He wears a black wolf faced Anbu black ops mask with glowing blue markings striped along the face. And a midnight black hooded cloak with a dark blue silk inline with the symbol for the Yuki clan in a glowing ice blue color on the back. While in this he also carries his scythe on his back.

Cool, distant, somewhat sadistic in battle. He is the type that keeps his friends close, but his enemies closer. Almost seems like he's one half of the person he lets on to be.
Background
The great grandson, his great grandfather was the brother of the shinobi Haku, whom had given his life to protect Zabuza many decades ago. The brother who possessed no abilities of the kekkei genkai. Three generations had passed since then and the great Yuki clans kekkei genkai. He has taken up the mantle of the only true descendant of the Yuki clan to possess the kekkei genkai. His hopes to one day restore his long last clan to what it was. He traveled the world perfecting his clans kekkei genkai and taking it to a level not seen before. He is able to perform hand signs quickly with one hand allowing him to perform multiple jutsu at one. He studied hard learning a long forgotten sage art from the wolf sages hidden away in an ancient forest maze known as the maze forest of everlasting winter, the wolf sages reign. In order to prove your worth to them you must first find, traverse and survive the mental and physical challenges that accompany the maze. Afterwards you must dedicate yourself to their teachings and prove you can master nature chakra and control it fully. Afterwards they will make you one of their pack and teach you the ways of the ice wolf sage. Soon after allying himself with the village hidden in the land of mist he was made the leader of the ANBU black ops and became earned the title of bloody ice assassin. He dedicated himself fully protecting the village and all its people.

Midnight black hooded robe with dark blue silk inline and the symbol for the Yuki clan on the back the inside of the sleeves have special pockets that hold a few hundred senbon which he can get to quickly. Black scythe. When held by Mikota it gains strange glowing blue markings and the blade becomes consumed by a strange iridescent ice. Wears a utility type belt that has additional senbon, kunai, and ice bombs. Hokage robes and hat are worn over this when conducting official village work and the mask is placed on a special loop on the belt.

The ice Mikota could create was extremely resistant to fire-based attacks, and extremely hard to break through.

In an instant, multiple mirrors of ice are created around the enemy, reflecting nothing but Mikota. The opponent is trapped in a dome of twenty-one floating mirrors made out of ice. Twelve remain at ground level, eight float above the first twelve and angled towards the ground, and the final mirror is above the rest and facing the ground. Once Mikota has entered the mirrors, it's possible for him to move between the mirrors at speeds equivalent to the speed of light. It's near impossible to follow attacks sent out from this incredible movement. As every mirror shows his reflection, one could say it's impossible to see all of Mikota's attacks. Even if the opponent tries to attack the real body, Mikota will have already moved to another mirror. Without eyes like the Sharingan, it will be impossible to keep track of him.
If the mirror Mikota is in is broken, he can leap out of one of the fragments and continue his attack or move to another mirror. The technique requires a large amount of chakra to maintain, so Mikota's movement becomes progressively slower the longer he maintains the mirrors.
Mikota can also form individual mirrors, not restricted to the twenty-one-mirror formation. He can create them high in the sky allowing him to take out airborne targets. The cold which emanates from the mirrors is also enough to cause snow to fall. Though they are made from ice, the mirrors are resistant to Fire Release techniques.

This technique allows the user to manipulate preexisting ice and form it into a giant tiger, thus requiring a nearby source of ice in order to use this technique. It is cold enough to freeze any Water Release techniques when it comes into contact with.

This technique allows the user to create a humongous whale with a long narwhal horn out of preexisting ice to attack their opponent. The user needs a source of ice in order to use this technique. This technique is used more as a distraction technique, or to block an opponent's movements, because of its size.

This technique allows the user to infuse their chakra with ice on the ground and bring it to the surface. The user can then trap their opponent within the ice by controlling its movements and completely surrounding them in the ice. It is strong enough to withstand basic Fire Release techniques, because the ice has already been infused with the user's chakra. The user can also surround themselves with the ice prison to act as a shield.

The Water Clone Technique is similar to the Shadow Clone Technique except it creates clones out of water that have one-tenth of the original person's power.[2] Like other solid clone techniques, the clones can be used to perform tasks the user is unable or unwilling to do for themselves. The range of the clone is limited however, as it can not travel very far from the original body without losing control. Like other clone techniques, if the water clones are injured enough they will revert back to normal water

Using this technique, Mikota gathers some water from the air and surrounding environment into one thousand long needles. He then directs them to a specific target at high speed, leaping backwards before impact so he doesn't get caught in the crossfire. While the needles do surround a target from all sides, they don't appear above the target, creating an escape route. Haku is able to perform this jutsu with one-handed seals, allowing him to pin an opponent's arm and attack while they cannot use any techniques themselves.

As this technique is unleashed, two seperate domes a smaller inner dome like the normal technique and an much larger outter dome of ice mirrors are created and a solid floor of ice appears beneath the opponent. Mikota can use the outter dome to push back his opponent back to the interior. The floor of ice acts like a mirror as well. Mikota can move in and out of this mirror appearing where ever he desires. His speed in the mirrors is also incresed past that of what he normally could do. Almost if he was in a hundred places at once.
