As far as I've ever been here at Gaia- drop rates for tickets have only been adjusted to increase (like 2x or 5x) and then advertised immediately to give users a better chance at winning. We may have had situations (like Project Couture 2.0) where there has been a glitch and something rare was dropped en masse and we've had to adjust the rate then as well- in this case we try to pull the RIG while we fix it. In general balancing is actually a pretty delicate process and we don't like to change it on the fly unless there is a serious issue. Are there a set amount of tickets in all the Projects?
Are there still tickets in Project Loyal Recolor Me and Project Oldschool?
Some of our Projects, especially ones that require a huge amount of art time have a limited number of Tickets. Once we have hit the quota we pull the generator that contains the ticket out of the store or out of Loyal's! So does that mean that the remaining Project Evolving Items don't have a chance to contain the Sapphire ticket still since they were pulled from the shop early (even though the account with the ticket was supposedly banned?) The Sapphire Ticket is still roaming the site and the account that is holding it is not banned. There is still a chance to win another ticket from the remaining items on the site however we will not be releasing the project again for a long time due to the art obligations! bluealaris sup-qt Hi Staff!

First I'd like to say that I love the project tickets and love that users are able to create their own items with them. Its a fun experience for many people.
1 I was wondering if all projects have the same amount of chance when they are released, to have a ticket produced, or if different projects (golden and rainbow for example) have different chances?
2 The other thing I was wondering about the tickets is if they all have a set amount of tickets that can be won, or if that is only when you have explicitly stated that there is a set amount. (like recently with the baby/mini tickets)
I am asking this as we seem (seeem) to have only had ONE citirine ticket drop, and as this is able to be bought from gold I thought this would have been able to produce more.
3 I love that we are bringing tickets back, especially mini ones so that artists don't get too caught up with the re-release.
I do however, wonder if you would be able to go back to release item rigs with the tickets.
I LOVE that there is a choice between gold and gems, however not everyone wants gems and it gets kind of boring.
I think having the option for items included would mean more people play the rigs as they would be playing for the items as well as the tickets and would mean a drop in prices for said items as well.

I hope I can get one one day but till then thanks! - All of our Projects have different chances and odds. - Some of our tickets have quotas to keep the workload for our artists manageable. We pull projects when their quota is reached. I'm 99% sure that there is no Citrine Ticket quota- its just a very rare drop from its Project. We will be releasing item Gens like Autumn Trunk with tickets in them in the future! Can the project Rainbow get some better rules like restricting's on how many time's an item can be recolored so no one dosen't recolor the same thing over and over again and it gives other items an chance to be recolored like
(EX:Only Dj Headphones can be recolored about 7 times after that the artist haves a right to reject your recolor request)
. We currently has the right to reject any requests regarding recolors- if we find that there are certain items being recolored excessively we will turn them down. While being able to fulfill ticket items is a time-consuming task for us artists, these ticket items are also very high in demand. I've noticed that two of the pop culture items where released on days that relate to the item; Wayward Son by Hi-Potion was based on the show Supernatural and released on April 3, the same day the episode Taxi Driver first aired and my own item, The Box of Pleasure and Pain based on Hellraiser, was released on October 5, the same day as Clive Barker's birthday, the man behind the beloved cult horror franchise. I was just wondering if the dates are intentional or happy coincidences. These are happy coincidences- or perhaps I should say fate? Do you still have plans to release rigs or even other things where its a chance to get a platinum ticket or other project's planned in the future. The platinum ticket is probably the most sought after ticket on Gaia. Is it possible to make it easier to obtain? In addition out of the 61 win gaia bundles that were opened all of them contained rainbow tickets. Is it even plausible to receive a golden ticket or a platinum ticket from one? Because from what I have noticed you said there is a chance, but yet there never has been one won. It's possible! And yes, there is a chance. In the past few ATS we have asked if Sapphire and Citrine tickets are still available in the un-opened bundles that were available on the site. Is there a chance we could get confirmation about the same for the rest of the tickets? All of the bundles on the site should still have tickets available. We don't re-release them due to the fact that payouts change and to allow the artists the chance to work on new projects. Don't meant to be a dog with a bone sorry >>
Just to clarify, does that mean that there are chances to win tickets in those bundles or a definite ticket available and waiting in those bundles? (I dont want to give people false hope that there is 100% def a ticket available in them, when its instead that there is a chance to win one) No problem, I'll clarify! We've seen re-releases of some of the first tickets thanks to the Black Friday sales, and also the newer items like the Mint Ticket and Tailored Star that have had limited redeption periods. Are there more plans to do new types of these limited redeem tickets, or will there be cycling between the different kinds of tickets, in the future? We are always trying to offer new fun things to win and participate in. We try to also cycle in favorites through Gens or CIs or raffles, such as the Project Rainbow and Project Golden so that users who didn't win them the first time get another chance.

This way it's harder for others to collect them all and monopolize them. It kinda sucks that whenever there is a new ticket item it's usually by the same person that created other ticket items. We are working on ironing out the logistics for tickets, but there will likely be expiration dates involved in the future to help limit monopolization.

Somewhat like the baby golden ticket. Thanks, Seoulie Are you referring to the Tailored Stylist ticket? Or maybe something entirely different? The Tailored Stylist ticket allowed a user to choose which item to be remade together with a 50-word prompt, and the rest was left up to the artist making the remake. There was no pose count limitation or restriction because the way that the item was remade was not up to the user's discretion. If you're suggesting a ticket that lets you remake an existing item with three poses exactly the way you want it remade, then that's what you can use a Baby Golden Ticket for! January 26th, 2015: milkbun Pie Items / FeaturesI've noticed there's been no sign of the Staff taking the common suggesting of capping the number of Tickets any one user can redeem. And I have no intent of arguing that silent decision, personally. However, we all know the queue is moving extremely slowly. And for those of us who have to quest our butts off just to get a single Ticket, then wait for weeks just for a first response, it's disheartening to see other users getting handfuls of Tickets approved at a time. Is the Gaia Staff considering taking any action on this, such as putting a 'throttling' system in place, where a person can only have a certain number of Custom Tickets in the Custom work queue at a time, and must wait for those to be released before more of their Tickets can be approved? Or does Gaia have a reason for sticking so hard to the rule of "first come, first serve"? At this time we don't have plans to limit how many tickets any Gaian can submit as it's pretty easy to circumnavigate this rule. However capping how many tickets you can have in queue at one time sounds like a good idea so we'll discuss this further and work on implementing it. We're also looking into ways to make the whole process faster. milkbun Pie Items / EventsIf you do another run of the Mint Tickets, can you add zOMG NPCs to the list of eligible bachelors? I'm eagerly awaiting the chance for a rendezvous with LabTech X, and I know Gaians who have their eye on some of the others -- Kamila, Blaze, Marshall... If there is a paw only Chance Item around when the recolor is done it would be preferable to have it there. However I wouldn't want Jak to wait forever so it may end up being in a human only CI.
