A 6'1 lithely built man with fair skin, messy straight blond hair, and kind blue eyes. He dons very casual shinobi wear, aside from the honourable Hokage coat that he keeps on whenever in the public's eye. Though, he doesn't much care for the hat.

The happiest, most kind, man on the planet. Though he may seem happy-go-lucky all the time. Let it not be forgotten that he is also a very powerful shinobi, and won't hesitate to show it if he needs to.
Background
Descendant of the great Naruto Uzumaki, that saved the world and everybody in it. Being an Uzumaki has gifted me with an abnormally large chakra threshold. This has helped push me further than most will go. I learned at a young age that only perseverance can change our world. So even though I had no ability with Ninjutsu at an early age, I pushed myself in the art of Taijutsu. Though, I quickly picked up on how to perform the basic jutsu upon enrollment in the Academy.
I graduated from Academy in my first year. My grasp for chakra control grew at an accelerated rate. Putting my ability far beyond what was expected for my age. My first Chunin exam, nearly a year after, was a political nightmare but they allowed my entry. I failed. The year after I passed far beyond expectations. From there I worked toward being a teacher, albeit a very young one.
I taught at the academy for 6 years before making my attempt at becoming a Jonin. The rigorous process to do so was insane. I've simplified things since then, but I passed. From then I spent my time honing the Rasengan passed down through my family, mastering the Rasenshuriken within the year. A year later I was pushed into ANBU ranks due to my work with the Flying Thunder God Technique. I honed the Infinite Step and the Rasengan to god-like proportions. Eventually slaying the Hokage before me.
He was mad with power. More akin to a murderous dictator than an honourable Kage. With my act of treason, the people cheered. Instead of being put to death, I took up the mantle and with the support of the villagers behind me, I began to fight for peace throughout the shinobi world. To this day, I still teach at the academy on occasion when my Kage duties aren't too pressing.

Rasengan
The iconic ability of the Uzumaki clan since Naruto. It has many different uses and forms, but the general idea is rotating chakra while keeping shape and pushing it into a target. The chakra then explodes outward on impact. Causing severe damage to whatever it hits. Rida has spent his life perfecting this ability. Creating various forms of it with many different applications. Thus, it's the only offensive Ninjutsu he knows.
Flying Thunder God: Infinite Step Technique
Though not quite the same as the ability used by the Second and Fourth Hokage. It has essentially the same properties, acting as a sort of instantaneous flash from one location to another within a short distance. Especially useful for confusing an enemy for a short time, allowing for a powerful blindside attack.
