Hobbies:

Basketball: His number one obsession and hobby! Griff loves a good ol'game of basketball and prides himself that after playing it for 7 years straight, he's part of a team representing his district! he doesn't need school really! All he needs is a court and a ball.

Beats: And if it isn't basketball, Griff can be found with music plugged in so loud, you wonder how he still hears s**t. He listens to music about 16 hours of the day, 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year. His playlist is never the same either, different every day.

Skateboarding: Nothing beats crusing the street on a board with a gentle slide and kick. He's got a few tricks up his sleeve but this is a newly acquired hobby of his, picked up really for the cute chicks who are into skater type dudes.

Virtues:

Cheerful: He's like a ray of sunshine, not much gets him down! He's always willing to look at the positive side of things!

Goal-Orientated: Once he gets a task at hand, that task becomes the number one thing on his brain. Basketball practice? He'll practice for hours until he's ready. Need something done? He'll do his best and dedicate the time it needs to be until it is.

Street Smart: Because he opted out of high school and finish it with home schooling, Griff spends more time outside on the streets of Destiny City and learned the tips and tricks from the community. He knows the ares for gangs, he knows how to get himself out of hot water with some quick words and even picked up a few hustling tricks. He's not naive, and uses his resources well.

Flaws:

One Track Mind: Once focused on a goal, he can't focus on anything else until its done. As it is, he loses focus on other important matters and often has to double back around to it. Of course he'll apologize...until he does it again!

Cocksure: He's got it, he's gonna flaunt it. You will never be as smooth and cool as him. (or that good at basketball) ((Or that good at skateboarding)). This often leads to him not really thinking s**t through and getting himself in trouble or even hurt!

Flirt/Pervert: He's got a thing for the pretty ladies, and he isn't afraid to throw a line or cop a feel in a darkened space. No really, one liners and touching are his things.

Weapon --

Lieutenant: Toy Bus - Kind of useless right? Vroom Vroom watch out for the bus!

Captain: Plastic Horseman's Pick - Although designed much like a horseman's pick, it still carries the aestich value of the original toy bus, with a bright red and checkered wooden handle as well as a red plastic head. It hurts, but it isn't life threatening. It has a slight magical effect that allows, when swinging downwards, a very small boost of speed. It smarts a little more.

General: Bec De Corbin - The final upgrade consist of a now metal head, and metal pole that spans 5 feet in length. The handle is still red and checkered but the head is black. It gains a little more of a speed boost from its previous stage, but nothing that would cause death.

Sorry that this isn't really a crit, I am trying to find something that needs improvement on but you have made it difficult for me!! So below is me rambling for 20minutes about home schooling and the facts I have no clue on XD

You put that he is homed schooled, is this done by a parent or tutor? Does he continue his studies now or have they stopped completely? (What age does home schooling stop? When did he start? 16?) Am asking because you mentioning that he listen's to music 16 hours a day (am sure that is just exaggerated to express his love for music!!) and "he doesnt need school really". Has he given up? Or is his education very lax that he can get away with not concentrating and not showing up? Or does American home schooling finish at 17 (I dont know, sorry!) Or has he just hit the age that he just doesnt really care anymore about studying (but then that clashes with his goal-orientation virtue for homework/ projects etc so am not sure if thats right for him)

Of course different people have different rules for home schooling, some people will do the 8 hours a day the school expects where others have it closer to 5 hours. I am guessing it is the latter for Griffon so he is able to do his hobbies and have gained his street smarts.

Also how did he get into basketball? Did he join it in school and then continue out of it? Or has he always played for his district instead of a school?

As you can see I am not really giving you any decent crit other than maybe filling in a few details because I am a picky bugger.

Other than that I dont have much to say XD! His weapons look good and you already have his pretty uniform!!

So answer the questions in this first part.

He is tutored by a combination of his parents as well as online classes with a external tutor. More often, the external tutor is the one to test his competence with classes and the one to give him the appropriate marks for credits to technically get his 'GED'. He started homeschooling after 14 and probably stopped around the middle of 16.

He is on the verge of just having enough credits to apply for his GED but often gets distracted and spends his time doing other things. Video games and such. He is kind of spoiled in the sense that his parents are lax on his studies but do require that final push from him. He's stuck in the middle of wanting to get it / Procrastinating / Rebelling a little.

He has taken a really shine to going out on the town and picking up skills from there, then reading stuff on computers and being tested on it.

He actually got into basketball when he was hanging outside of his home. It was a street game at the park, nothing serious and one of the teams was short a member. He got invited in and just found he had a natural talent for it. he was probably around 13 at the time, in 7th grade. he would've joined the middle school team but wouldn't have joined the high school team since he didn't attend high school. After that, he continued the sport between a official 'Gym' team and every random game at the parks.
