What is this "Plot" thing you speak of?Plot ˈplät noun: Also called storyline. The plan, scheme, or main story of a literary or dramatic work, as a play, novel, or short story. This website, Gaia Online, was created in 2003 as a forums site with a storyline. It focused on the lives and exploits of the many colorful characters who live in the fictional world of Gaia.
What kind of story is it? Well, that's hard to say! It has a little bit of everything: Action, Adventure, Romance, Drama, Sci-Fi, Fantasy, Lawltacos... it is a long, winding tale with a little bit of something for everyone. You should check out the Plot Reviews in our

This story is a key part of the Gaian experience. It encompasses almost all of the site's core features: the
Setting,
Shops,
NPC characters,
Events, and
Game Plots (especially
zOMG!)... and above all else, the
Manga.
Why does the Plot need saving? What happened to it?We can't say with absolute certainty what led to this, since it has not been confirmed outright by any Staff member. However (work still in progress)
Is Save the Plot an anti-kickstarter guild?Save the Plot is not anti-anything! We are only pro. We are pro-plot, pro-manga, pro-NPC, pro-events, pro-user engagement.
As a group, we do take issue with the way Gaia is now, but that's only because we feel it has lost part of its vision. Everyone here knows how great Gaia once was, and wants to help it become that great again!
Now, all that being said, kickstarters are a sore point with many of our members. This is understandable, since resources were pulled from the manga in the aftermath of the Hidden Tome kickstarter. We respect all opinions on the matter, and we expect our members to respect each others' opinions as well. We're all plot fans here, and that's what matters!
