History:
She was born at Benden Weyr with her twin. Her parents were V'ron of Brown Blakarth and Messelin of Green Mumunyeth. Messelin was Searched for a Queen Egg, but ended up Impressing to a green instead. Vesin and Vosin got into the normal amount of trouble for a couple of girls in the Weyr. When they were 3 their first brother was born. A Turn later and the twins had a second baby brother. The girls were very happy to have another sibling to love and show around.

They were 12 Turns when First Fall happened. It was hard to not be able to join the wings, or know she’d eventually be able to join the wings when her dragon grew up. She hoped to be able to join the ranks soon, but internal politics rose up before that could happen. The twins had a good relationship with their parents and their father supported them during their candidacy.

Vosin’s parents were not allowed to really rise in rank under the traditional views due to the color they rode; though V’ron had slightly more opportunities than Messelin. Their parents were willing to follow Wherhandler Keller for his ideals in equality. However, V’ron and Messelin did not whole heartedly agree with his aggressive means to the end. Yes, they helped but were sure another more peaceful means could have been found.

The twins at only 13 and a half Turns were not allowed to participate in the fights. Ves is less happy with their current situation. Fighting shouldn't be done among themselves, they had bigger problems to worry about. She keeps her opinions to herself, though, her sister knows her thoughts and that's all that mattered. For now, she’s content to stay at Wherhold Benden where her family is, but she may decide to leave if he tries to start more fighting.

Two Turns later, the 15 Turn old twins got it into their heads that they wanted to see the world. Some say the whole idea was Vosin's. To accomplish this, they stowed away on a trader caravan. They didn't get far before discovery, however, and were returned promptly. They had to endure extra chores for months and even after their punishment ended the threat of not being allowed to stand the next clutch always loomed if they dare to put another toe out of line.

Now that Gold Banshidheth has had a good Flight, Vesin is hopeful their Turn of walking on pins is over. She has her fingers crossed that she and her twin Impress this clutch.

Description: She has long, bright red hair that is held back in a braid; it usually rests over her right shoulder. Vesin eyes a few shades darker than her sisters and a light tan complexion. She is 4'10" and just starting to show curves; she’ll grow to 5'5" with moderate curves. There's a light dusting of freckles across her cheeks and nose, and her nose is almost always slightly sunburned. She tends toward light blues in her clothing.

Personality: Vesin is her sister’s partner in crime…generally the one that makes the plans and will figure out an escape plan if things don’t go according to plan. She’s adventurous and will be right next to Vosin with anything the twins may get into their heads to do. She has a small curiosity about the things and world around her and she likes to know how things work. Sometimes people may think she’s sticking her nose where it doesn't belong but it’s all harmless. Vesin would never try to take anything over that she’s not an expert in; she just wants to know how it works!

That being said, she has a drive to learn more and do more and BE more. She has ambition and determination that fuel her fire and keep her going. She desires more for not only herself but also for her sister. She has her dreams but she knows that most of them can only be dreams. Vesin is very reasonable in all things. She sets reasonable goals for herself, ones she knows are achievable.

She knows that Vos is quite the opposite in that manner and will often be there to pick up the pieces. Vesin is completely reliable in every sense. If one of her siblings needs her, she’ll be there no matter what. This sometimes comes off as protective which is something she is. If one of her siblings is in trouble, she’ll try to take the fall for them, or do what she can to get them out of it. She does this with a very reasonable mind and thinks through every possible outcome to choose the one that will have the best outcome. The only problem is that it may not be the fastest and may not be great if in a time crunch. Vesin isn’t great with snap decisions and any she has to make will most likely not be the best.

Vesin’s family means the world to her. The only relationships she has are with her siblings. Ves is very romantically naïve when it comes to relationships outside her family. She doesn't realize when people are flirting with her and she honestly wouldn't know if she would want someone’s advances in the first place.
