A rather bored looking goo ghoul stands behind the booth, poking at these hand-sized piles of slime. Once you approach she instantly greats you, a grin on her face and asks if you'd like to try her game. She tells you it is easy. You just have to grab one of those goo balls, and hit the bulls-eye! She mentions you get three chances and motions to the baskets of goo.
Roll 3d8 1-2 - What did you do!? You didn't even throw it and now you've got this gooey stuff running down your arm and hand, ewwwww. Try throwing it next time.
3-4 - The point is to hit the target, you were way off course with that throw. Get some arm muscles and try again.
5-6 - Well you hit the target this time! You still missed the middle, but good job? Sucre does not look impressed.
7-8 - YOU DID IT! The gooball sticks to the bullseye with a splat! Just wipe that goo on your pants and rejoice!

Hanratty wasn't really sure what to expect from the goo. It felt ... gooey, and squished unpleasantly in his hands. Not the most aerodynamic stuff, but he still managed to throw the first gooball directly onto the target. The next two gooballs stuck to his hands and went wildly off target when he finally managed to shake them loose.
"Did I win a prize?"
He hoped the prize wasn't getting to keep the gooball.
Sucre wasn't sure how the boil did it, but he got the first throw right in the middle of the target. Probably beginners luck, but she hoped this wasn't too easy. She was excited to hand out the prizes though. "You won all the prizes!" Then she proceeded to place a ticket. a mini-pet and a goo-sicle in front of the boil. All seemed to have traces of goo on them.

Lock found the idea of "gooballs" relatively disgusting, but he also was taunted by Voodoo into doing this. He couldn't just back down from a challenge.
When he picked up the ball, he was surprised to find its consistency was relatively similar to that of the shadows he used in his own FEAR. He had a lot of experience wielding such balls, and as such, it was easy for him to hit the target.
In fact, he hit the bullseye not once, but three times. "I do believe that means I've won?" he asked.

Sucre couldn't keep her jaw from dropping! How did the boil do it! She seemed genuinely excited. "Wow you are amazing, I've never seen anyone throw that well!" She continued to gush on as she offered Lock the prizes.

Lute stared for awhile at them before picking it up to play. It felt terribly gross and had the monster ghoul wincing as she took aim and let them fly. Her hand instantly moving to brush at her pants afterwords. "..O-oh my.." She had done pretty poorly but at least hit it once..

Ryou picked up three goo balls carefully and threw them at the target one by one. One actually hit the bullseye! Oh snap. He leapt happily.

Goo balls? Shiki looked around and shrugged. With all else going on, why not? He slinked close to the booth and tapped one of the balls with one finger. "Slimey.." Well yeah of course he told himself, what else would goo feel like? What hard could come from throwing them anyway?
Eeek, he hit it! Realizing he hit the board the first time resulted in him forgetting to throw the second ball which decided to melt in his hand. "Gak!" He flushed and quickly threw the second ball which again hit the board. Well at least he hit it, though not well enough.
It took Wally a few minutes of playing with the goo ball to finally throw it. It was just so.. weird feeling. When he finally launched it at the target, it hit, but not in the center.
Good enough, right? He was pleased with it, at least.
