The Pokemon Hybrid League is in a far away region called Hyto its a league that the trainers are their Pokemon, they're 8 gyms and the Hyto league is strong. Many have tried and passed but some failed. Come with me on this journey about a boy's calling to starting his journey.

 Hello I'm Professor Cedar and I'm not going to take too much time. This is a message for those who are coming to Hyto. I want you to come to my lab and select your starters and I will explain the differences here. Just tell me your name. I can tell if you are a boy or girl. I swear if I see you drive in on a bike I will kick you into a wall. Here are your starters to choose from  Choleaf/Grass Stamber/Fire Frish/Water

Puts on a smile* Come on in Iggy. Walk up to the desk over there, I'll be there shortly. (I had know Iggy for a long time now. He moved beside me when he was four, and I started my research based of Ryouka's data. His family had invited me over several of times and it tore him apart when I pushed away everyone else to run my lab. When he grew some more he started to come by my lab and help me along with chores and studies. He's been a great helper and always took good care of the starters. He has come up now, of age, to begin his journey)

*I walk back to the desk with a sheet of paper work and three black boxes with pokeball symbols on them. I place one box behind each pokeball and push the paper in front of him* If you plan to wander this region, you have to sign this. This is your special trainer's license for this region. It is also the form to go to any hospitals along the way. You'll get overnight rest at them and free meals *I turned away for a second and whispered* This also doesn't leave me responsible...* I turn back to him. I've known you since you were young and as long as your parents accept of this, I can't argue. Do you want to become a trainer here?

Yes professor I would like to be trainer. I had a talk with my mom and dad they said okay
for me to start my journey as a hybrid trainer.

Iggykoopa130 yes professor i wood like to be trainer i talk with my mom and dad they sad OK fro me to start my journey as a hybrid trainer Stamber keep looking at me *I smiled and looked at him* Sign the form then. Currently there is no pokedex for certain reasons, so most that you encounter will be without knowledge. You'll be only with your pokemon at the start so be careful.

*released Stamber and i gasped as we became one. i started to freake out that I was Stamber*
Professor what happened I've become my starter?
(Note: Iggy was removed so a simple explanation is in order. Originally he wasn't supposed to fuse with the starter instantly. A burst heart was activated in the next post to explain the sudden fusion)

Iggykoopa130 ok released Stamber and i gasped as we became one i freaked out i was Stamber professor why ha pin i'm my starter *I smiled and pulled the box from behind him. I opened it to show that it was empty. I appeared behind him without him knowing.* When you released the pokemon I activated the crystal inside this box. The more trust that you build with the pokemon, the longer it lasts. If you want to split, concentrate to push the crystal out of you and into your hand. Right now you should be hearing you pokemon's thoughts and feeling its movements.

So I'm a pokemon, or Stamber? Have you tried contacting people or is it okay for me to already get the pokedex?
(note: once Iggy was removed, the thread went though a series of editing. The original statement by Iggy was this
so im a pokemon wht is Stamber and hve you trid contakin semo or ok for the pokedex

I feel like I belong to him and he belongs to me. His voice is telling me that he remembers me from when I used to help you in the lab. That was back when I was little.
(Note: Iggy was rather impatient and has posted several times in a row to get our attention in the role play. Some of his may have been removed to make reading easier)

I study the fusion of trainer and pokemon with burst hearts. Stamber is a mutated pokemon here. This whole region has nothing but mutated pokemon. No one can keep a pokedex here for there is a new one each day. Although the normal every day pokemon still exist. These pokemon have a greater ability to use burst hearts. That is why you are like that right now. The burst heart has made you one.
