Hello, guild. You may have noticed some crew changes. I have been assured that these are mostly temporary for the remainder of the event - just to keep things tidy. If you have any questions regarding the event or any guild changes that have been implemented now or in the future, please do not hesitate to send me a PM - not the captain.

Δ The Firefly RP: The Firefly RP (Edge of the 'Verse) is now open. The reserved posts are simply for the early RP in PMs. Those will be added shortly. Please continue/start posting in the RP thread. Don't forget to put your character profile in the profile thread before starting. All posts must be done IN GUILD rather than collaborating via PM for this Firefly RP, unless specified by the captain (permission needs to be granted for EACH SESSION). Some members don't have Facebook or the patience to RP in the Gaia PMs. To keep things fair, we'll be operating this way.

Δ Event Teams: Some people are getting confused about how the teams work. It's really simple. Post in the about thread. Look for your name in the team slots. Every odd number post (after the main posts by the captain) will belong to Team Trick, while the even number posts are placed on Team Treat. Some people are also asking to be placed on specific teams with people. This is a NO. We want to keep things fair. If you make such a request, the moderators will go out of their way to make sure it doesn't happen; it may seem harsh, but we have our reasons and the guild's best interests at heart. We will take no chance of cheating. Plus, it will be good for everyone to learn to play well with the other members of the guild.

Δ Event Gold: The totals attached to the games are put there on a whim. In the end, the totals may add up to more or less than the 250mil set aside for the event. The 250mil is simply an estimate. Prizes are not included in the 250mil.

Δ Photobucket: Not everyone has a photobucket account. (I don't.) For those of you that don't have one, please submit a direct link to your picture in a PM to the captain. She has graciously offered to upload the images and place the image code in your post for you. Any time you need to use the picture she uploaded for you, please go to that post and copy the code. She won't give out the code multiple times (unless the code was accidentally deleted or something of the sort).

Δ Guild Rules: New guild rules will be coming soon! Please make sure to watch the announcements.

Δ The mini RPs are in full swing! Check out the mini RP forum to find something fun and active. RPs that are not posted in at least once a week will be closed for inactivity. If your thread is closed, you may appeal to the captain via PM to have it reopened. You may also create a mini RP (as many as you like) WITH APPROVAL as long as they are meet the activity requirement.

Δ Forum Cleanup: Many of the forums are not being used or are full of dead RPs. If your forum hasn't been active, find something in there to update or post. If it's still inactive by the end of the month, it will be shut down. You may, of course, appeal to the captain via PM to have it reopened on a probationary period of two weeks. After two weeks, if activity didn't pick up, it will be closed on a permanent basis.
