Alexia had been wandering for some time. Time. It was funny to think of when you were always alone. In the end if it mattered when time passed at all. She had traveled through the lands but hardly settled down any where for long. She didn't feel right. It wasn't where she felt she belonged. The last place she had attempted to claim as home ended up being burnt down in a great fire. She fled before she could get caught in it. It seemed her luck some times.
Today wasn't much of an improvement. After the fire came rain. It was light at first but now as she trudged through an inch of mud and water at her hooves it was coming down harder. The wind howled and blew against her making it difficult to walk against. She looked a dreadful mess, soaked through. Her green mane plastered down against her neck and into her eyes. She had to blink and squint to look through them to see where she was going. Water was swiftly gathering at her hooves with no where to go. Her hooves sunk in with each step. The rain seemed to bounce off the water and soak her fur more
