Ocie grinned, hoping to see lots of kids this year. He'd never really done one of these halloween things, but he'd heard something about them from Twinkle, before she had gone back to the tree. He shook his head, trying to be happy for the event that was going on rather than anything that might be going on elsewhere. The kids were here to have a lot of fun, not for the adults to get together and panic.
He hadn't had the chance to make anything, but there was a bowl of candy sitting out ready for trick or treaters to come by and grab some. But it looked so tasty, he might just wind up eating it all! The sprite frowned, hoping there would be a kid soon to take some of this candy. He shouldn't be thinking about eating it!
"Kids and candy, who would have guessed it?" He grinned, shaking his head. "I have candy!" The sprite called a bit louder, hoping it would bring a child or two towards him.
Xoana, dressed as a pumpkin with orange fabric loosely draped over her body and a green stem-hat on her head, swam up to the blue-and-purple grown-up. Papa said that some grown-ups would give them candy tonight if they asked nicely and said the magic words. "Trick or treat please!" she exclaimed, holding her bag made of netting out.
Pippin moved onto her next booth, swimming as fast as she could, she knew she only had so much time to get as much candy as possible. "Trick or treat." The princess asked.

Žába swam up to the next booth, his third stop on the rounds for goodies "Tricks or Treats" he held up his bag. The lil sprite was dressed up as a ghost.
She got tricked the last place! So that's what that strange saying meant. The candy was the treat...but one could be tricked. What a strange holiday.
She clipped her red clamed hands in her lobster costume as she moved to the hybrid manning the booth. "Trick...or...treat..." The little girl squeaked out.

Mentha was proud of his 'catch' so far and bubbled happily. Ananas seemed particularly proud of him too and did a few flips to show it.
Mentha chased after the other kids once more, letting them get their treats before he approached, holding up his bowl and bubbled softly.
As Pippin made second rounds and returned to the sprite, hearing his calls advertising the candy, she put her finger to her mouth. "Shhh, not so loudly. Don't want to draw the other kids." She gave a mischievous smile. More candy for her if the other kids missed his booth.

Hmph. She hadn't gotten any candy from this grown-up the last time. Instead she'd gotten a trick. Hmph! She came back with her net bag, a little scowl on her face. "Treat or treat, please," she said.
