The Isle of Eruptions, more specifically the Kingdom of Nero, is home to and ruled over by it's King and Queen, Vega and Anew. However, before it became known as Nero, the Isles were separated, each one housing it's own monarchy. Needless to say, this led to countless battles between each nation, over land, resources and people. The fighting continued for decades, millions of lives were lost, lands were destroyed, towns burned and plundered and people sold off into slavery, but as time passed, two nations in particular, would begin to emerge. The Nero Kingdom and Fragata Kingdom, these two nations, eventually swallowed up the lesser ones until they were the only two standing. The current King of Nero, Vega and the Queen of Fragata, Anew, would pit their armies against each other. The two armies fought for days on end, with neither one giving an inch. This long, drawn out battle would soon reach its climax as both rulers stepped forth to face the other in singles battle, the victory claiming the loser's title and crown, thus gaining their army and nation. Both Vega and Anew fought for ten days straight, surprisingly enough, the two were evenly matched, neither one could best the other, but each one, began to recognize the other. With every passing day, the two grew closer and closer, until they finally realized the identity of their opponent. Anew and Vega, former lovers, that were forced apart by Vega's family. Vega, wanting to be with Anew, cast away his heritage and took on the life of a warrior, searching day in and day out for his beloved. He raged wars, fought several battles, freed slaves and conquered kingdoms, all in the hopes of finding her. Now that he had, Vega could not fight Anew and she felt the same. So, the two had come up with a plan. Not only would they call a ceasefire, but they would also reveal that the two of them would be wed and that their Kingdoms would be united under the banner of Nero. This is how, the Kingdom of Nero came to rule over the entirety of the isles and became one of the strongest kingdoms in the world. Many centuries has passed since then and the Kingdom, despite not having a monarchy anymore, has thrived since.

 Yakō Gōkana TsukiThe Luxurious Moon Witch Yakō makes her way by her private boat to the Isle of Eruptions,giddily awaiting the "treasures" she'd find there. Luckily she'd chosen to arrive during the hot and humid, season but was prepared for the worst. As the island appears on the horizon,she catches site of the native species of the land. She'd familiarized herself with the information she obtained about the islands.
Her first stop would be Begeerte Island to visit the capital,before slowly diffusing toward the other islands. As she touched the shore she was immediately greeted by the welcoming committee. Accompanying her were her Shinigami the Usagi. The Usagi wear a black robe with gold markings trimmed with red and black trousers.The outfit appears to be tied by a white strap with a white puff on the back, resembling a rabbit's tail,and sports the three moon symbol of Yako's family. They also wear a gold rabbit mask, with red marks above the eyes, but a more prominent design on the left eye. The mask is tied to their face by a red thread.
Aside from being a skilled fighter Yakō's mother Cereza was the legendary chef, known as the Chef Goddess (Kami no Ryōrijin). She was renowned as the greatest chef in history, hence her title, having been able to prepared a myriad of succulent dishes as well as acquiring phantasmal ingredients all over the world. Aside from being a legendary chef, she was also a kind and loving mother and a charitable soul, who lived a rich and fulfilling life. She truly loved her three children with all her heart,thus after her death Yakō took up improving and creating new recipes. Training under the Tengu Witch Retsuna Nura her skills flourished eventually leading to the creation of the Twin Moon Cafe/Confectionary.
One of Yakō's most prominent characteristics is a strong respect toward food and the preparation of food in the kitchen. Since food and sustenance play a crucial role in maintaining life, she strongly believes that a cooks work must be treated as though it were sacred. As with magic Yakō is an prodigy when it comes to food and its preparation. , She is knowledgeable and capable of preparing almost any kind of food or beverage with a strong sense to the aesthetics of cooking. She cooks with amazing speed and dexterity, particularly in her use of knives. Yakō's sense of taste also is not lacking; often, she is able to deduce the qualities of aspects (i.e. ingredients, and method of cooking and preparations) involved in a prepared dish under a very short period of time.
Since stepping on her boat Yakō was positively beaming with excitement. The possibilities were endless,and she could be the very first person to utilize the island. Not to mention the revenue and fame she would acquire. All the necessary paper work ,and permits were signed. Yakō entered into a contract allowing her to utilize the islands resources without legal ramifications. Even here the Twin Moon's name was known,and Yakō had brought a few treats for the island residents.

Yakō Gōkana TsukiThe Luxurious Moon Witch Tall rustic buildings, the scent of high quality ingredients, people laughing and sharing before a dining table. A woman with honey golden hair looked through a window from one of the buildings that now served as her based on the main island. It was now a Five Star restaurant that sat right in the middle of the bustling city. In only a few short months Yakō had been able to secure a permanent foothold within the main islands community,and had learned a great deal from the islands inhabitants. Within the first few weeks of her arrival she'd stumbled upon a cachet of Flame Lilly's. There was beautiful flower, with its flame red petals, and distinct blue marks. In her days under Retsuna Nura's tutelage she'd been taught about the herbs powerful healing properties. The second produce she'd obtained a few hours earlier was the Rose Peach. Her Shikigami Usagi had found them on the trees located through out its capital city, and it's borders. Yakō relished in its unique taste, as she savor each and every last bite. After she finished she jotted down the recipes she'd incorporate the fruit in. Within the next half hour she had even been brought the Sparkling Rose to sample. However, despite her best efforts Yakō had been unable to locate the rarest delicacy; the Fruit of Desire. The dazzling, star shaped fruit still eluded her clutches;taunting,and teasing her at every turn.

Xuza Uriel: "Angel of Death" 
After a day's sulking Xuza had enough of the City and everyone in it, hardly able to look Amatha in the eye, and had left to get away from it all. She'd stored up a fair amount of the strange substance she used to jet around and, well, did just that until she came across a neat little island somewhere in the blue infinity before her.
Rough landings didn't suit her. In fact she didn't really know how to land all that well. Xuza instead used her spatial conversion to flip right through the ether and appear a few hundred yards from the shore. This was much easier to navigate than some daring descent from a half-mile up.
Brushing herself off--as pollution was a real hooker--Xuza took a look at the island-city, wondering where to start. The salty breeze seemed to block all hope of decision. Finally she shrugged, letting the moment defeat her pragmatism, and shuffled into the heart of the city. She looked quite lost walking down the main strip.

 That same morning, utterly disappointed with Death City's selection of tea--again--was teleporting around the world in search of the right cup. He often did this; having full control of his power to do so and with little ties to Shibusen anymore. Anywhere he went, though, things just didn't quite stack up to his standard, his vision. Finally he appeared on the island in what looked to be a very high class restaurant. Needless to say he was underdressed for the occasion; but to him tea was the ultimate quest, and as such no society could refuse a humble pilgrim from tasting its glory.

Yakō Gōkana TsukiThe Luxurious Moon Witch After many months of searching Yakō had finally be able to locate the Fruit of Desire. The dazzling, star shaped fruit had taken all her resources to locate,but she'd finally been able to track it down. However, she was now targeted by the most vicious criminals within the Isle. She constantly had too keep moving to avoid being attacked. The islands officials agree to help her with this if she agreed to offer her services to them. Her first mission would be in a forest, somewhere near the city of Col. It would be more of a recruit mission than a search and destroy, but the increasing number of beast and demons proved difficult for the local authorities to spare the necessary man power.
As for the girl…judging by reports, she was an integrated type, but hadn't gone full demon or lost control of her powers. She just kept scaring passersby into dropping things. Things that would be gone when they calmed down enough to realize that they'd dropped them. To be blunt, Yakō was now dealing with a ten year old thief that liked to scare people. Odds were, this wouldn't be that hard of a mission, and Yakō could easily fulfil it without much, if any, interference from her pursuers. Then again, she had been wrong before. That night, the forest was quiet, save from the slight breeze that rustled the leaves in trees that were excellent for both climbing, and hiding in, if what you were hiding from didn't have enhanced senses. The trees also tended to make good ambushing spots, when one was running low on necessary supplies.
Cami,Yakō's target peered down, careful not to be seen by the blonde woman and the strange men surrounding her. A bit of an odd pair, considering most of the others she'd seen going through this area. Neither one of them seemed to be normal humans or bandits. The men were clearly some kind of spiritual creatures, like "pets", and the woman by default must be some type of castor, though not one that Cami was very familiar with. The men also seemed to have some type of restraint on thier powers, which was also odd, but all the better for her. The weaker they were, the faster she could rob them, and the sooner she could stop feeling guilty for it. Having to steal for survival was not something that she enjoyed doing, but a girl had to do what a girl had to do. Besides, it wasn't her fault that these people were usually so easy to scare, let along how careless they were about dropping things.
" Sense anything yet Zhen?
" The woman asked on of the men, who shook his head.
The wind is mixing most of the scents here up to the point where I can't pick them out very well. Sorry my Lady.
"
" That's quite alright, take your time. She's around here somewhere. Plus it's such a lovely day out I don't mind taking in the scenery.
"
'She'? Were they looking for her? Had she pushed the scaring thing to the point where someone had hired some kind of Miester to get rid of her? Was that what that woman was, an Miester? And the men were just there because they could track her somehow? She silently thanked the wind for mixing her scent with everything else in the area. Cami edged out onto her branch a little being careful not to make it move, in order to get a better look at the group. The men stopped, looking in her direction…and then all four of them were in the tree with her. Cami was startled enough, she lost her footing and landed on the ground below. She mumbled a few nasty words as she picked herself up, trying to ignore the soreness of her posterior.
" What's the big idea ? Don't you know better than to sneak up on people like that? Don't you know who I am!?
" She scolded, glaring up at them. They just stared down at her, most likely surprised at the amount of filthy words that had come out of her mouth a moment before. Not many girls her age knew that many words like that, let alone what they were used for.
" Hi hi. So you're the one who's been causing all of this fuss.
" The blond said, as if she were somewhat surprised.
" What if I am?
" Cami countered, ready to run or fight if necessary.
" Then I'm afraid I'm going to have to ask you to come with us.
"
" And what if I say no?"
"
" Then you'll have to take that up with them.
" Yakō pointed to the man that she'd called Zhen before.
" If you insist
" Cami said sighing. She leapt back into the tree, blades extending from her hands as she slashed at the nearest man. He skillfully dodged, jumping back to the ground afterwards, his hands and feet now turned into dark gold and white claws. She followed, slashing at him again, and again, somewhat impressed that he could block her at this speed. Even though she was sure to strike in his blind spot,he seemed to have no problem keeping up. He took his chance when she left an opening, swiping her feet out from underneath her and pinning her to the ground.
" You aren't holding back,are you?
" Zhen asked. She couldn't tell if he was honestly asking, or just plain mocking her.
" Alright, you want to play for real, fine.
" She said, kicking him, the sound of an unintelligent groan telling her she'd hit her target as she took the opportunity to shove him off of her. Zhen picked himself up, the pain now replaced with anger as he slashed at her. She dodged it with ease, appearing behind him and knocking him over.
"" Not very fast, are you?" " She asked, a rebuttal for his earlier question. He got back to his feet, slowly losing his composure now. They started slashing at each other again, each of them dodging or blocking the others hits like they'd been fighting each other for years, instead of about twenty minutes or so.
Yakō remained on the sidelines, watching them intently. Yakō made Cami a bit nervous. She'd spoken to her in a friendly enough tone, but behind her kind expression, she doubted that she'd hesitate to kill her if her little buddy didn't get her to cooperate. All the more reason to beat him quickly, then get the hell out of there. She tripped him up again, and slammed him into a tree, causing him to become unconscious. She was ready to make a run for it, when a translucent box of sorts, smashed into the side of her head. The last thing that she saw before passing out, was the other men picking Zhen, then walking towards her.
Checking the girl Yakō and the Usagi make thier way back. Yakō could see why Cami's skills were needed. Not just anyone could go toe to toe with Zhen. The girls injuries were healed of course,but she wouldn't wake up until they made it back into the city

Xuza Uriel: "Angel of Death" Xuza was just about to make up her mind and dive into one of the shops barking at the edge of the chain that was the city's zoning ordinances when a clamour grabbed her ankles at the edge of the proverbial board. Tilting her head, as if it was the zoom button for life, she watched for a moment as the groups around were cut by the oncoming procession like swells under a luxury cruiser. On the shore of this loud wave, Xuza started to step, then, when all seemed to stir up like a hurricane, dipped out into a nice looking lounge.
The huffing and puffing would die down in time, but she couldn't help wondering if she picked the right building to lay low in. A sigh and a glance brought her to the monk, who looked peaceful but a little frustrated about something as he sipped from a small cup. She took a seat a few tables over, looking to blend in with the rest. Keep in mind the girl was trying to get away from it all; and the level of craziness she'd seen headed for her was enough to trigger a traumatic, averse reaction from her. Simply, she had a powerful phobia of BS at the moment.
Illo seemed to welcome it, whatever it was, as he looked into his cup so deeply one might think he was looking into tomorrow. His forehead was glowing with a soft outline of an eye, a clear indicator he'd been using his powers recently and wasn't quite done with them to anyone who'd see it before. Similarly, Xuza could just flip out of there whenever she wanted, but for whatever reason couldn't/didn't think to do so at the moment. Smoke-light level: 100

Yakō Gōkana TsukiThe Luxurious Moon Witch Yakō brought the girl back to the mayor. Though Cami resisted at first she eventually agreed to help. Returning to her hotel Yakō comes face to face with Ren,and her attendants. She smiles and sits down for drinks. It had been awhile sense the two had chatted.
" Well well. To what do I owe this visit Ren? Last I checked you were supposed to be shut up in that Temple.
" The woman sent her guards out in the hall. Ren smiles and sips her tea. The monk is here and I'd like you to keep him busy. With all the people after you think of it as extra assistance. Other than myself your Kekkai can effectively combat space-time users. I'm going to visit Jade,and check. Hopefully this won't intrude to much on your training. I'd ask Yosuzume or Decus,but they are already busy. Congratulations on your recent success by the way.
" " Why thank you. If that's the case then I'll be happy to help. I'm curious to see just what kind of a man he is. Please take some sweets with you. I know how you love sweet. Give Jade my love. It's been so long.
" The women hug each other and Ren takes the bundles Yakō prepared. Ren releases enough power for both Xuza and Illo to pick up before leaving. I will. Keep me posted on his progress.

For a moment the monk was contemplating leaving, but then he felt a presence he couldn't mistake. Not knowing about the Tsuki-Gitsune relationship, this came as something of a surprise; which was shown in full color in the wry smirk on blooming on his face.
"Well... Look who's important," he said to himself before taking his last sip and getting up to go investigate the source of the energy. Meanwhile Xuza had come to be more relaxed, seeing the madness outside had largely bypassed the building they were in.

Rens remnant wait outside Yakō's restaurant waiting for the monk. The female hums softly while the male eats a strange looking fruit. Hm hm . Tch what's taking so long The female speaks. Now now be patient. Brother. Tch you know I hate waiting.

(bump yum_puddi ) If you watched Illo from outside you'd think he'd lost his mind if not his sense of direction--or at the very least forgot where it was he was going. Essentially he made a couple big circles on the foyer. Xuza had found it funny at first, but since dismissed the robed, three-eyed stranger as another crazy; and instead of retreating in the frantic way she had earlier from such dull-wittedness she sighed an apathetic surrender into the lonely invisible circle left for her sweet cup of justice. Someone had even left a couple windows open on the wall nearest her so that every wave-brushed breeze prodded at her sense of--what?--sentimentality? until she'd given in to smaller tactics such as,
"Excuse me...?" She called to a largely deaf room. "Can I, um, get some service?"
Shortly thereafter Illo relinquished his grip on the power he once felt. This and the fact he'd given up on the tea meant he really didn't have a horse in this race, if you will, and was setting out again on his search for an adequate brew. It wouldn't do to have the locals disturbed about a man vanishing into thin air--though it was debatably more shocking to see a glowing third eye on somebody's forehead, but that could wait for another day, I suppose. So, why not just walk out? Yes, perfect. So simple. Illo would walk out, feel that gentle island kiss on his skin, and teleport away to the next destination as soon as he was reasonably out of sight.

While the duo waits Yakō attended to the restaurant. Currently she was making tea along with a few sweets. Outside Yakumo was becoming restless. Stop figiting. Your acting like a kid. . I still don't see why we have to do this. Azar is more than capable. I could be back home mapping the Temple. Is this monk really that special. The female speaks. Azar is with auntie. You know that. I'd rather be back home too,but mother asked us to help. You saw how far he pushed big brother Haku. Tch Haku was weak from fighting little Hasuko. Obviously had he been at full strength he'd have killed that monk. The fool was no match against our Chaos. With the assimilation process done the next time with be diffrent. That's enough Yakumo! You know what mother said. We are not seeking negative action against the monk unless he gets in our way. We need him. Pff I don't know why. You honestly think a mere Phoniex can wake the Black Dragon? I "watched" the fight same as you. He's just a puppet to the Marbas. You sensed it too. The more power he used the more he lost control. Someone like that......a weakling. Couldn't possibly reach a man like "Him" ........

At this point Illo walked out of the double doors and casually past the two expecting him. His ears were on fire. He didn't think so much of it as to stop and ask; rather he didn't want to provoke unnecessary conversation, in accordance with his monastic code. He walked with praying hands down the street, meditating on things most could not understand.
Back in the hotel it looked as though things were finally returning to normal. Servers were finally coming around. Among them, possibly their boss, was a blonde who looked awfully familiar. They caught eyes. Would she recognise Xuza from the hospital?

Yakō Gōkana TsukiThe Luxurious Moon Witch Yakō brought notices Xuza's stare and smiles warmly. After waiting a few tables she goes over to Xuza with her order. Outside the twins immediatly follow after the monk. He seemed to be distracted. They both appear in front of the monk.
" Well well. To what do I owe the pleasure of one of the Shinigami's Miesters visiting my humble establishment.
" Yakō said as she sets the order down. ------------- ------------- Hey! Monk! Your the Iron Phoniex right?
" " Lady Shiroyasha sent us here to look for you.
