As X-Pac finally finished his daunting entrance to the ring, the fans cheering him on as he acted all wacky. There was a slight pause as X-Pac looked around at the crowd, exchanging some words with the ref. However, soon, the entire arena would let out a slight leap in surprise of his opponent! BOOM!  The wonder of the world is gone, I know for sure

As the hole becomes apart I strike to burn
And no flame returns Suddenly, from the back, came the large, menacing man known simply as Kane. His eyes were locked on the ring as he tugged up his elbow pads, X-Pac's very slightly, so so slightly worried face being zoomed in on tinted red. Kane pulled himself up to the apron as he reached the end of the ramp, bringing himself over the top rope as he still stared down a man he knew quite well. He turned to face the hard camera and brought his arms up and down furiously as the crowd let out a mixed reaction. Kane stepped away from center ring and got in the corner, adjusting his elbow pads once more as the ref checked both men quickly. After he felt as though things were good and ready, Mike Chioda called for the bell! We were underway!

X-Pac exploded out the curtain, throwing the crotch chops to the crowd as they were on their feet. The television viewers would succumb to the seizure-enducing titantron movie thing that would happen during the Attitude Era days. X-Pac would make his way down to the ring, high energy as usual.
X-Pac entered the ring and got into the middle, raising his arms up before throwing down 3 crotch chops, and the last one a jumping crotch chop to the X pyro.

X-Pac looked up at the big monster, leaning his neck from side to side as he knew he was in for a big fight. He started to shuffle, circling Kane to size up the big guy, not wanting to jump in and get himself into early trouble.

Kane turned in unison with X-Pac, circling as well and following the moves around him. Kane was brushing his nose a bit, adjusting both elbow pads as he waited for X-Pac to be directly in front of a turnbuckle. As he finally did turn to one, Kane tried to go at him and back him, up into one with some hard rights!

The quickness of Kane always seemed to take X-Pac by surprise, as he was taken right by the throat and backed into the corner. A few hard rights were catching X-Pac as he flopped back into the turnbuckle and was caught with another, and another, and another right hand! Finally one of the shots was enough to send X-Pac over the ropes and down to the floor! The crowd exploding on this exchange.

Kane, shook his head and stepped back as Chioda tried to get him away from the ropes. The Devil's Favorite Demon tugged on his elbow pads again and went stepped over the top rope away from Chioda, so he couldn't do anything about it. As Kane dropped to the ground at ringside, the fans were yelling at him, shouting things about Katie Vick and Paul Bearer. He again merely shook his head and sighed, getting close to X-Pac. He was going to try and take hold of him as he either was getting up or was up, and shoot a throat thrust at him!

X-Pac was pulled up to his feet, and was caught right into the throat, being knocked right to his back after flying a couple of inches off the ground. He started to try to scramble back to his feet.

Kane gave X-Pac his time to get himself back together as Mike Chidoa start a ring out count, getting to 2 quickly. Kane ignored both X-Pac and the ref as he started tearing apart the announce table, King and JR getting up from it as they spoke among themselves. What could be happening behind him as Kane tore apart the table?

X-Pac was back up as he saw Kane starting to tear apart the announce table! Having to move fast, X-Pac went to run to Kane and catch him in the back of the head with a forearm shot.

Kane was hit in the back of the head suddenly and leaned forward a bit, shaking his head free of cobwebs as he leaned down on the table, using his hands to prop him up. Chidoa reached four as the Big Red Monster tried to quickly spin around and take hold of X-Pac's throat, staring him down angrily!

X-Pac was grabbed! Feeling like he was in deep s**t, and not the kind that was in Mark Henry's sandwhich! He tried to hit Kane's arm hoping to loosen his grip.

The shots to Kane's arm were just enough to make him lose his grip on X-Pac. Though the Devil's Favorite Demon wasn't going to let him escape easily! He tried to deliver a stern kick to X-Pac and send him back into the ring!

X-Pac took the sharp kick to the stomach, and was thrown into the ring like a piece of garbage. Trying to push himself back up to his feet and catch his wind back.
