It was just like any other day. Alcyone was off having his own adventure in the sea, leaving his son to go off and venture on his own. He's an adult now of course, so Rosylone didn't need to be around his father so much. It was still quite lonely. He was used to going around where ever the other Seathi went.

But that's nothing to sulk on, And the stallion twitched his little fin out and in as he thought carefully on it. Rosylone's ears twitch, and his hooves scratch against the sand as he made his way slowly towards the edge of the River. He was in the mood to investigate the strange world above.

Slowly the male pulled his head out of the water and kept his eyes up. Sniffing at the fresh oxygen above before pulling his head out completely. "Hm..." He sniffs a little more before moving towards the edge of the river and putting a few steps down on the solid ground nearby. His eyes widen and his ears p***k up, the feeling is always different each time he does it. And it puts a small smile on his face. Slowly he begins playing with the ground nearby, but never leaving the water behind him.

Today had been a wretched no good day...and it wasn't looking to get any better.

The day had started out decently, in his solitude as he always wished to be away from the moronic nature of the general public. How was he to know when he heard rustling in the bushes it wasn't anything but some pesky little friend hounding do gooder. It was just a shame he'd kicked a rock right at a skin walker in feral form hunting for food.

As much as Trystan hated people...he hated skin walkers more than anything life could throw his way.

Now, don't get him wrong, as much as his hate boiled like the heat from one thousand sun's he was not a fighter. He simply wished a meteor would strike them all down where they stood; so when the skin walker decided to go on the attack for the rock hitting his face; Trystan had made a quick escape by shrinking down to no larger than a monarch butterfly and catching a breeze; getting him the hell out of there rather quickly.

He wasn't sure how much distance was put between he and the walker, but he could no longer hear the blood fevered snarls of the wretched hell beast; and his small body was tossed and turned in the breeze for some time before he'd managed to hit and land on something....wet. From behind he was unaware he'd landed on a seathi as he looked down at the....wet, copious amounts of brown grassy-stuff. With his lips turning up in a snarl of distaste at the fact his hooves and surrounding pelt were getting moist he turned around on the skull of the Rosylon to see an ear as large as he was.

For the love of - He inwardly groaned, his own tiny ears flat as he hoped maybe he wouldn't be noticed thanks to his size. He could always turn back..but it had taken a lot out of him to transform so small as it was a form he didn't take too often unless danger was afoot.

And he made a point to be as antisocial as possible.

Rosylone had found some interesting rocks nearby, his hooves digging around them to create a small hole in the ground so they wouldn't be washed away by the tide. They weren't particularly fancy rocks. In fact they were dull and gray with a slight sparkle to them. These were very common on the dry land, however it's not something the Seathi had seen very much in his more colorful life under the water.

His eyes widen as he tries to look around for more of the such intriguingly boring rocks. But he's distracted by something dropping right on his head. His ears flick back as whatever it is tickles his cranium. And then slowly moves up to his ear. With a small yelp he tries shaking his head to get whatever it was off of him.

He was almost tempted to go under water, but he then remembered it could be one of the small living creatures that the above world has. And so he just does his best to knock whatever it was that tickled him so much. He's completely unaware of the small flutter that fell at him accidentally.

"Hey...HEY... HEEEYY" Tristan scolded and yelled as suddenly his hairy perch began to violently shake, nearly causing the small flutter to take a dip in the stream himself - something he definitely didn't want to do today. That would have been similar to icing on the proverbial cake of dismay his day was turning into. Although his wings protested for the extra flight he flapped his way down to the rocks; landing right on top of a fairly large pebble with amazing grace for his state.

It had taken well...every last bit of him to not fall on his face in front of this creature; he had pride - and probably wouldn't have made it to the other side of the stream so in front was the only option he had.

Swiftly snapping his head around to glare openly at the small seathi he snorted quite loudly; snapping his ringlet tail to the right to emphasize his disdain.

"I almost fell in because of that little stunt!" He accused, his lip curling up in the tiniest little sneer ever. "You should be more careful or you'll kill someone..." Okay, well it was pretty once in a lifetime that something of this caliber had even happened but...Tristan was a jerk - plain and simple.
