As the spring weather dies, the summer sun rose high and strongly in the skies beating down fiercely on anything that is unfortunate enough not to found a shelter by the time it peaks and the blue dappled stallion is one of those unfortunate ones. "Och...." Daegus squints up at the bright sun with a miserable frown on his face as he stands in middle of a really large grasslands with no trees in sight. With a sigh, his body occasionally twitches and shakes to shake off an eager horse fly and this stallion is very eager to find some shades or at least a water body that is deep enough for him to flee from the pesky flies.
Summer time seems to be the season where the blood-sucking insects come out in full force and swarm around poor horses like him, his dark colored tail swings against his rump swatting away few flies while he lifts his head up, trying to pick up a scent of water because at this point, he's slowly being driven insane by those incessant humming and biting. "Darn flies..." His scottish brogue rumbles across the grasslands and he froze when he smells something refreshing and feminine. A huge grin appears on his face as Dageus trots into the scent of a female, eager for some company and in his head, he thinks that females always will be found around lakes so if there are females.. there will be lakes nearby!!
