[PRP] A Lost Son, and A Loving Daughter (Blight and Altiu)

Blight sighed heavily, watching as the sun set in front of her. Another day that Skaalbjorn was missing.... Would she ever find him? She pawed unhappily at the ground in front of her, then looked back at her daughters. Both of them had no idea yet that Skaal was missing, she hadn't the heart to tell them that their only brother was gone, possible forever.

Altiu took a glance over at her mother, musing to herself on how beautiful her mother looked, along with herself and her sister. Even their brother had his own beauty. All of them, however, had a very distinct haughty air about them. She was sure that it made them all seem more unapproachable to most others. Though she never cared about such things. She was perfectly happy being around all of her family. They were all perfect.

Altiu came over to her mother and lightly rubbed herself against her. She had to express her love and need for her mother's attention. Simply feeling like her mother needed to enjoy her company. After all, mother belonged to her and her siblings, and she wanted to be sure that mother knew that.

Blight smiled as her youngest daughter came up to her and rubbed up against her legs. Looking down at little Altiu she said, "Hello sweetheart. How was your nap?" She had sent the two for a nap because she had been worried about the heat of the summer. She didn't want them playing out in the heat and getting ill, but there was an ulterior motive. She didn't want them disappearing too. She looked out at the plains area where Skaal had skittered off to play for the day, and somewhere in that tall grass near a pond he just vanished. Blight shook her head to clear away the thoughts. She had to think about her two daughters. They were all she had left.

Altiu smiled up at her mother widely. She had always rather enjoyed naps. Today it had been a bit more difficult because of the heat in the air, so the sleep had not been her most restful. She certainly would never tell her mother such things though. That would simply worry her further. Possibly force her mother to try and make them nap in mud or something. That would certainly be a strange sight!

"My nap was nice mother. Much as a nap should be." She rubbed herself against her some more. Seemingly attempting to claim her mother somehow. She was certainly a strange child when it came to such things...

Altiu watched as her mother stared off. She was sure her mother didn't notice her watching. She had been getting much better at watching without watching. Moving only if she had to get a better view or if her mother was expecting the movement. Getting sneaky about such things was something she simply knew she had to do. Her mother seemed to be trying to sneak around herself, so she had to be prepared! And though she wouldn't comment right now, she would have to ask her mother as to why she seemed to stare longingly in the distance. The question would have to be asked. And answered. Even if her mother didn't want to think of such things.
