Donovan's nickname is Van. He hates to be called Don. talk2hand
Van woke up bright and early, stretching his wings with a long loud yawn. He blinked his eyes a few times adjusting to the light of the morning sun shining into the grotto they called home. He looked around at the others still sleeping soundly, or so he thought. He stood and gingerly stepped over the sleeping forms and made his way out into the morning light. He then stretched his legs out and settled his wings next to his body, swishing his short tail behind him with glee. Now, what to do?

Dorian was nestled comfortably beside his father, Dhirens wing creating the perfect blanket, he was much too comfy and was just dropping back off to sleep, light rustling and careful movements met his ears. Gently he lifted his head in time to see Van sneaking off. Eyes widening and mischief setting itself thoroughly, he carefully moved from his fathers side and went to investigate his brother. Tiny cloven hooves made little noise as he got close enough to tug on his brothers tail, but unable to keep himself from giggling madly before he was able to scare him.

A sudden tug on his tail and a sharp giggle that followed broke him of his reverie. He turned quickly, to see Dorian behind him. "Hey! What are you doing up?" he frowned, talking in a hushed voice. "Did I wake you?" he asked.

Dorian let out a snort of laughter at his brothers reaction, but subdued it quickly. Still smirking he shook his head. "No, I was awake, so I followed you." He looked behind his brother at the surrounding trees, then back with a slight puzzled expression. "Where are you going...Donnie?" He flicked his tail and grinned, knowing the nickname would irk his brother.

He frowned, his forehead crinkling and eyes narrowing at the nickname his brother so lovingly bestowed on him. "You know I hate that..." he growled and turned away. He actually didn't have a plan for where he was going. He just had an urge to go somewhere or do something. He was a bit annoyed that Dorian had woke up, but then again, it might be best if he didn't go alone. Who knew what trouble he might get in.
He turned back to his brother. "Don't know yet, but you can't come." He stuck out his tongue, and darted off, his tail flapping behind him. "Not unless you catch me!" he called over his shoulder, and laughed.
