-wide and not world-wide. Her passion also helps her keep her focus and redirects her back to her main goals even when she strays from the path.

    - Energetic: Ember is for lack of a better word, energetic! She's often going like the energizer bunny and doesn't stop until she's finished. This is often beneficial because if Ember didn't have energy she couldn't keep up with her band mates when they're practicing or playing. It also helps her when she's roped into looking after her uncle's kids or other such activities that require her to be on the move.


Flaws:
    - Runs with the wrong crowd: Growing up Ember often did as she was told and followed her parents rules. However, when she got to high school things turned for the worst. She started 'rebelling against' her parents, and following her peers more and more. This often led Ember into troublesome situations, ones which ended up with her being hurt more than once. Not only does she follow her friends into rebelling against her parents, she follows them almost everywhere which has gotten her into a good deal of trouble and earned her a place in St. Magdalena's. Sometimes Ember's habit of following crowds of peers can leave her other friends feeling blown off, embarrassed or even hurt by her habits. She might have made a really good friend and then after a while blow them off for some new and exciting crowd of people. It causes concern and often bad feelings between Ember and her old friends, even if Ember doesn't realize what she's done.

    - Impulsive: Ember always was a child of impulse, doing things in the heat of the moment not planning them out. Sometimes these actions were pretty harmless. However, a lot of Embers impulses do tend to get her into some sort of troubled situation. See that half finished building over there? That's a shortcut to the next street! Ember will take that shortcut on impulse without thinking twice about the dangers that could be lurking. She often drags her friends through a lot of these impulses some aren't that dangerous for her friends and other impulses sometimes causes someone to get hurt, or at least scared half to death. Sometimes her friends don't mind and are easily lulled into following her laughing at the possible dangers and other times her friends try to talk her out of things and it can be flustering when she doesn't listen.

    - Flirt: Ember often comes off as a big flirt, she loves attention and getting attention. However, Ember's flirting often leads to misunderstandings such as making someone uncomfortable or giving someone the wrong idea about her. Mixed with her impulsive behavior this often leads to a lot of hurt feelings that take some time to sort out; if they're sorted out. This also hinders and puts a strain her personal relationships with people (be it friends, acquaintances, or sometimes even family) because it's sometimes hard to understand what Ember is trying to accomplish.

    As Desdemona drains energy the energy becomes visible transferring from her target(s) to her. The energy seems to flow from her 'victim' as if she just took a deep breath in. This can be stopped by someone attacking her.

This attack can only be used once per battle. The energy drained for the target at this level is like being tired out after a long run. However, for Desdemona it creates a battery recharge effect for that small time frame, giving her time to flee or have enough energy to last for backup to come.

Doodling – Though Angeline has little interest in art outside of what she can accomplish with her own hands, she nonetheless enjoys the act of doodling and drawing. She has a pile of sketch-books she's collected over the years, each covered from front to back in sketches of various people or objects. Often she can be seen carrying paper and pencils in case the desire to start drawing something should strike her. When taking notes in class, Angeline tends to doodle in the margins until the paper becomes almost unrecognizable as anything class related. She has no intention to pursuing art beyond a hobby, but she finds it a relaxing pastime to engage in when on her own.

Usage in battle: Once
Effect: Individuals within the area of effect find themselves levitating above the ground. They are still able to move their bodies, but walking and other such maneuvers are impossible until they are back on the ground.
Weaknesses: Affects allies as well as enemies.

Hobbies:

Guitar/Music - Kyle plays a rediculous amount of guitar. He's been playing for about 5 years now. He also listens to a good deal of music because of this. Right now he only plays at home. But he hopes to eventually form a band and start playing around town.

Parkour - There's just something about doing dangerous flips and stunts that get's Kyle blood pumping. Maybe it's because he can be as acrobatic as a cat. Growing up, Kyle was always doing flips and jumps off things in his back yard. It probably didn't help that there was a trampoline in his yard that he could launch himself from. He has hurt himself numerous times while learning but he's kept at it and now its something he really enjoys doing. As of right now he does this by himself. But he would be willing to try and teach someone a few tricks if they were really interested in it.

Martial Arts - Kyle originally got into martial arts as a way to release some tension and calm down. His parent's thought it was a good idea. It was, for the most part. While Kyle is still tense as all heck, He's found its a good stress reveler.

Video Games - Kyle likes to play video games. There's no way around this. While he prefers things like Assassin's Creed or Batman, he has been known to play the occasional odd game like Sly Cooper, Jak & Daxter or, if he's really bored. Kingdom Hearts. Though he will deny that till the end of the world.

Virtues:

Not Afraid of Anything - There arn't many things that can scare or unnerve Kyle. Alot of people could say this is pretty reckless, but to Kyle it's all part of the game. Yeah sure. He knows that sometimes it might be pretty stupid the only thing you have to fear is fear itself. Right? He's been like this ever since he was a little kid. Little man taking on the big bad world. It was almost like a challenge. The only time he would risk his life is if someone was in trouble.

Shoulder To Lean On - While Kyle can come off as a jerk, his friends and loved one's know that Kyle will always be there for someone if they need a shoulder. He'll be there for when someone needs to rant or if they are having issues with life. If someone is having one of those days, Kyle somehow manages to say just the thing to brighten their day.

Voice Of Reason - It is true that Kyle can be an a** and is often saying things that usually set people off. Other times, Kyle can be just what the doctor ordered. He can talk some sense into people and calm them down if they are on the verge of doing something stupid.

Flaws:

Tense - Kyle is normally very tense. It's not because he's nervous about anything. He tends to get territorial about his space and protective of his friends. Because of this though, it can often lead Kyle to be very snappy with the people around him.

Blunt - Needless to say Kyle can be a bit harsh with his words sometimes. This can lead him into some hot water on occasion because he doesn't always take peoples feelings into consideration. Other times he's just being a troll to piss people off. But you know what? Sometimes things just need to be said.

Not Afriad of Anything - This is both a blessing and a curse. This is where the reckless stupidity kicks in. Kyle can land himself in some pretty hot water when he decides to poke the sleeping dog instead of letting it lie. This is especially true when he rushes in to try and help someone. Kyle can put himself in danger because of it. And while he'd never really risk someone's lives with his recklessness. He might give them one hell of a scare to get the point across.

PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION

Attacks: These are your senshi's abilities, which will be used in battle. These abilities correspond to your senshi's element. Think of it as a "summary" of what your senshi can do in one word.

Sailor Scout Attack: Zero Prowl
Pointing at the opponent, Zero says the name of his attack. The opponent suddenly begins to feel as if they are being hunted and stalked, even though there is no source for this sensation. Zero can only target people in his visual range. This attack lasts for 15 seconds.

Super Sailor Scout Attack: Zero Hunter
An upgrade from the basic attack; the effect now extends to anyone within a five-foot radius of the initial target and lasts for 20 seconds.

Eternal Sailor Attack: Absolute Zero
At the Eternal stage, the feeling of being stalked and hunted is much more intense. It is accompanied by the occasional glimpse of a large black cat in the peripheral vision; however, if the affected person turns to look there is nothing there. They will also experience the feeling of being scratched by spectral claws; however, again, there is nothing actually damaging them. It now lasts for 30 seconds and the radius extends eight feet around the primary target.

Nickname: None.

Age: 17 years old.

Birthday: January 19th.

Sign: Capricorn.

Fav. Food: Cinnamon Toast Crunch. He'll just carry it around to munch on it. Boxes have been seen more than once sticking out of his school bag.

Hated Food: Tomatoes. They're too slimy and make sandwiches soggy.

School: Azure Valley Academy

Hobbies:

  • Pool - His father's favorite past time, Auguste has picked up his father's love for pool (not to be confused with billiards). Growing up, Pierre de Saint-Meran taught his son everything he knew about the game, from techniques he could use and what type of wood cue to use, to how to look good while playing. Auguste has been playing pool since he was about six and has competed in several games during dinner parties hosted at his home (which is very large and grand, since his father is an International Consultant and his mother is the daughter of a former French diplomat). He enjoys the game very much, and enjoys it even more when he can win - he rarely plays for money, but he'll do it if asked.

  • Dance - He dances on the side, but only because he's been forced to do it from an early age. His parents told him that ballroom dancing would look good and impress the ladies when he grew up, and so he's been taking lessons since he was ten. He doesn't find it particularly fun, but it does at least provide him with a creative outlet, and it pleases his parents, so he does it anyway.

  • Gardening - Pretty straightforward. Auguste's parents have hired help to do the gardening, but his mother would occasionally allow Auguste to help her out while she supervised, and he took to it like a fish to water. It's not something he does all the time, but sometimes when he just wants to relax he'll go and sit outside and fiddle with the plants.


Virtues:

  • Polite - Having grown up in a very dignified household, Auguste is used to putting on appearances; except in his case, his easygoing and polite mannerisms are all genuine. A normally very mild-mannered and easygoing person, Auguste's parents have taught him to be respectful to every person he meets, whether he likes them or not. Give respect where respect is due is his philosophy, as well as showing a kind hand to everyone, despite differences. Granted, sometimes this isn't easy, but he at least tries to maintain some sort of composure at all times.

  • Loyal - Under most circumstances, Auguste is a very faithful and loyal individual. He is invested in the well-being and happiness of other people, especially those close to him, and always seems to be interested in their lives (without being creepy about it).

  • Careful - He doesn't act recklessly; he tends to be the voice of reason in times of great stress or great turmoil, and he never dives headfirst into something without first trying to understand it. He is thorough and he tries to research things before doing anything, whether schoolwork or hobbies, or anything. When others panic, he can usually be found trying to calm people down, or keep people from panicking.


Flaws:

  • Naive - Hand in hand with his easygoing nature, Auguste is very naive, nearly unwilling to see the more negative natures in people. He doesn't like to admit that some people can be truly evil, and for this reason, he tends to keep himself politely distanced from most. He tries not to form many deep relationships, preferring to keep them shallow and "acquaintance-like" at best. Auguste has been taught how to interact a certain way, how to put on a show, so to speak, but when it comes to actual, real, emotion-driven friendships, he tries to avoid them. This also means he has a real issue with being wrong; he doesn't like to admit that he was wrong about something, that he made a mistake.

  • Withdrawn - He tries not to show too much emotion, but when he is angry, or when his faith in a person is broken, he tends to lash out and act recklessly, most commonly at those nearest to him and at whomever he is fighting. This is also true of when he realizes that he's wrong; he gets very irritable and snappish, mostly because of his desire to stay right. This isn't to say that after a while he'll accept his failures, but at least at the beginning he doesn't want to admit to them.

  • Ignorant - His privileged lifestyle was a gift, but at times it can also be somewhat of a curse. Auguste is very used to having things a certain way, which means that he doesn't always understand when something is different, or when something is perhaps a little rougher than he thought. This means that he can be slightly arrogant at times, though it's mostly unintentional.


PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION

  • Eyes: Bright turquoise blue.

  • Hair: Straight, snow white, soft and waist-length, partially pulled back into one larger braid while strands fall loose about his face. There are several tiny braids woven throughout it as well.

  • Face: Long and slender. Pale skinned, with a faint smattering of freckles.

  • Clothes: He tends to stray towards elegance and dignified; more formal and dressier clothing than what might think as normal everyday wear. Favorite colors are turquoise, blues, and greens.

Attacks:

Sailor Scout Attack:

    Heart of Light: Thrymr presses the index fingers of his hands to the gem in the center of his tiara. Once it starts to glow, he'll pull his fingers away, holding his hands parallel to the ground, palms upwards. Glowing white hearts will appear and he'll essentially send them towards his opponent at a high speed, like small darts, almost. This is more of a short-range attack and cannot penetrate most protective barriers. Since the heart bottoms are pointed, they can also be used to pin the opponent against something, such as a wall or tree. This does not last very long, depending on the strength of the victim, maybe 30 seconds to a minute.


Super Sailor Scout Attack:

    Crown of Light: In this attack, Thrymr, presses his fingertips together and closes his eyes briefly. Then he pulls his hands apart, and as he does a glowing, spindly, thorny flattened circle appears between his hands. He then sends it careening towards his opponent, where it can blast into them and wraps around them, binding the victim with three golden glowing "vines" of thorns. This attack will last longer if the opponent is tired, already injured, or weaker. However, depending on the strength of the opponent, it usually lasts around 1 - 2 minutes.


Eternal Sailor Attack:

    Crowning Glory: In his final attack, Thrymr raises one hand to the sky, his tiara glowing. He points his index finger up and a swirl of glowing light erupts from his fingertip, twisting around his arm like a small tornado almost, and when it gets big enough, he swings his arm around (using his other hand to sort of hold it, like one would hold a rifle) and points at his opponent. The golden white energy is sent blasting towards them, somewhat similar to the effect a cannon and cannonball might have. However, if Thrymr is injured and/or exhausted, the effect is weaker, and each time it takes a bit out of him. He can only do this move three times before his energy is completely spent.

Nickname: Crash, Puppy, Dork - all surprisingly affectionate nicknames. You can use Chris, but he doesn't really like it. Crash at least sounds like an explosion (even if he got it for tripping).

Fav. Food: Man, he eats anything. Meat, veggies, fruit, you name it, he'll scarf that stuff right now. He is particularly fond of spicy food, however.

Hated Food: People think he has a problem because he's eaten dirt. This does not exist.

School: Hillsworth.

Hobbies:

Playing the Hero - Chris, or, Crash as he goes by except at school, is a giant, sweet dummy sometimes. He likes to be helpful to others and often tries playing hero when younger kids are bullied or if seeing some great wrongdoing (in his mind). To do this... He plays hero by smart talking the perpetrator until it escalates or they go away, and Crash has no problems punching someone if they're a problem. Fighting while playing hero landed him at Hillsworth, but he still does it. Someone's got to do something!

Explosions and Pyrotechnics - Crash loves Explosions. This does not mean he understands how most work poast TNT or C4 or something, he doesn't really like doing the research - but he does like watching them. The same goes for Fireworks or some other pyrotechnic reaction - he figures they're more controlled explosions. Later in life he's likely to consider a healthy dose of demolitions work, but for now, he's happy with television and maybe peeping on construction workers from a safe distance.

Stand by me, when I'm not strong.
Cash's nickname of puppy is present for a very good reason. He's decidedly very loyal, and will often follow friends and family about and readily stands up for loved ones and friends at the first signs of trouble. People know he won't lie or cheat them,and thet when he's needed, he'll be there- through thick and thin.

Good sense of Humour
It's not easy having yourself a good time!
Crash has a rather strong sense of humor. A cheerful, good natured sort of fellow, he laughs easily at most jokes, and finds chattering with others a fun thing. He likes telling jokes and laughing, as well as making jokes for others to laugh, and he doesn't take offense to jokes at his expense easily - sometimes, he even repeats tem! He's a little bit of a clown, but in all the good ways.

Friendly
You've got a friend in me.
Crash loves people. He will talk to everyone and their mother, and then think he forgot half of the people he speaks to and do it all over again. He's not usually the kind of guy to swing first, then question (usually), but he is the guy who likes to climb on people with a smile and greet them and how is their family? Friends? Great Aunt Bertha? AWESOME. He's really kind of a social person, and... Well... Kind of like a puppy about it, often in endearing ways.

Flaws:

Simple
Simple and clean is the way that you're making me feel tonight.
Crash is not a complex guy and many people mistake this for stupidity. He's not really stupid - he just doesn't do well with complicated matters. He has the basics of the world down - people, schooling, and such, but gray areas or too much information starts melting in his brain into a runny goo of over-complication, and then Crash is left wondering why someone is telling him so much. It isn't to say Crash is stupid - he's actually pretty smart so long as the problem isn't complicated or his goal is crystal clear - but when you get into the nitty gritty of some things, poor Crash is really just best given things in a plain, straightforward, linear manner ("Order bad, Chaos good" or "Get me my damn coffee you yokel"). Past that... Crash needs the cliff's notes please.

Hyperfocused
The end has come and I welcome glory.
Once Crash focuses on a task, he's latched on to it. With tunnelvision and a bit of a problem listening. Once Crash focuses, that's it, wind him and go. The problem is, he won't take in new information or acknowledge anything between his goal and himself, so trying to get his attention is like pulling teeth. Worse is, he doesn't have a 'regular' focus mode - it's all in or he can't concentrate, so if you do jar his focus, it's completely gone for a while, making him very aggravating when doing tasks requiring focus.

Friendly
To your side an unlikely friend!
Crash likes people and he will greet anyone. Provided you aren't trying to hit him (and sometimes even if you are) he's a very friendly sort and... Again. He's a puppy with a GREAT BIG SMILE and a quick word. He's loyal, but he just loves to make friends and doesn't like being told not to. It's impossible and he'll happily traipse over to the wong person at the wrong time. Provided you haven't made an enemy of him in the past, it doesn't matter who you are - he wants to meert ALL OF THE NEW PEOPLE, and if he's not focusing, then he'll probably greet everybody.

PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION

Eyes: Big green teal eyes. Faily oval shaped and very much the lood of a VERY happy person.

Hair: Crash has puffy firetruck red hair, down to his shoulderblades, that is pretty much untameable aside the occasional ponytail. His bangs however are usually bleached white, and he has a small red goatee on his chin.

Face: Round, with pale skin and freckles. Many freckles. He has a large nose and a perpetual dorky grin on his face (Unless angry) and his goatee is only on his chin. If he shaveds, it looks like dirt. Ears are bigger, and slightly sticky-outy, and he's covered in freckles.

Clothes: Solid or pop culture inspired shirts under a plaid or plain overshirt left unbuttoned and open, with distressed jeans and hiking style heavy duty shoes. He's a bit frumpy.

Collar -- Sailor collar in Alizarin Crimson with old lace striping. The front point connects at the collar of his bodice.
Bow -- If the decoration could be an extension of his collar tied in a knot, that's great. Barring that, then a simple necksarf design is fine. If part of the collar, it's alizarin crimson. If the neckscarf, that should be Old Lace.
Bodice -- Black t-shirt with alizarin crimson on the sleeves.
Sleeves -- Short sleeves with alizarin crimson piping.
Brooch -- A simple ruby set in a bone round base.
Bottoms -- Pants with piping in old lace white up the sides.
Tiara -- Black fabric tied around his head, like Rambo or Solid snake. If that doesn't work, classic tiara, alizarin crimson or ruby red gem in it.

Shoes -- Black leather calf boots with alizarin crimson piping around the tops.

A short, one-target attack. Sirrah focuses on a single opponent and motions at them. They then begin feeling nervous at best - those prone to being timid or are already antsy may even fidget. Targets feel nervous, but cannot place about what. Can end early by breaking Sirrah's concentration.
Duration - 30 second
Range - 5 feet.
Uses: 3

Super Sailor Scout Attack: Major Anxiety
A longer version of the first attack. Affects one target whom begins hyperventilating and feeling anxious. More nervous/timid opponents may even fidget. Can be broken early by breaking Sirrah's concentration.
Duration: 45 Seconds
Range: 8 feet
Uses: 3

Eternal Sailor Attack: Sirrah's Panic Attack
Like previous stages, Sirrah's attack causes anxiety. This time though, the anxiety turns into a full blown anxiety attack and affects the 3 closest enemies, within a ten foot radius. Those affected will deel they are hyperventilating at minimum, to having their heart pound and their chest tighten, with a lack iof desire for touch in the most severe cases, and there is an undercurrent of plain terror running underneath it. Severity varies based upon the target's disposition - enemies less likely to be afraid will be less affected, while lower levelled opponents or themore prone to anxiousness may feel the stronger end of the panic attack.
Duration: 30 seconds
Range: 10 foot radius or three closest opponents.

Name: Gael Reese

Nickname: Never liked the idea of nicknames so he never was given one. Well, none that he’s aware of anyway.

Age: 18

Birthday: February 18

Sign: Aquarius

Gemstone: Amethyst

Blood Type: A positive

Fav. Food: Eggs. They’re so healthy for you and can be made so many different ways with so many different things. He’s an easy guy to appease when it comes to food.

Hated Food: He has a deep dislike of pancakes and that mainly stems from the fact that his father was not very good at cooking and the only thing he could successfully make was pancakes and he made them far too often for Gael’s taste.

School: Destiny City University

Hobbies:
Krav Maga: A military based form of fighting out of Israel that Gael began to study when he was 15 years old. His father had insisted that he learn how to ‘hold his own’ in a fight and enrolled him in the classes. At first Gael wasn’t all that interested. He would have much rathered stay at home and work on his studies. In fact, it wasn’t until he got into his first real fight that he began to realize how beneficial the classes were and threw himself into studying and practicing the form of martial arts as much as he studied for school.

Knitting: Not that he’d let anyone know, but Gael highly enjoys knitting. There’s something therapeutic about the work and the fact that he can make something that is practical and useful is a bonus. He isn’t extremely advance with the hobby. He can do basic stitches and some cabling but that’s about all he needs to make what he wants. Hats, scarves and gloves, are about the extent of his interests with maybe an odd sock or two thrown in for a change of pace.

Bookworm: Gael enjoys reading. He has a tendency, in fact, to always have some sort of recreational reading in his book bag at all times. Now, what type of books does he lend to you ask? Well Gael will read just about anything that piques his interest. You could say he tends towards the non-fiction side of things as reading fiction isn’t really productive in his mind. But, if someone insists he dive into a book about vampires because it’s well-written or just an insanely good book, he’ll certainly give it a try if he feels at all curious about it.


Virtues:

Independent: Gael has always had to do a lot of things himself as he never really had anyone he could lean on for help or support. With his father always at work and leaving him to his own devices, Gael needed to teach himself to do a lot of the stuff a parent would do for a growing child. If he wanted to eat, he needed to cook for himself and make sure that whatever needed to get done around the house, got done. Now he capable of doing things without needing the support, approval or companionship of anyone else. He can do what he needs to get done on his own, thank-you-very-much.

Courage: Gael will pretty much try anything once. He isn’t afraid to attempt new things and to get his hands dirty. Now, he won’t necessarily due stupid things. He knows there’s a line between courage and stupidity and he knows exactly where that line begins and ends. But if it’s at least a somewhat good idea and there’s little chance of it crossing that stupidity threshold then Gael is usually right there to give whatever it is a go.

Cleanliness: Gael like’s to keep things neat and orderly. Now, if there’s a smudge on a perfectly clean white counter he isn’t about to go all OCD and whip out all the cleaning supplies and cleaning gloves to make it spotless, but he enjoys being neat. This carries over to his own personal appearance as well. He cuts a sharp figure and enjoys putting on nice clean clothes. There’s something about the fact of having a clean apartment and a clean orderly appearance that makes you look and feel more responsible about your life.


Flaws:

Overconfident: Gael is one of those guys who seems to exude confidence. Having grown up in a single parents household Gael has had to learn to take care of himself rather early on in life. This meant he learned how to assert himself earlier on than most other kids his age. He’s had a few life lessons already. Throw on top of that his now above average fighting skills and well toned physique (the lovely after effects of his krav maga classes) and it’s not all that surprising that Gael is a confident fellow.

Selfish: If he’s gonna do something, Gael is going to wonder what he’s going to get out of it. Or, if something horrible is about to happen and he can get his good-looking butt out of there, he will. He isn’t exactly a team player in that sense. Will he purposely throw someone in front of the bus for himself….eh, that’s debateable, but he doesn’t worry about number one before anyone else. After all, if number one doesn’t get what he wants than number one can’t be happy, right?

Peacock: Oh, Gael is a pretty boy, and he knows it. He knows it very well, thank you. He started out scrawny and gangly when he first started to his puberty, but genes and physical conditioning certainly helped change the lanky boy into a strapping young man who can turn the eyes of almost any girl. He takes some pride in his appearance and grooms himself well. After all, he’s now in college. Time to really start showing off to all the young ladies he wants to woe and um...well...you know.


PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION

Eyes: A pale blue and slightly angular.

Hair: A deep dark brown almost black in color of short messy loose curls. He usually throws some styling gel into his hair to try and tame the mess but rather enjoys the look despite a few locks having a tendency to fall down into his face at times. He feels it gives him a slightly wild flare.

Face: He’s growing well out of his boyish looks and beginning to get the chiseled, squared jaw like his father. He’s one of those guys who can’t grow much hair on his face yet so he keeps himself clean shaven as he awaits the day he can grow an impressive beard. It will happen...one day!

Clothes: Gael usually tends towards wearing dark fitted jeans, a slim fitting long-sleeve or short-sleeve button up top with a neutral tank top on underneath ( In the winter he usually throws a zip up sweater over top ). His favorite colors to wear usually include blues, greens, blacks and reds. And shoes wise he stays pretty casual with black or grey lace up shoes. He rarely ever wears hats as all they do is crush his curly hair. He does though wear a silver earring cuff on his left ear and a plain silver chain around his neck.

Secondary Color: Dark Green

Fuku: This is all up for some CC. I am bad at detailing what I want and figuring out outfits. Here is a (very poorly drawn) reference image though.

Collar -- More like cap sleeves that comes over his shoulders creating the appearance of a traditional sailor collar and meeting in the middle of his chest.
Bow -- A Purple sash around his waist that sits over top of his vest. It ties in a knot and the ends hang down.
Bodice -- A tight fitting black tank top/vest with a zipper down the middle that reachesto the edge of the bottom of his sash and then flares out into a flowery style type tails. The edges of the vest (zipper, armholes/tails) all are edged in green with a delicate swirly/flowery pattern alongside the green edging.
Sleeves -- None. He does have 3 plain thin silver armbands on his left arm.
Brooch -- Sits right where the collar of his shirt meets. It’s just a plain oval.
Bottoms -- A loose fitting almost baggy style pants in purple
Tiara -- A black metal tiara that is more like a band across his forehead.
Choker -- A basic black or purple piece of cloth around his neck.
Shoes -- Tall black riding height boots that lace completely up the front.
Gloves -- Fingerless short black gloves
Accessories -- He has a plain silver cuff on his right ear that is joined by a small silver chain to a pierced hole at the lobe of his ear. His other ear just has a large ear cuff that is about an inch in size.

Attacks:

Sailor Scout Attack: Wicked Sting
Kibirev puts his pointer finger and middle finger to his lips in an incomplete circle and blows sharply between them. A small dart-like shaped flower tipped in poison is launched towards the enemy stem first.
Effect 1: The target feels a mild burning sensation where the dart hit.
Effect 2: If hit a second time during the fight the target will begin to experience blurred and double vision that can last 15 seconds.
Can be used four times in a fight.
Weakness: Can be dodged

Super Sailor Scout Attack: Devil’s Sting
Kibirev makes a loose fist and blows sharply into his hand twice in succession. 2 small dark-like shaped flower tipped in poison are launched towards the enemy stem first.
Effect 1: The target feels a burning sensation where the dart(s) hit.
Effect 2: If hit twice during a fight the target will begin to experience delirium for 20 seconds.
Can be used 3 times in a fight
Weakness: Can be dodged

Eternal Sailor Attack: Twilight Sleep
With his palm face up, Kibirev gently blows across it and pollen floats towards the target to be inhaled.
Effect 1: The targets heart rate slowly diminishes until the person appears to be dead. Kibirev needs to be in close range and this can be fought off by anyone with sufficient energy (Basically not completely drained or in intense pain/near death). If they do fall under the effects can last anywhere from seconds to minutes depending on their will to fight out of it.
Effect 2: If the target is injured their most serious injuries will begin to heal. With the lack of a heartbeat any internal or external bleeding will also cease. If healing is involved there is no set time when the stasis will wear off. It will depend on the person’s will and energy.
As a side effect, the person put under Twilight Sleep may experience the sensation that they may have been awake or remembered what went on around them. This is mainly a dreaming sensation that occurs, but feels extremely real to the person who was under. Most of these thoughts are very incoherent and probably won’t make much sense.

Tetris- It's been proven to calm the mind and help focus. It's also a game that Dorian can play on for hours. He likes the techno music. He also owns a tetris shirt. And a tetris themed bookbag. And a pen that lets you play tetris, (which sits in the teacher's desk).
Mystery Novels- The ones with broken spines and cost $1 at the dollar tree are the best. Dorian loks reading about the PI who goes against the grain. (He is also a fan of Film Noir)
Gardening- He grows herbs. Special herbs. Legal ones. Ones he can use when he's too poor to go shopping.
Watson and Holmes: His pet rats. Holmes is female. This was due to a mistake on the seller's part. Dorian likes to take his pet rats on walks in his hoodie, and this is not allowed in food stores and depresses Dorian considerably.

Virtues:

Self-Sufficient- He doesn't depend on his parents now, and vows to never depend on anyone. Why? To many problems. Dorian thinks by doing stuff on his own, he's a better person. He tends to work with others well enough, but he prefers not to. It's just easier for him.

Never back down- You have a problem? He will ask you, up front, and he will deal with it. He's not blunt in sense he asks at the worst possible moment, but he does ask. He does confront, just in the shadows where they won't make a scene.

Motivated- Dorian has one life goal besides living until he's 30. And that is be successful. He still gets up and does his full on work day. He still does what he has to do. He will live, he will survive. Even if the sky is a black cloud he will move on, because he can't give up. It's just not his nature to do so.

Positive Thinker- When things get tough the thought get going and Dorian is going to not only go, he will go smiling. He tries to find the silver lining on every storm cloud. When he can't find one, he will find something else to be positive about. Out of everything he does, he truely thinks that if you are alive there is hope, that in some way, things can always get better.

Flaws:

Overly critical- Living on his own and being self reliant has made Dorian very critical of other lifestyles, mostly of his peers. He can't understand why people need to rely so heavily on each other, and also, why they are so darn whiny~ So you lost your money? Make more. This also goes into cleanliness, organization, and tends to go with...

Prideful- He has a full time job. He has his own place. He has a (very old and half dead) car. Dorian is better then you. He will tell you why. He might tell you how to get as good and him but as stands, he is still better then you.

Jealous- Dorian, for all his pride, all his self reliance, hates feeling lesser and that he is somehow left out. He might SAY he is better then you for earning his car ALL ON HIS OWN, but inside, he REALLY HATES THE FACT YOU GOT THAT BRAND NEW TOYOTA FOR YOUR BIRTHDAY. But he won't share this. He'll just make grumpy faces at your new car and say his is better because it's HIS.

Lonely- Always moving forward and making the best of things while not wallowing in the past has one draw back Dorian keeps encountering. The fact that for all his independence and bravado, he is terribly lonely. He has friends and family, but he always keeps them at arm's length. While he says it's a good thing, something needed to achieve his goals, he is rather lonely and often finds himself at home on a Saturday night with no one around. Part of him desperately wants to find someone to be close to, but he can never bring them closer then that brick wall he puts up around himself.

Sailor Scout Attack: Fall
Touching an enemy, they suddenly find themselves paralyzed for 5 seconds. This can only be used ONCE PER DAY. They cannot move, speak, and literally collapse on the ground, though they remain fully aware of their surroundings. It can only effect the single target, and that target must come into direct contact with the hand, skin to skin. Note, by default, Hybris wears gloves and must remove them before attacking.

Super Sailor Scout Attack: Crash
Touching an enemy, they suddenly find themselves paralyzed for 15 seconds. This can only be used ONCE PER DAY. They cannot move, speak, and literally collapse on the ground, though they remain fully aware of their surroundings. It can only effect the single target, (though if that target is holding another, that person also suffers the attack, maxing at 3 people), and that target must come into direct contact with the hand. Gloves are no longer a problem as is direct skin to skin contact.


Eternal Sailor Attack: Collapse
Everything in a 10 foot radius becomes erratic and unstable. Car alarms go off, lights flicker, safety valves get turned off and on at random. Things fail or fix themselves at random. This lasts for 30 seconds and can be used three times. It cannot effect a person's body if they are powered, however, if say an elderly person were to walk into their field? That pacemaker might stop. Might. It's all chance. The attack's nature is the temporary removal of control from subjective authority. It cannot alter the world state or permanently change something in a fundamental way. It is a fixed spot, and once cast Hybris cannot control it's outcome and is just as subject to it as their foes.

Dioramas - Dioramas began as more a pratical endeavor need than fun a hobby. Brahma knew that if he was able to convince his father to allow him to study architecture, model building and dioramas would be part of his coursework. After constructing a few, he began to enjoy the process of choosing the perfect pieces and presenting a complete scene. It allowed him a level of creative freedom and control that he had previously been lacking. Now, he frequents hobby shops and yard sales in search for materials. He occasionally takes commisions to recreate scenes from history or fantasy novels.

Community Service - Brahma loves to meet and help people. He knows that there are many in this world not as fortunate as himself, and if he can help them even in a small way it's worth doing. It also allows him to familiarize himself with Destiny City, his new home, and the many different people in it. He is particularly drawn to any project that deals with environmentalism and energy effiency, but he will volunteer at any cause he feels worthy or that a friend needs help promoting.

Pyromania - Brahma has always been drawn to fire and pyrotechnics. He loves the energy, the color, and the ability it has to draw people. For this reason, he can often be found at bonfires, fireworks displays, and explosive concerts/performances. At home, he likes grilling, reading by a lit fireplace, and popping cheap firecrackers. It is important to note that Brahma is not an arsonist. He feels no urge to burn down buildings or destroy property. (Although he'd help if someone had a pile of trash to burn.)

Sketching - Brahma has been sketching since he first had pencil and paper in hand. He always preferred still life to fauna and people - mostly because he could never get anyone to sit for him. When younger, he would sketch flowers as gifts for his mother. As he grew, he became more interested in buildings than in flora. This interest eventually propelled him toward a career in architecture. Now, he never leaves home without a sketchpad and can often be found in various areas throughout the city drawing what he sees around him.

Virtues:

Friendly -- Brahma always has a smile and a greeting for anyone he meets. He is not snobbish and will mingle with almost any social group. He's the kind of person who will happily introduce himself to a newcomer on their first day of class or help someone hugging the wall at a party get involved with the crowd.

Industrious -- Like his brother, Brahma was taught the value of hard work. He will take note what needs to be done and tackle each task with his full attention and to the best of his ability. Brahma is also not afraid to put his money where his mouth is. If he says that he will do something, or if someone suggest something needs to be done, then he will work at whatever task is required until the goal is accomplished. There's always something that can be done, even if its taking a few open minutes to put down a sketch.

Kind -- Brahma has a soft voice and a soft touch. He listens to other people with little judgment and offers not only advice but to help with their problem. He's the kind of person to strike up a conversation on a long bus ride or flight or who will volunteer to share a table at a crowded restaurant. He's the type of guy who will hold doors open for people, help carry groceries, or search for a missing dog. He is kind to others and hopes, therefore, for them to be kind to him in turn.

Optimistic -- Brahma has a positive outlook on life. Even when times seem dark, he looks for the bright side and encourages others to do the same. He knows that everyone has their own problems, just as he has his, but he truly believes that the only way to lose is to lose hope.

Flaws:

Rebellious -- Now that he's finally gotten a taste of freedom, Brahma will do anything to keep it. If others try to control him,he will buck. Drugs, sex, tattoos, all of which were previously strictly forbidden, are now things he seeks just because he can. Established authority and power structures mean little to him; he more obeys the laws because he agrees with not harming people than any real sense that he should. If he and those he cares about are not treated as he deserves, he will take action regardless of the consequences.

Secretive -- Brahma's father tried to forcibly prevent communication between his two sons, so for a decade Brahma had to work secretly. As a result, he does not tell people where he goes, when he leaves, or the true intents of his actions for fear of having them prevented. He also does not willingly share important knowledge or news unless it becomes absolutely necessary or he has complete trust in an individual. Without forewarning or explanation, his actions and words may be negatively interpreted by others. He will also lie to protect a secret.

Desperate -- Brahma wants to belong more than anything. For all his friendliness, he can come across as too friendly. He offers money, time, attention--whatever is necessary to keep the relationship going, short of sacrificing his freedom. Others may find him stifling and clingy. His desperation can also lead him to make reckless decisions if he feels it will help his relationship status.

Soft-hearted - Unlike his older brother, Brahma has a bleeding heart. He hates to see others suffer and is a sucker for a sob story. He can be persuaded or conned by others because of his tender nature, although he'd protest that he was only doing the right thing in helping someone down on their luck. Other, more hardened individuals may find it difficult to work with him.
