Bloodlines/Clans/Implants
1. Each person is allowed 1 Clan and Bloodline as long as they aren't conflicting with each other (Or the Main Arc of the Guild), and are approved by the Guild Captain and Vice Captain.
2. Obtaining an additional or Implant Bloodline must be taken from another person. Which they can give up willingly, or you can take by force. ( How you take said implant will determine if it will work properly, if at all. Detailed posts are very important in this sense.)
3. Any additional bloodlines must be implanted by a Jonin or above Medical Ninja. (Any lower will cause an infected and damaged eye. Also,the ninja that does the implanting must be a real RPC. Not and NPC)
4. All implants are to be approved by the Guild Captain or Vice-Captain.
5. Implant Bloodlines are not as strong as Natural Bloodlines, and drain more chakra. I.E if you activate your transplanted Sharingan, you waste double the chakra when using it.
6. The only transplants acceptable is one that involves the eyes, or doujutsu, (Ex. the sharingan, byakugan, ranmaru's,etc.) or Bloodline traits ( Ex. Hyoton Bloodline) in which a Sannin Leveled Medical Shinobi will have to fuse your DNA. The jutsu's, will still cost double the amount to perform.
