These are really great, Spen. As you know from another thread, I have use Chamomile tea to help me calm down while I've been trying to fall asleep. It works wonders!

I don't have problems with that anymore, but I am going to remember that. Hopefully someone else sees this and it helps them too. :3

For those of you who wear makeup and would rather go the natural way to remove your makeup, I use Grapeseed oil which is High in antioxidants, flavanoids, beta-carotene and vitamins D, C, E! It helps prevent and repair skin damage and is great for those with sensitive skin. When applied to the skin, it can help those with eczema or psoriasis too!!
You may be thinking, wtf, it's oil, won't it clog my pores? The answer is NOPE! Grapeseed oil is non-comedogenic, which means that it will not clog your pores, and it is easily absorbed by your skin. It actually helps prevent acne by balancing your skin! It can also help reduce wrinkles and scarring on the skin!
Oh, you can also use Grapeseed oil for: Facial moisturizer, Massage Oil, hair mask, shaving lubricant.
I'm an esthetician smile Thought you girls might like this.

More info on water an it's benefits. Also, in Japan people drink up to four glasses of water upon waking up, on an empty stomach. It cures a lot of ailments, including arthritis if the practice is done a certain way (with a break on the fourth day, or something like that).

Ugh, I have a problem with chronic dehydration.
I love water so much but I just dont drink enough.
Plus my love for tea overshadows it xd
And I'm constantly told that tea dries you out horribly if you drink it extensively.

Nice, thank you for sharing this! I'm adding it to my grocery list for next time I go shopping! I have weird flaky parts on my face, maybe this will help.

Drinking water has always been a big problem of mine. I have pain like arthritis but could never find a doc who would run the tests or be convinced I had it. They always say I'm too young to have it.. even after I tell them my dad had it at 18, and I'm 26. :/ Okay, have to start taking better care of myself. Need more water!!

Spenelli Nice, thank you for sharing this! I'm adding it to my grocery list for next time I go shopping! I have weird flaky parts on my face, maybe this will help. It definitely will help. If you want a thicker oil to help hydrate your skin, both coconut oil (fattiest oil), olive oil, and castor oil, are great options as well smile
I wash my hair with coconut oil, especially when the weather cools down. Super hydrating! I warm it up and use it as a hot oil treatment mask on my hair, leave it in over-night, then wash it in the morning 3nodding

I'm sorry you're in pain. I hope I'm not out of line, but have you ever tried rosehip seed oil capsules? Here's an article: [link].Quote: Rose-hip extract pills ‘slash the pain of arthritis by 90 per cent.’ I also struggle remembering to drink all my water. Had a bottle of nettle tea this morning, but no water. *facepalm* Hey. Would you like to do group challenge? For drinking two litres a day and keeping track of it here, in the guild, where anyone can join in with any challenge they fancy? I've found that things are a lot easier when people remind you and motivate you - like a health support group, of sorts.
We don't have to stop there. We could add new challenges and "level up."

I didn't see any grapeseed oil. Might need to try another place I shop at called The Golden Temple. I do have olive oil already. Think I want to try the coconut though! I am obsessed with coconuts, haha.

We don't have to stop there. We could add new challenges and "level up." Oh wow, I definitely want to try rose-hip! So many natural cures out there, I love it! I think that's a great idea. Is this something you would want to manage? I've been feeling overwhelmed on Gaia lately. I have my animal eyes thread, my aquarium thread, the giveaway, and a few things I'm working on in here. sweatdrop Probably more stuff I'm not thinking of. xD I can't wait till things slow down. I had 2 days off just now, and spent a lot of time laying in bed. gonk My boyfriend has been violently ill for 2 days. I had a headache and a stomach ache but I think it was sympathy pain. xD He was puking every time anything went in, even water. sad My schedule is looking pretty light now, 13 less hours than usual. But I'm not sure I want to take anything else on right now. But that really does sound like something I need.

Oh, I'm not sure about the rose hip now. That was fast. xD It isn't recommended for people at risk of kidney stones, and I'm at high risk because my mom, sister, and gma all have had them. It also isn't good for people with Iron deficiency, which I'm not certain I have, but I'm pretty sure. I have all the signs of it. Just finally started taking Iron supplements like a month ago. Maybe the pros outweigh the cons, I'll just have to think about it and read more. Maybe see how I feel if I can stay on top of drinking water. Today I did good. :3 No great, but good. xD I'm okay with gradually doing better though.
