Felicity has light auburn colored hair, with similar tones to a fox. Usually her hair is just passed her collarbone in length, often pulled off into a low side ponytail or a quick bun. There is a natural wave and light curl to her hair, usually most noticeable in the curling of her ponytail. Her bangs are trimmed into a blunt cut with small pieces left a little longer to frame her face. Felicity is a bright eyed person, with her celadon green eyes often looking curiously at the world around her. Her skin is a pale peaches and cream complexion with a very light spattering of freckles across her nose.
Fairly typical looking teen, Felicity is on the tall side of average height for her age at 5'8, and a svelte wisp of a body. She inherited a dancer's frame from her father, lean and long-legged with light curves. Her predominate style leans towards casual and cozy but fashionable. Her typical outfit would consist of comfortable weather appropriate layers, usually sweaters over t shirts/tanks with skinny jeans or short skirts paired with patterned or colored tights/leggings. If she's busily crafting, she opts for oversized/long button up dress shirts over leggings, sometimes belted at the waist. Felicity adores knitted fabrics, in particular scarves and often has some type of scarf draped around her neck, usually an infinity style. She has a preference towards neutral colors paired with pale or jewel-toned greens, reds, purple and blue.

Personality:
Felicity is an individual who is quiet at first. She might seem shy upon first impressions. She has a reserved manner, and usually waits to be approached before jumping into socializing. Fel takes her time to study what's around her, often enjoying to people watch. Taking mental notes, she judges people a little bit before she actually gets to know them; building up impressions on whether or not people may be worth her time based on the actions she sees or hears about.
It takes time for Felicity to build up a comfort level with new people. As she settles into a situation she slowly relaxes and becomes more sociable. Once she warms up to people, Felicity can be a loyal and trusting friend. Those she becomes close with, Felicity will firmly standby. With those she is comfortable with, Felicity is more open about herself and conversations are less one-sides. While she will opt to be a listener more often then not, once she has established a friendship she is more free with expressing herself and chitchatting.
Felicity has a tendency to bottle up her negative emotions. When things bother her, she takes a deep breath, and will seemingly let issues just be shrugged off. She rarely forgets however, and her feelings tend to pile up. If she doesn't deal with her issues, either by taking time to reflect or mediate on it or through another outlet, Felicity will reach a breaking point where anything might cause her to lash out and blow up in whatever emotion she has been holding back most (anger results in aggression, sadness results in fits of crying).
This is a girl who enjoys a good puzzle or mystery. Mysteries are her favorite genre for books, as she likes coming up with theories about how the book will end based on the facts given, and guessing whether or not the butler did indeed do it. She takes a logical approach to a mystery, analyzing the information she has to make a logical conclusion. Felicity is fairly observant, and is quick to pick up on things. With puzzles, she likes the physical games, that require manipulating pieces to figure out how they fit into a whole, like a rubrics cube.
Having been raised in a very artistic family, and constantly brought up around arts and cultural events, Felicity as been given many opportunities to be creative in her life. While her parents where musical and rhythmic, Felicity expresses creativity with a strong sense of imagination which she now pours into design, enjoying more behind the scenes action then a spotlight. Though not the best at drawing, Felicity enjoys trying to design clothes, making patterns and stitching them together.
She is naturally curious about the world around her, including people (even if it takes her time to get used to them). Felicity is easily fascinated by new things and concepts, easily distracted by things she's never seen before. Her curiosity leads her to be interested in how things works, what makes it (or people) tick, and work. Give her a shiny new thing to play with, or a book on a interesting subject and it'll be hours before you see her again; she submerges herself in something wholely until it she either feels satisfied with the knowledge she's gained, becomes bored, or distracted by another new thing. Felicity is a girl with a lot of wide spread interests, but a sort of jack of all trades and master of none; there are many half finished crafts and projects hanging.
History:
Felicity was born to Josephine (Jo) and Alex Watts. Her father was a non-psychic professional ballet dancer, and her mother was a concert cellist with undeveloped psychic skills that she was not well aware of these abilities; it was mostly apparent in her sense of intuition, which she always thought of as being lucky or a strong memory. Her parents met during the holiday season when Alex’s ballet company was putting on a joint project of the Nutcracker with the symphony Jo belong to. During performances and rehearsals, Jo always loved to watch the dancers, with Alex especially catching her eye. During a wrap up party, Jo made it her mission to talk to Alex; he was quickly interested in her, charmed by her ‘party trick’ of guessing personal details. With many common interests and involvements in the arts & culture community, the two happily dated and married a couple of years later.
Felicity was a surprise, but welcome, addition to the family. Alex had hit a plateau in his dance career and was becoming inspired to move on to choreography. Although busy with a new baby, Jo was able to balance her duties as a mother and professional musician very well. Between her two parents, Felicity spent many of her growing years being toted around to performances and practices, watching the buzz of ongoing backstage. Felicity often liked to pretend she was invisible, a ghost of the production, at times she might have made people think there was a ghost. As a young child, she often got into things, enjoying playing dress up with stage costumes and make-up, curious about where doors went or what a button did when pressed. She wasn’t always great at putting things back where she found them, resulting in confused performers wondering why their shoes were suddenly across the room. The girl was not usually a bother to people backstage; this was due partially due to her psychic ability of invisibility. At times, uncontrollably Felicity simply seemed to disappear, one minute she would be there and the next she was gone but it was never really for very long before she appeared again. This was something Felicity herself was unaware of happening, as she thought those around her were just too busy to really notice, and she her imagination was so strong while playing ‘phantom’. Those around her at the time of her disappearing and reappearing where either too busy to think much of it, or thought their eyes had played tricks on them.
Beyond having an early introduction to the arts, and her randomly being invisible at times, Felicity grew up in a fairly average household. Her family had a moderately comfortable living. It wasn’t until she was 6 that her psychic abilities were becoming more apparent. When she was 6, her mother’s career was waning and she was building up a stronger domestic home-life. This was something Felicity was very pleased with, as she relished being able to spend quality time with her parents. However, her quality time was soon interrupted by the announcement that their family was going to be expanding. Her parents began to excitedly prepare for a new baby. Felicity, like many children, began to feel isolated and forgotten as everything appeared to her to be about the baby. This was a feeling that didn’t immediately go away with the addition of her brother, Max. Felicity felt invisible for much of the beginning of her brother’s life, literally turning invisible. While he mother was the primary caregiver, there was little concern that Felicity was actually gone, as her mother always had a gut feeling that she was around, and was always able to find her daughter when necessary. The feeling of invisibility started to relax as the family settled into a new rhythm, and Felicity began to accept her station as an older sister. It helped tremendously when Max became a toddler and Felicity realized he was extremely easy to boss around and amusing to play hide & seek with.
Just before turning 12, Felicity’s mother Jo was unfortunately diagnosed with an advanced cancer. This was a radical upset to her otherwise very stable home life. It wasn’t long after the diagnosis that Jo succumbed to the illness. Everything became topsy-turvy in her world. Suddenly, nobody could find Felicity. Even when she was standing right there next to her father, her father was seemly unable to see her until Felicity would announce she was ‘right there.’ Her aunt, Violet came to stay to help take care of the kids after her father, Alex, decided he was having difficulty wrangling two children. It was Violet, a more aware member of the psychic community as an empath, who began to notice what was really going on with Felicity. The aunt had her own suspicions about Felicity's psychic powers, but it wasn't confirmed until Violet witnessed it. It was during a moment where her father was frantically trying to get his son Max ready for school that, Felicity was ready to go and her father, unable to see or sense her continually shouted in frustrating for Felicity to come down the stairs and get ready. Felicity was sitting on the bottom of the step, her aunt Violet was descending from the top. Irritated by her father seemingly not noticing her, Felicity jumped up , proclaimed she was already set. Violet witnessed her reappearance first hand, as Felicity seemed to suddenly just be there. Violet, inclined to understand others emotions, took Felicity to chat about what was bothering her and to explain what she thought was really happening. It was with her Aunt's guidance and help that Felicity began to can control over her invisibility.
Over time she developed more powers. Her aunt taught her mediation as a way to help Felicity maintain focus and control over her emotions. She was more likely to accidentally become invisible when she felt as such, and mediation allowed her to ground herself. It was through mediation that Felicity began to tap into the unconscious mind and began develop a scrying ability, around age 14. For the most part this ability went unnoticed, as for the most part Felicity's scrying ability occurred in dreams, where she found herself seeing what was occuring in other's minds. Not an issue that particularly bothered Felicity, as thoses she shared a dream with were usually her own family members, in which case she viewed it as funny insistence of having the same dream.
It was during a dream that Felicity began to develop another power at 15. Felicity found herself within the dream of one of her classmate's, a boy she had a bit of a crush on. In the dream, the boy was in class during a test and Felicity was watching from the door. Upon entering the room, Felicity was beckoned by the teacher to come in and sit down, explaining she was late. Obliging, she sat next to the boy and began the test. During the test, Felicity tried to fill in the questions, however as she read them she realized they were all silly questions related to another classmate of her's, a very popular girl named Julie. They were questions like about what sort of things Julie liked, and the last question being about whether the boy should ask out Julie. Turning, she saw the dream form of the boy passing notes to Julie and whispering. Felicity felt herself becoming hot and flushed, both from embarrassment at seeing her own crush's personal feelings for someone else as well as jealousy. Felicity picked up the test paper and crushed it, as she did so it burst into flame and crumbled into ashes. Astonished at the sight, Felicity was jolted awake. When she awoke, she could smell burning, and saw her hand clutching at her blanket with a large hole seared through it. Pyrokinesis is a power she is just beginning to develop.
Felicity talked to her aunt about the incident. Violet, inexperienced with forms of kinesis herself, felt that Felicity would likely benefit from a more structured tutelage. Discussing the matter with her family, her father agreed that what would be best would be for Felicity to go somewhere she could learn to control her powers better, least she harm someone accidentally. After a little researching, they learned about Majesco; Felicity packed her bags and was off as soon as a new school term started.
