That works for me but, I can't make you an Officer since you don't have a Shi Kai and, your Kido is lacking. Feel free to train up to that level. Jack is in the training grounds. Speaking of Jack. You might want to read her profile. She has a bit of a reputation in the Seireitei and, as a member of Division Three Midori would be aware of it.
Yea I really wanted to work my character up to those levels myself, that's why I just left her Unseated with minimal Kido, really give me a chance to work with my character and develop her in a real RP setting instead of all up in my head

That works for me and makes perfect sense. However to be part of the Third she needs to have a long-distance weapon. If you plan for her to have a closed ranged Zanpakuto you might want to go elsewhere. Have you read up on Jack?
I have, though I'm not completely finished reviewing the profile I skipped around to get a basic feel, and before I post I'll read the whole thing in detail.
While my initial intention wasn't to have a long range Zanpakuto I think I could alter my original plan ever so slightly to include it.

I don't care what your Zanpakuto is. I'm just saying that Division Three is the long-ranged weapons division. So I suggest you consider that before actually joining. In order to join properly you need to fill out the application in the Division Three Recruitment Center.
