Marlin still wasn't powering up as his powered counterpart that often, but since getting caught up in the powered shenanigans that had taken place in the park back at the end of August he was at least powering up a little more often.
A little more often however was relative given that he could count the number of times he had powered up between August and October on one hand - if he was counting that is - he wasn't.
Tonight however was one of those few occasions where he had decided to power up, Falias rather than Marlin walking the streets.
As it did so often on those evenings that he chose to power up, Falias soon found his steps taking him in the direction of the park. It wasn't unusual - after all he'd been spending a lot of what time he spent powered up in the park generally doing a whole lot of nothing. Oh so he'd dusted a youma once or twice, but mainly he spent the time walking and occasionally thinking.
The large aura that greeted him when he reached the familiar surroundings of the park was new however, something unfamiliar amongst the familiar and although hesitancy initially warred with curiosity, it was curiosity that won out and made him decide to try see if he could find the aura's source.Carneli hope this works as the other start, again let me know if anything needs changing <3

Zirconia was getting increasingly restless and failed to stay in her fishing spot, which might have resulted in some minor roundabout searching for the earth knight as he searched for her in turn.
Eventually, though, the mauvian girl darted out into his vision, unable to contain her excitement at finally locating his visage.
"Hello!" She grinned as she drew her wrists up to her chest and nearly bounced in place. Earth knights were especially exciting, and a bit more special to her than typical knights. Her family's lineage was rooted firmly in earth, and if Alfheim would not share stories, she could use the stories of others as a surrogate. Other earth knights were the best for this sort of thing.
She had almost forgotten she was out on a mission that had nothing to do with her indulgence in knight history and magic, but a shiny new face was enough to do that.
"I'm Zirconia, who are you?"

As it turned out he hadn't had to go too far to find the aura's source... Or maybe it was more accurate to say that he hadn't had to go too far before the source of the aura had found [ihim - whichever way you went by, it didn't feel like Falias had been searching long before a voice called out to him, purple and green and black darting into his line of vision.
It resolved itself into a lilac-haired woman garbed in what looked to be a black sheath dress topped with a purple and green-lined covering - at least from quick glimpse.
"Evening" Falias met her eyes some of the curiosity at why the woman was giving off such a large aura showing in his green eyes as he smiled back, her grin somewhat infectious. "I'm Falias - Falias Squire of Earth."
Zirconia was a nice name he mused to himself, wondering if it had some sort of title attached to it. She hadn't actually given one, but didn't actually mean that she lacked one - after all senshi were senshi of something and his fellow knights were knights of something and given the aura Zirconia was definitely powered so it stood to reason that she was potentially Zirconia of something too.
The aura was puzzling too, both in its strength and the fact that it was not one he recognised - about the only thing he could glean was that it was neither Dark Mirror or Negaverse, nor was it Senshi or Knight.
He hadn't yet noticed the cat ears.

She typically started introductions by spitting grand titles of Castellan or Grand Chamberlain or Royal Adviser of the Black Moon Monarchy. But in the face of an Earth knight-- or rather squire-- She was too distracted to even pick up the social cue to do so.
Instead she seemed enamored by his uniformed, with wide yellow eyes looking him up and down. She leaned in just a bit too close and exhaled a quiet gasp as her fingers hovered close but didn't dare to touch the earth symbol and feather at his throat.
"Falias... That's not one I know off the top of my head," She murmured, filing it away mentally to google later. She glanced up at him and withdrew, clearing her throat and making an awkward laugh as she busied herself smoothing out her skirt when it really didn't need any attention.
"I'm Zirconia, Royal Guardian Cat of the Queen Nehelenia of the Black Moon Court," She said finally pointing to the crescent on her forehead befoe powering down to a civilian girl and pulling her camera out of a worn messenger bag. "Can I take your picture?"

Falias hadn't been expecting the woman to take his return smile for invitation and so it had taken him by surprise when she had invaded his personal space, a mixture of curiosity and startled surprise flickering in his green eyes as her amber eyes took in the stone symbol of earth and feather pendant hanging from his neck but before he could open his mouth to say anything she had already withdrawn, making a comment as she did so that his name wasn't one she was familiar with.
It was mutual given that prior to today he had neither heard of a Zirconia either, nor encountered someone who like her appeared to have the goodness to honest cat ears that he'd spotted during her moment of personal space invasion.
He did his best to keep his startlement out of his face and was pretty sure that he'd managed it up until the part where the cat girl had turned into a cat ear-less woman after indicating the black moon crescent on her forehead and then he hadn't been able to help himself and had ended up staring for a moment.
"Apologies" he had shaken his head in apology when he'd realised what he was doing and admitted somewhat awkwardly himself "I haven't come across a Royal Guardian Cat before." Actually he hadn't come across many guardian cats full stop although he was pretty sure that the last time he had, a Order training session, that they'd been of the cat-cat variety.
"And um I guess" he scratched one of the edges of the wings that had appeared in his hair when he'd powered up to Squire as he answered her question about taking his photo, his voice puzzled. "What do you need it for?"Carneli I'm really sorry I took so long to tag this back Carneli

Zia seemed oblivious to his stumbling awkwardness, although it got to the point where it was more likely she was willfully pretending it didn’t exist. The way she kept smiling and shrugging it off, no one was truly that oblivious. “Well there aren’t that many moon queens around, typically,” She joked and held up her phone to snap a photo with the camera app.
“I keep an index of knights! A collection, sort of. Speaking of, to fill out your entry I need to know your weapon,” Se chirruped, typing something on her phone. “I like knights, see. I come from another place and there we don’t use this tech based technology most senshi cats seem to be putting out. Old magic is easier to understand, and knights, they seemed to get it. It’s just easier for me.”
In the middle of typing, a small voice in her head whispered something about irresponsibility and her mission and she seemed to have to forcible pull herself out of her index writing stupor.
“I uh… Actually I like to look for knights but tonight I was actually looking for help with something else. Have you found and small pieces of yellow crystal around?”

"Well my 'weapon' if you can really call it that is a wand." It was better than the mistletoe sprig tied up with bells that he had started with, but the fact that he wasn't particularly enthusiastic about his weapon probably showed in the tone of his voice. "I'm pretty sure that it's made of ash wood" and by pretty sure he meant that after his Squire upgrade he'd spent an afternoon googling wooden wands out of idle curiosity and the pictures of the ash ones were the ones that had looked closest in colour to wand that had replaced the mistletoe sprig.
At her shift in question to shards of crystal he shook his head "No I haven't." He hadn't come across any crystals lately - shards or otherwise - much less yellow ones. "But I guess I can keep an eye out."
