GuildsOctober 13th, 2014: Zero Omega Nenanah Is there any word on guild updates? We have been promised an update to guild since forever, it has never happened. Can we up the gold cost on buying a guild, buying forums, and sending out announcements to help balance out inflation? Right now it only costs like 20K to buy a guild, that is chump change. If you want you could probably add a cash feature to guilds. Like buying them, adding forums, announcements... If you need money to be able to update and maintain a feature, there is always that... Regarding gold cost: Something we can look at.

October 20th, 2014: Narumi Misuhara Spooky Astra Green Mobile feature?/MiscQuestion: Is it possible to place Guilds into the Android and IOS Gaia mobile app? That way people can access it from their phone or tablet without using the mobile site like they do the forums. This is a good idea. For now however we need to get the regular guilds updated first.

Outside of bug fixes, there's currently no scheduled update for guilds. bluealaris Andranis Features/Misc.Could you raise the gold fees related to the guilds? It strikes me as the perfect permanent gold sink, as mentioned here, and all fees related to them are practically on the status of 'you're not paying any gold for this stuff.' 2,500g for a sub-forum is nothing at all now, and as I'm not one who normally buys items, I wouldn't mind my gold being sunk into buying features for guilds 3nodding Between the gold generators and boosted pay-outs for Daily Chance and Pink Links, I have a LOT of gold sitting there doing nothing ^^; It'd be a perfect chance to update them, too, without involving GC! smile (Just went through to make sure nobody else asked this so there's no double xD heart ) This is definitely something we will look into, since a lot of our features are having gold payout updates. Thank you for the suggestion!

November 10th, 2014: Zero Omega Nenanah Features/Forums If you would take a look at the Gaia Guild Network there are people trying to make for sale ads for guilds they don't want anymore, and people posting ads for needing guild affiliations. Now all of the guild recruiting ads are burying these threads. It's a cluttered disorganized mess. It makes it hard to find these affiliations and for sale ads, and that isn't really fair to these people. Can you please make sub-forums in the GGN for people to post guild for sale ads and affiliation ads? Having designated areas for these threads would make it so much more easier on all involved. We'll take a look at the forum and check out the need for this subforum.

August 25th, 2015: Narumi Misuhara Nenanah Features I have a suggestion/question for the ignore list feature. I've noticed that when I put someone on my ignore list I can still view the guilds that they own and they can still view mine. If I have someone blocked they don't really have any business with trying to join or view a guild that I own. I tested this out with my mules, I set a mule to ignored but I could still look the the guild that they owned. Anyway I'm pretty sure that trying to join a guild that is owned by a person that blocked you would fall under harassment but why cant we just n** it in the bud... Would it be possible to make it to where that if you have someone on your ignored list they can not view any guilds that you own or submit join requests to them? It would probably help cut down some of the harassment reports and onsite drama. As someone whose been cyberstalked in the past, I would love to see this happen. Question is originally asked by Nenanah. Yeah we can get this addressed, this sounds like an area that was just forgotten when the changes were implemented.

September 1st, 2015: Zero Omega Twisted Lady Features?Why can't I leave the Club Verge guild? I've been trying for several days now, and the "Quit" button does nothing but refresh the page. There's a bug if you try to quit from the home page of the guild. If you go to the forum and click the "quit" button, then it will work.

October 6th, 2015: Narumi Misuhara N1T30WL-XIII feature: guild forums possible bug not sure in guilds it's apparently possible to bypass the posting flood limit by using quick reply. is this the new norm? is this a bug that has crept into guilds? is it a new feature? some help on clarifying the flood limit and quick reply in guilds would be appreciated Sounds like a bug.

April 19th, 2016: Zero Omega Nenanah MISC. Recently after coming back to gaia, I noticed that a good portion of our guild members have been removed. This did not happen by any member of our guild, but they are gone. Can you tell me why this is happening? Question is originally by Star VanHelsing It's very possible that the users decided to quit the guild after so long, we haven't had any reports of people being randomly removed from guilds unless the crew has kicked them or the users have quit.

June 14th, 2016: Zero Omega Nenanah Features I'm in the Loyal's Bazaar guild and I don't want to be in it anymore however when I click the quit guild button the homepage just refreshes and it wont let me quit the guild. I don't have this issue when I quit other guilds, can you please fix this? We'll take a look into it.

We take things like account security, and site integrity seriously, which is why things like this have presently been prioritized over other updates like guilds and forums. This isn't to say these things aren't important, but sometimes you have to make such choices.
