Silently, the stallion walked through the woods watching the little animals scurry away from him in fright. He didn’t care if he was scary or not, he liked living like this. He liked being alone most of the time. He didn’t care what anyone did including his family as long as he was left alone. Left to do what he wanted to do, which seemed to be wandering around aimlessly in search of something more then just…living. He didn’t know what he wanted. Unlike his sister’s Astraea and Nidawi, he didn’t have a real goal or job within the family. He didn’t have any hobbies and any real dreams or ambitions. He knew he needed to change that, but even if he did what could he possibly do? He had separated himself from anything meaningful for a long time that he didn’t know what he even liked doing.

The more his thoughts ate away at him, the more restless he grew. He couldn’t stand doing this to himself. He cleared his mind as quickly as he could, approaching the small stream with his mask shifting slightly on his nose. No one knew what was under the mask and he liked it that way.

He looked around the darkening forest and felt at home. Maybe one day he would figure out what he wanted to do with his life or he never might figure it out; he only hoped he was able to do it before he completely gave up on doing something with his life.

Lowering his head, he took a drink of the water keeping all of his worries and problems hidden within himself. No one else needed to know anything about him. It wasn’t there business anyway.

Puramu-Bara and her sister don't always stay side by side as she is off on her own walking by a stream. Her glowing markings and the lantern she carries makes her stand out when it gets dark as she stops on the other side of the stream seeing a very blue stallion. She had this liking to things that are blue and or purple. Setting her lantern down on her back as she stands there and looks up into the sky. Her wings folded as she then stretches them out as she takes is a deep breath.

Puramu wasn't known to chit chat with others or whatnot. She was a shy mare for the most part but she never backed down from anything. Always pushing her shyness to the side. Though she was more shy to those that caught her fancy then others that she just met. It was when she would fall for another that she would become shy around them. Sighing as she looks over to the stallion. Something didn't feel right about the air around her. Unsure of what to do she just stands there. Looking away as it is rude to stare at another.

Her sister Cheri-Bara once told her that not everyone wishes to be saved. Therefore it is better to only save those that wish it. Help those to seek it. Be there only when needed. But how was she to know these things? Guess? Or read minds? Shaking her head as she folds her wings back down. That wasn't going to do. Maybe by simply asking the other.

Lifting his head slowly up, the stallion knew someone was there. He could feel eyes on him and most of the time he wouldn't care, but right now he wanted to be left alone. He didn't want anyone disturbing the silence of the forest or the night for that matter. When he gazed around, his glowing eyes fell on a mare. She seemed confused or wasn't sure what to do with herself right now. Sadly, he couldn't help her and didn't think he even wanted to be the one to help her. He didn't know what she was after nor was he going to ask her so he stared at her for a few moments taking in her features as well as her markings. Once he was finished, he turned away and walked away from her. If she thought he was going to greet her and spark up a conversation she was completely wrong. He didn't like to talk let alone speak with strangers. His immediate family were the only ones he cared about, but even that was cutting it pretty thin.

He skulked down the stream keeping his head up high not wanting his long mane to drag on the ground even though his tail was already doing that. He didn't even know where he was going anymore. He simply traveled like this as part of a daily routine. He had no goal in mind just as long as he saw some interesting things.

He paused looking down at the rotting carcass of an animal. Something he would see every day at least once on his journeys. He didn't pray for the beasts soul like his father. No he examined it with fascination before continuing on his way. Maybe death fascinated him, but he still didn't know how that tied in with his calling in life. How could he turn that into a job?

Wanting to know what his purpose in life was going to be hard. His sister was a seer, his brother was a storyteller of sorts, but what was he? Nothing. He felt his heart grow heavy the more he thought and let out a heavy breath. He needed to figure things out and do something with himself.

Looking up from the dead animal, he looked back at the mare nearly forgetting she was there. "Do you believe in ghosts?" He asked her in a delicate non-threatening tone of voice. He turned away once more and continued on his way.

"Will of the Wisps. Spirits. Ghosts. All in all are the same. To a point anyways. No I can't I believe in the dead ghosts that you are speaking about. There are living ghosts though. They are the souls who are so empty that they are lost. My job is to guide them back to or to their way of life." She points out as she looks over towards him thinking that he kinda fits the living ghosts she was talking about. But that would be rude to say to one that isn't fully a living ghost as of yet. Well not so in her eyes or book.

The mask was a bit much but she can't call him scary. Bowing her head as she starts down the stream as she stops at the dead animal saying a chant almost. Seeing it wasn't praying but something more on the chanting. Her mother taught her that praying doesn't do much but a chant might help the soul return to the earth so a new life can start. Not that she believed in that either.

Nevin didn't really know what to make of the mare. He could see that she was spiritual or at least she made him believe she was. This was something he wasn't really use to in the slightest. His family was spiritual by nature, but when it came to strangers, it was unexpected. It was something he wouldn't really think of unless they told him up front. "Interesting." He told her in a light tone of voice. He slowly began walking once more knowing the mare was going to follow him. Where else did she have to go after all? He always believed in spirits even if he never told his family. He wanted to dissociate himself from them by any means possible, but it never worked. They were always there. They were always watching in ways he couldn't explain. "My father guides the souls of the lost back home. He has been doing it for years...before I was even born. He helps them accept their fate and find peace." He said to her as they walked. It was nice to get things off his chest even if he didn't really know the mare. He had been keeping a lot in over the years.

He stopped at the edge of the stream and looked back at her with an unchanged expression. It was always the same. "Is there something you want from me or do you like talking to strangers?" He asked her feeling slightly uneasy with being followed around. Then again she wasn't a breed that could really harm him. He heard about Angeni's. Hell they had some in the family, so he knew she wasn't out to really hurt him in any way.

Listening to him as she smiles. "Spirits of the dead and of the living all need guiding from time to time. It is nice that they can find those willing to show them the way. I guide the living spirits more then I do the dead ones. But I have guided a few of the dead ones. Your father has a wonderful job." She states as she continues to listen to him. Then once he stopped and looked at her as she was following him. She stops as well and smiles with the lantern on her back. "I like talking to strangers. It is odd really that I am only shy to those I end up falling for even a bit but until I fall for them I am not shy around them. So I am an odd ball as my sister says. But I love that I am odd and not normal. After all Normal sounds oh so boring." She pointed out as she wasn't sure if one would understand the being fine with others you start liking them in some way.

Puramu smiles as she looks up into the sky. "If my wanting to chat is annoying..." Slowly lowering her eyes as she looks at him once again. "You are more then free to tell me to leave and I will do so. Although if you have things you can't tell your family or friends but need to say them out loud I am more then willing to listen to all that you have to say. I won't judge you. I believe judging another is wrong so no matter would you say there is no need to worry about being judged in any way." Her voice is sweet and soft as she speaks. She knows the feeling of being judged after all she is called an odd ball by her friends and family seeing she is only really truly shy when falling in love with another. Besides that she isn't really all that shy although her movements and body language at times says other wise.

Her eyes shift as they look back up at the sky something about the view of the sky can always enchants her from time to time as she smiles as if looking at something that one longed for after years of never having that something. A little giggle as she then looks at him again. "After all sometimes telling the things we hold onto to a stranger makes one feel so much better and lighter. And if I can help you feel lighter then I am happy no matter what happens after. Even if we never become friends or never meet again. If I am able to help you then that will make me so happy that we were able to meet just this once."
