The third message only had two words, but the series of messages reflected how enthusiastic the sender was.

Similar to Jordan, Shu had put on a loose long and big t-shirt that up to her hip, foot in sandals and a backpack with one strap on shoulder, with some necessities inside. "Hello Jordan Sensei, how are you? You look great today." The girl in a neat bun waved enthusiastically, beaming and trotted towards the hunter. "Hope I won't give you too much trouble." Shu grinned brightly with a bit of playful tone. "Ah! I forgot to do the warm-up!" She then bent down to touch her toes, twisting her waists and did some arm and leg exercises.

Rep had been tasked with finding stupid ******** body parts for Cael, and after picking up the nets he'd needed from Mark's excuse for an office, he'd set out with no idea how you even caught wandering limbs and heads.
He'd just wandered hopelessly until by sheer chance in the corridor outside the pool he'd spotted an arm scooting along the floor on hundreds of tiny tendril-like legs.
"YOU." he yelled and charged at the ******** thing, only for it to scoot nimbly inside the door next to it, he careened after it at a full run, slipping on tile as he tried to seize it. So focused that he didn't notice the water until it was much - much too late. Fortunately, the arm itself had also made a leap into the water, and he swam after it into the shallow end before seizing it in one hand, heaving himself out of the water, tossing it in the air and netting it in the runic net.
Only then, drenched and panting did he realize he wasn't alone.
"Uh. Sorry. Don't mind me." he said.

"Doing pretty good," Jordan answered, smiling. "Oh, good idea." He performed the warmup set along with her, then, when they were done, led her inside to the pool. "This way." He dropped his bag off to the side by the wall, shucked his shirt and dropped it onto the bag, and turned toward the pool. "We'll start at the shallow end," he said. He sat down on the edge and slipped into the water, then turned to wait for Shu. "I'll support you if you need help, don't worry." Normally he would have simply jumped in, but with a beginner, this way would be less alarming. Of course, this was when the runaway arm chose to come skittering into the room and into the water. At the yell, Jordan turned to stare at the spectacle. He moved to the side of the pool, prudently choosing not to interfere in the capture of the errant limb. When the arm had been safely captured, he folded his arms on the side of the pool, smiled innocently up at Rep, and said, "I wasn't worried. It looked pretty much 'armless."

Shu unloaded her bag next to Jordan's, pulled off the long T-shirt and put the sandals tidy on the ground with the shirt on top of her bag, right below the folded towel she took out. The bare foot ran towards the pool on the dry tiles, pitter-patter. Unlike the hunter, the petite girl in swimwear didn't slide herself into the pool. She squatted near the edge, bent down slightly to stir the water inside, feeling the temperature of it. Only after that, her legs were dipped into the pool one by one. Putting her hands on two sides, with a push to slide herself in safely - - The yell startled her and her hand slipped, throwing Shu into the water in a surprise, creating a splash like someone threw a beach ball into water. Coughing, she wiped away the water that blocked her vision but met something extraordinary. A figure with a hint of red broke through the door, the image was still blurred that even she squinted her eyes like a fox, she couldn't see that clearly. Only the noises suggested the messiness . The petite Asian blinked and squished with her eyes, finding the view much better, yet the scene presented made her eyes widened. The Sun hunter slipped like an amateur ice skater, wielding something like a big net, and then went straight away into the water like a nuclear bomb. He was chasing....something? Shu, not wanting to hinder his work, moved near towards the corner where the handles were and squished herself as if that could make her smaller.
The drama didn't take long to end with the Sun hunter grabbed the thing in hand like a fisherman. Is that an arm?! Mutanted arm?!
"It's fine.....are you okay Rep?" Shu asked the red hair hunter while shifted her attention to the hand that touched the thing bare and then stared at Jordan after his reply. Sensei......is that a pun?
It was different from watching Jordan made puns on twitter (though mostly she doesn't understand), Shu found it rather - amusing and a bit surprising. Her bangs were still dripping from the water bomb impact happened before, what an amazing day to have.

Jordan got the most nonplussed look Rep could muster. "Of course you'd be in here." but his tone was not harsh. "Always ******** poised for the most opportune puns." he shook his head, tossing his hair back out of his face.
"And I'm fine, ta." he said giving Shu as friendly a smile as he could manage. "Eh. Sorry though, can't stick around to chat. Um. Need to find the erm... the rest. Before people get...irritated." And still holding the trapped limb, he squelched off in the direction of the door he'd came in. "Enjoy your swim guys." he said, and then he was gone.

"Thanks for the perfect setup! Good luck with the other ones," Jordan called after Rep, grinning. Then, as the door swung shut, he paused. "Goddammit," he said, mostly to himself, "I should've asked if he needed a hand." This thought caused a small flurry of stifled giggling. Once he'd gotten the laughter back under control, he turned back to Shu. His posture and expression slipped back into the friendly but slightly reserved face of the instructor, the glimpse of a more playful self folded back and put away for a different time. "All right there?" he asked, and reached over to pick up a strand of hair and tuck it back away from her eyes. "Ready for a lesson?"

"No worries! Be careful and good luck with the hunting!" Shu returned the smile as if a friend was going out to do something fun, hand gently waving. She would watch until the silhouette of the hunter completing gone, but Jordan's unusual giggles drew her attention back. It wasn't the sound you would make when you are happy, she sensed the suppression in it. The girl didn't do anything with that, but paid unperceived attention on the hunter until he was the normal Jordan Sensei she knew again. Some of her acquaintances love to hide their feels all the time, especially those which would break their images. The best thing she would do is just sit next to them, and patiently silently wait until they change back. Even though she wants them to tell her everything, she respects their decisions to hide. She knew well sometimes she can't help any, but only they can help themselves. Jordan was one of the people that would brace up so quickly, his self-control ability and analytical skills were awesome. The eyes looked back at Jordan, widened and excited, "Yes! I am -" The words met a awkward pause when she reacted the hunter's kindness action with a cat's eye squinting. He is so gentleman! Are you jealous, Z? <....Whatever.> Shu playfully asked her weapon in mind, but couldn't hide the flush on her face.
It was a precious experience to be treated like a princess, "I think I'm ready, what should I do?" She could give him full trust.

"Hmm......besides the singing lessons in school, nope." Shu thought and answered honestly. She wasn't devoted to singing, but something else.

"Remember how they told you to breathe in those lessons?" Jordan asked. "Deep breath from your middle, fill your lungs up all the way down to your belly." He took a deep breath to demonstrate, turning his hand palm up and lifting it in a breathe in gesture. "In the water, that'll help you float. Try it, see how it kinda lifts you up."

Shu responded with eye rolling and musing sounds, signaled to her teacher with an invisible "......loading" cue. She nodded at his instructions and inhaled a large amount of air into her body, then eyes widened, pretty like a balloonfish when Jordan asked her to try. Catching the edge of the indented side, she tried to relax herself to let herself float. Shu felt like someone was pushing herself under the water, the buoyancy with herself, she looked at Jordan for the next step, couldn't believe floating was that easy, ever her couldn't - "Why you don't go swimming?"
"I don't like swimming, you go with your floaty. "
"But you're good at sports in general!"
"Not this one."- The memory flashed across her mind, the conversation of the little Shu and someone else.

Jordan nodded. "Good. Breathe about half of that out, keep some air in your lungs. Breathe with the top half of your chest," he advised. "The air you hold will keep you from sinking." He gently took hold of her shoulders. "Let go of the side, lie back and lift your legs up like you're lying down on a bed. Or in a hammock. The water will hold you up if you let it, and I won't let you go under."

Shu didn't act as she listen, but only after he finished his words. The weight implied on her shoulder resulted in a slightest flinching movement, but just that. Facing down the water, her eyes tightly closed at she breathed out some air but she choked as it was a natural thing to breathe in again after you breath out. Shu pushed against the bottom of the pool with her leg and stood up, coughing and attempted to wipe the water out of her eyes because of the sudden action. "Sorry."
