It’s been a really really messed up week
Seven days of torture, seven days of bitter
And my girlfriend went and cheated on me
She’s a California dime but it’s time for me to quit her

There’s a party on the rooftop top of the world
Tonight tonight and were dancing on the edge of the Hollywood sign
I don’t know if I’ll make it but watch how good I’ll fake it
Its all right, all right, tonight, tonight<><><><><><><>Ronnie<><><><><><><> Ronnie yawned and stretched her arms out. She was up in a tree laying across a large branch with her headphones in, blasting the music. She was laying on her stomach, her legs were dangling freely, the laces of her tattered, red converse were untied, flowing with the breeze. She had skipped the last week of school that she had, not caring about her finals or graduation. She wouldn't pass anyways. Just a second year Senior, she didn't care. The red haired girl yawned again and looked up when she felt a vibration go through the tree. She arched her eyebrow when she saw a billow of smoke and clay dust coming from the middle of the empty park. With a thud and a grunt Ronnie jumped out of the tree and landed on the ground and made her way over to the smoke. She pulled one earbud out and let it hang down by her waist while she investigated. <><><><><><><>Coles<><><><><><><>

He had fallen on the ground and he was in strange clothing. Like he had just finished LARPing or something. Ronnie shrugged it off and tried to get the boy up on his feet. She struggled to carry the tall male, as she herself was only five foot four. But she eventually made it to her car and she drove to the apartment where she was living. Making her way into the apartment hile dragging the boy then laying him on the couch. Ronnie had gone into the kitchen and filled a plastic bowl with warm water and got a rag then went and knelt next to boy. Dipping the rag in the water she wiped the dirt off his face and cleaned the small scrapes that donned his cheeks. <><><><><><><>Coles<><><><><><><>

I was the only one there so I brought you here to clean you up." Ronnie said as she grabbed the bowl and yawned again a** he brought it to the kitchen and dumped the dirty water down the drain. She then got a glass of water and a bottle of Tylenol. After she had walked back over to the boy she handed him the glass a took three of the capsules out of the bottle and handed those to him as well. "Take them, they'll help with any pain you may have." She said before laying on the floor and closing her eyes. <><><><><><><>Coles<><><><><><><>

She was able to grab the glass before it spilled everywhere and cradled her arm under his neck so it wouldn't land hard on the corner of the couch arm. Trying to make heads or tails of what he had said but nothing seemed to make sense. He must really be into his character. She thought before going back to the kitchen to clean up a few things. She then went into her bedroom and grabbed a pillow off the bed as well as a blanket and went back into the living room and propped the boy's head up with the pillow and draped the blanket over him. Ronnie then pulled out her laptop and sat across the room from the male and started to see if she could find any kind of connection to what he said about glowing orbs and possible disappearances. <><><><><><><>Coles<><><><><><><>

She pushed her laptop away and took the paper from his hands. Biting her lip as she read it silently to herself then she began to read it out loud. "Well, it looks like it says something about time travel, which clearly explains what you're wearing." Ronnie said as she gestured towards the boy. "But it doesn't really say much in regards to you getting back to where you came from. It just says 'When the time is right, you will get to choose. Stay here, in the new world, or go back to your home.' So, I guess in the end you get to choose to stay or go." Ronnie said with a light shrug as she handed the note back and looked back at her computer screen, there were pictures of orbs in many colours and sizes. Most were faked by wannabe ghost hunters but some of them seemed fairly real. <><><><><><><>Coles<><><><><><><>

Ronnie said as she stood up and waved the male to follow her to the bathroom so he could shower. "Here's the bathroom. Towels are in the closet inside. To fill the tub push the knob up and turn it to the right to get warm water. Soaps and shampoos are along the side of the tub." She said with a kind smile as she opened the door. Ronnie was quite surprised that she wasn't freaking out over this boy being from the past, but she was just lucky to be talking to someone who didn't know of her past. Starting new, starting over. At least having someone to talk to and maybe be around for who knows how long. Just nice to maybe have a friend. "I'm going to see if I have something for you to change into. Then we can go find your sword. But you keep it here, that's not something that people around here would be used to seeing, they'd probably be scared. We'll find a safe place for it." She said as she walked down the hallway to the second bedroom of the apartment to see if there were some extra men's clothes that would fit the boy. <><><><><><><>Coles<><><><><><><>

"You don't need to give me anything, I'm happy to help out a lost soul." She said with a small giggle as she brushed some of her red hair out of her eyes and pressed her thumb against her lips. "I'm Veronica, but everyone calls me Ronnie. And I'm far from royalty. I'm just well off." She said as she looked around the bathroom. Her whole house was a bit more lavishly furnished than other apartments around here but... That was only because of her secret. "When you're finished we'll go find your sword." She said as she hopped off the counter and grabbed a towel from the closet and laid it on the counter then she left, closing the door behind her. <><><><><><><>Coles<><><><><><><>
