Trolls aren’t known for burying their dead, and so the Hemisect Crypts are quite the oddity. It was said that prior to the Goly’b Goly’b incident, it was a place to show off the dead after bouts in the Hemisect Gladiatorial Showground. Being a high-cultured museum of sorts, the bodies have been preserved, recreated in wax, or stuffed and placed in the many crypts of the attraction. However, over time most of the bodies have been “misplaced”.
[1,2]: Museum of High Culture
A standard museum of the highblooded variety that was mostly gutted due to the Goly’b Goly’b incident. Recently, the museum has made an attempt to come back, though for the most part it looks to be a nationalistic haunted house filled with tentacle effigies and the average amount of vaguely erotic highblood art. There’s only one curator in the museum who appears as old as the relics within the walls. No one knows exactly how she’s survived this long.
[1,3]: Dead Fields
Being in close proximity to the coast, these fields have never been a successful source of food. Many ranchers have tried and failed to bring the Dead Fields some boon and sell at the Old Market, but poor conditions have always plagued the land.
[1,4]: Old Market
The Old Market is old even for Old Hemisect standards. Today, it’s been abandoned in favor of more glitzy fare closer to the coast. The wares are quaint and made from lowbloods who have come to the area to make a bit of beetles. Accessories and herbal remedies are the typical fare here.
[1,5]: The Skyrise
A grand corporate skyrise that’s been standing in Old Hemisect since before the incident. It’s received on-and-off renovation over the sweeps instead of being completely torn down and rebuilt – leading to an effect going up the building similar to layers of rock in an ancient cliff.
[1,6]: Paleflush Pleasure District
A very popular location in Old Hemisect City for trolls of all Quadrants – romantic locales and activities for palemates lead this to be an upscale attraction for all trolls. With its proximity to the Daylight Mall and the riches of Mansion Peaks, it proved to be an economical hotspot.
[2,1]: Restaurant Blu
No longer in service due to unforeseen circumstances. This may be the front for some kind of crime group, but that’s just a rumor.
[2,2]: Aiguma Theatre
An abandoned theatre-turned-hive. It’s been well maintained on the inside, but on the outside it appears to have refused to change since the incident. Compared to the restoration elsewhere in the city, this theatre hasn’t changed much for good reason. Most lowbloods don’t go near this monument – there’s a particularly paranoid purpleblood living inside.
[2,3]: Old Hemisect Asylum
It’s apparently well-populated, but no one ever seems to go in or out.
[2,4]: Burrow Residence
A residential district long-abandoned and not yet renovated. Everything seems fairly normal here for Old Hemisect, except for one particular hive that has apparently been inhabited by a troll with a very large, insectoid lusus.
[2,5]: Mansion Peaks
Prime for looters, Mansion Peaks was completely picked clean. Since then, it has seen squatters galore – trolls who always dreamed of living in a lofty hive. These hives have occasionally been the cause for turf wars between trolls for their excellent location and quality.
[2,6]: Daylight Mall
A Mall past its prime. With New Hemisect and Four Fronds luxury locations on the rise, many trolls pass over this old favorite in favor of the newer locations. It still offers troll favorites such as Brawllister and Julius Orangeblood.
[3, 1]: Club Condescension
Its popularity with highbloods and seadwellers caused this to be quite the club prior to the incident; with a new population of highblood stragglers and lowbloods the club has seen better days. It’s usually a ghost town of a building, but the music is always thumping.
[3,2]: Gladiatorial Showground
A huge coliseum meant for grand fights and shows. Layers of posters paper the walls of the arena, promising sweep after sweep the return of the arena. Promises of fights to the death, throngs of lowblood brawls and animal combat emerge from the advertisement – but it looks like these never came to pass.
[3,3]: Hemisect Library
Name since unchanged prior to New Hemisect’s rise, the library reflects the quiet but faintly active atmosphere of Old Hemisect. It’s one of the least-explored libraries on Alternia, and is rumored to have information about Alternia before the Goly’b Goly’b incident locked up somewhere.
[3,4]: Sparse Residences
Unassuming residences now inhabited by stragglers and squatters. There’s clearly no Hiveowner’s Association here to help keep everything neat, tidy and uniform – everywhere weeds and strange scavenged structures pile up in front of each hive like trophies.
[3,5]: Swiftscale Hill
A very tall hill that looks out over the entirety of Old Hemisect City. The remains of the Bloodfest festivities still remain, and if you look hard you may be able to find a discarded sled!
[3,6]: Old Hemisect Opera House
A fine opera house that has remained in relatively good condition over the years. Many a soliloquy and speech has emerged from the stage, and occasionally an ill-advised battle.
East Old Hemisect
[4,1]: Shipwreck
A ship has washed up here on the beach and appears to have been converted into a hive. You have to wonder what kind of nautically-inspired little rascal set up hive here.
[4,2]: Flea Market
For selling all of those unsavory things and trading scavenged goods for scavenged goods. Being next to the Fisherman’s Market gives it a fair bit of traffic, and on a good market day you’re sure to leave with an interesting knick-knack or two.
[4,3]: City Hall
The leaders of Old Hemisect are a rather uncaring bunch – though most would blame their mental state on the rather unfortunate incident that has left permanent scars on the landscape and its residents. They’re so infrequently heard of or seen that most trolls aren’t aware that there’s anyone in the city helping to run it (beyond the queen, of course).
[4,4]: Rail Station
The most up-to-date location in Old Hemisect, the Military makes sure that transportation to and from the city is safe, quick, and free of bumps. The railway and highways running into Old Hemisect contrast the rest of it – they’re fully idealized and functional.
[4,5]: Four Fronds Highway
There’s a huge detour here where the double-decker highway has collapsed in on itself. It would be a good place to make shelter on a good day.
[4,6]: Construction Pit
An enormous pit that contains much of the demolished garbage and detritus from the reconstruction process. In a classic Alternian “out of sight out of mind” idea, it’s grown to cover quite the amount of ground over the sweeps. A winding path surrounds the pit.
[5,1]: Harbor
The southern harbor is a very busy one – taking in trade imports from the seas and supporting the fishing industry, it is the passage to the rest of Alternia.
[5,2]: Fisherman’s Market
If you like a good thrown fish, this is the place for you. The reconstruction of Old Hemisect is interrupting the best time of the year for the fishing industry, unfortunately, and the lack of activity reduces the Market to the smell of fish and little else.
[5,3]: Beachfront Wastes
The combination of the sandy environment and partying hard has rendered the environment here to be solely gunky sand and beach grass where there are no buildings.
[5,4]: Bloodfest Stage
A well-known location for any troll who has frequented the seasonal activities of Bloodfest. The buildings surrounding Bloodfest are by far the best constructed.
[5,5]: Serpentine Mansion
A very clean-looking mansion located on the scenic beachfront. Most trolls avoid this hive like the plague – there are rumors that a highblood wanders some nights into the ocean and performs strange dances, pulling unsuspecting trolls into feelings jams and then… Probably killing them. Probably.
[5,6]: Beach Shack
It’s not much, but there’s a shack here right up the coast. It’s very small, and looks just big enough for some sort of ungulate and perhaps a troll. Could this be a hive? Even for a lowblood, it’s rather small.
[6,1]: Abandoned barge
This barge is mostly occupied by seagulls now. You can’t take this from them; they have claimed it. It’s smelly anyway.
[6,2]: Lighthouse
The troll who lives in the lighthouse has been working it since Regina took over as queen – they’re not particularly hospitable, though. Locals often comment that the “BEWARE” signs near the lighthouse aren’t just for the cliffs...
[6,3]: Shipyard Warehouses
Industrial warehouses, as well as storage for ships going out to sea. Seadwellers get a roomy storage unit for their various forms of aquatic travel, while most other landdwellers can rent out storage units. Much of the Harbor’s wares come up to the Warehouses to be carted for export.
[6,4]: Beach Resort
A beach resort that’s – while not as swanky as it used to be – still in vogue with the fortunate climate and location of Old Hemisect.
[6,5] Luxury Docks
Very high-class docks that don’t receive much use any more. There’s hope that after the reconstruction the many yachts and luxury submarines of highbloods will swim again! At least, some trolls hope that. Most trolls don’t care.
[6,6] Bungalows
Little bungalows set up right on the beach. They’re very cute, and are typically used by drifters passing through. Some trolls charge for daily use of the bungalows, and there’s a surprisingly good business for low-key travel in Old Hemisect.

Group Progress: Coordinates Unlocked: [coordinates you’ve unlocked] Defenders on Standby: [number of defenders you’ve rallied] Result of Action: [The result of the action that you rolled for this turn. Don't forget to post in the War Room ASAP if it's applicable!]
Welcome to the Battle for Old Hemisect, GIRL POWER (+ Vulpin) Tunnel Snakes. The mule is intel-savvy enough to have unlocked a coordinate's secrets for you -- don't tell the rebels! Your free coordinate is the Fisherman's Market. How lucky for you! It is considered to be unlocked and can be acted upon immediately.
Each troll is refreshed and ready to go with 2 available actions.
Refreshers: POSSIBLE ACTIONS ARE:
Build: Roll 1D6 to build on a coordinate that you have unlocked – the roll result determines the durability of the base. You can also build on friendly bases to add durability, up to a maximum of 30 durability. You cannot build on a coordinate that already has an enemy base on it. Trolls with training in Construction get a bonus to their roll: Apprentice: Roll 2D6 Journeytroll: Roll 3D6 Master: Roll 4D6 Grandmaster: Roll 5D6
Rally: Roll 1D6 to organize defenders, which can be assigned to any coordinate you have unlocked. The roll result determines the amount of defenders you have rallied. Defenders will be on stand-by until you mobilize them. Defenders are the second level of defense that can be assigned to protect a base. You must use defenders to take out defenders if you want to demolish an enemy base! Trolls with training in Recruiting get a bonus to their roll: Apprentice: Roll 2D6 Journeytroll: Roll 3D6 Master: Roll 4D6 Grandmaster: Roll 5D6 Demolish: Roll 1D6 to destroy a base on a coordinate that you have unlocked – the roll result determines the amount of damage done to the durability of the base. At 0 durability, the base is destroyed. You cannot demolish a base with defenders assigned to it. Trolls with training in Demolition get a bonus to their roll: Apprentice: Roll 2D6 Journeytroll: Roll 3D6 Master: Roll 4D6 Grandmaster: Roll 5D6
Intelligence: Roll a new coordinate (2D6). If you roll a coordinate you have already unlocked, the roll is wasted. Trolls with training in Intelligence get a bonus to their rolls: Apprentice: Roll 2 new coordinates (4D6) Journeytroll: Roll 2 new coordinates (4D6); if at least 1 of the coordinates is not unique, re-roll 2D6 until a new coordinate has been unlocked. Master: Journeytroll effect OR select one new coordinate from another team and unlock it. You must post with roleplay in your own thread and the other team’s thread for this to take effect. Grandmaster: Journeytroll effect OR Master effect OR… Roll 1 coordinate (2D6). If your allies control the coordinate rolled: add 5 durability and 5 defenders to that coordinate (may surpass the maximum durability/defender limit by 5). If your opponents control the coordinate rolled: it loses 5 durability and 5 recruits (does not apply if the numbers would decrease past 0). You additionally unlock the coordinate.
Mobilize: Choose one of two options: 1. Send defenders from your stand-by or a friendly-base you control to any friendly-base on a coordinate that you have unlocked. 2. Assault an enemy-controlled coordinate that you have unlocked using defenders from your stand-by. Defenders must be deployed to a base before they can assault an enemy base.
POST IN THE WAR ROOM THREAD IF:
You build a new base on a coordinate You reinforce a friendly base You assign defenders to a base You assault a base You do damage to a base You destroy a base You use the Grandmaster Intelligence perk to affect a base
The time had finally come. After all those nights of planning, shaping up, etc etc, her training would have to be put to the test. Luxara was just itching to get to work doing what she did best. Which was fortunate, because her motley crew seemed to have training all over the place. It was a nice, big group, full of all sorts of kids. Even Forera got to tag along! This was going to be great.
After a quick once-over of their current location, some sort of fish market (ew, fish, why), she headed out to check out local territory. Three kids and their lusii would be perfectly fine while she was gone, and Luxara herself was small enough to wiggle past any patrolling rebels blocking her path along the way.
Luxara took more time getting back than she did scoping things out to begin with. It was hard to tell if that was a good or bad sign, considering. "Guyyyys!" she called when she finally returned. Quiet-ish time was over. "There's a neat building a little way's off! No one's camping there, either! And I could see our spot from the ROOF!" she pointed to the Museum of High Culture off in the distance. "Lookit that hoofbeast on top! Should we nab it?"

ETSALI is BUILDING! She is an Apprentice in Construction and rolls 2d6! She has 1 more action today!
So it was finally time to put some of that crazy training to use! Etsali could barely contain her excitement as she joined her new group. All three of her teammates seemed so interesting, so she was just sure they were going to be the best! And being the best meant winning the best rewards! Giggling a bit at the thought, the orangeblood gave their starting location a once-over to decide where to start. The fisherman's market maybe wasn't the best place for a home base, but hey, they could find free fish when they were hungry! The smell was kind of odd, but she'd been through enough garbage heaps in New Hemisect that bad smells barely fazed her anymore.
Yes, she could definitely work with this. "Don't make faces, guys! I'm gonna build us a home base right over here! It'll be perfect!" With a wave, she set to gathering materials to build onto one of the little market buildings. "Come on, Keeper, you can help me carry some stuff!" Eager to do as good a job as possible, she made sure her lusus helped out as well. It sure was nice that Keeper had hands instead of, like, hooves or something. Together they cobbled together a basic little starter base that maybe could have been a little better, but hey, there was still time to improve!
As she moved back to see what her teammates were up to, Luxara reappeared suddenly. She listened a moment, nodding, then lit up. "Yes! We should nab all of the buildings and see what's in them!"
Group Progress: Coordinates Unlocked: [5,2], [1,2] Defenders on Standby: N/A Result of Action: Base built at Fisherman's Market [5,2] with durability of 6!
Okay, well, she was always eager, sure, but still! Today she had even painted war markings on her face, a maniacal grin growing upon her cheeks when she heard Etsali was going to go get stuff and start construction. Her large eyes glistened in the light when she heard Luxara's words, body pulling itself up as she pushed her hair back and gave her a challenging grin. "Of COURSE we should, Luxy!" The tealblood said with a grin, putting on a bold smile. "What're we waitin' for! There's bases to build!!" Forera exclaimed, grabbing a hammer and slinging it onto her shoulder, rushing out to the area, eager to help out as much as she can. As soon as she arrived, she looked for supplies, then she quickly began to build.
Although it was small, it looked like it could take a few hits. New base acquired! She pulled out her walkie talkie and screamed-- "GUYYYYSSS I BUILT A NEW BASEE IN THE NEW PLACCEE!!"

VULPIN is RALLYING! He is an Apprentice in Recruiting and rolls 2d6! He has 1 more action today!
Vulpin wasn't really sure how he had gotten set up with these kids. But he liked them. They looked tough and he respected that. But they had some interesting tactics as far as building first bases was concerned. "Ugh, guys this place smells REALLY bad." Vulpin said, covering his nose with his hands. Why choose a fisherman's market?
The greenblood was already running off, didn't she think they should build a base? And the other two, splitting up like that? Well, just because these kids were tough didn't mean they were smart like him.
Vulpin climbed onto the back of his lusus. "Hey, I'm gonna go get help!" Vulpin shouted to the others. Like a couple of kids could hold down two forts by themselves. He supposed he could roughen up or otherwise convince some of the fisher trolls to help out their cause.
Group Progress: Coordinates Unlocked: Fisherman's Market, Museum of High Culture Defenders on Standby: 5 Result of Action: Recruited 5 defenders!
ETSALI is FORTIFYING! She is an Apprentice in Construction and rolls 2d6! She has no more actions today!
Forera wasn't the only one excited about new places! Etsali rolled back and forth on her heels a minute, considering, and then immediately decided that her lovely little Marketplace base was looking perfectly sturdy. Although maybe a little more sturdy than the last time she'd looked? She squinted at it, then shrugged and took off after the other girls. It wasn't like spontaneously upgraded bases were a bad thing, right?
Forera was already whipping up a new base when she got there, and she flashed her an approving grin before zeroing in on the old sign standing before the building. This wasn't just any new building! This was a museum! Everyone knew all the best heists were on museums! Oh, she could just imagine what was waiting insiiiide! "Hey guys, I'm gonna, um, fortify this one! Yes!"
And off she went inside. Several horrifying moments later, she stumbled back outside and began boarding it up instead because what she'd found inside had been too weird to handle. Who would want to steal gross tentacle statues? Not this troll, that was who. Shuddering, she considered her work, then turned to begin the process of finding her team again.
Group Progress: Coordinates Unlocked: Fisherman's Market, Museum of High Culture Defenders on Standby: 5 Result of Action: Museum durability +11 for total of 13!
When Luxara had gotten back from her first escapade, she checked out what everyone was doing not long after her announcement. Someone had made a base! A good landmark to use to find her way back in the future. The poncho guy was...gone, in the meantime? Huh.
But the two girls who were still around LOVED the idea of capitalizing on Luxara's discovery! She puffed up with pride. "Well, if you guys INSIST-" But Forera was already running off to the museum!
"Uhhhh- For? Can you-" Nope. Forera was happily running off into the horizon."Forrrrr! Wait for meeee!" She rushed after the tealblood, coattails flying behind her. With nothing else going on at the fishers' market, they might as well buddy-system back to the new find! If you could call this the buddy system. It didn't take too long for Luxara to catch up, at least.
Forera seemed more interested in getting to work than chatting, however. While slightly deflated, Luxara did admire that resolve. She stayed and watched for a little bit, seeing if she could help any, but For totally had this under control.
So! That left plenty of opportunity to explore some!
She didn't have to wander very far before she found something interesting indeed. HEMISECT CRYPTS. What the heck was a crypt? Luxara stepped inside. She looked about warily, and eventually came upon an old sign explaining the point of the place. So, stuffed dead trolls were supposed to be here. Huh. If that's what people were into, she guessed. She turned around to leave. There was a figure standing in a darkened hall. Luxara jumped back, falling right on her butt. Stagdad, always the silent companion, charged at the spook, goring...stuffing? Oh. It was one of the taxidermied trolls. CREEPY.
She ollied out of THAT one as quick as she could. Couldn't trust that weird place any.
Luxara headed towards the fisherman's market next, riding Stagdad past the neighboring restaurant and up into a place she had been eyeing when she was on top of the museum before. It was some huge, strange...ring? High walls, lots of seats. She stopped in the center of it all and looked around. Was this some sort of arena? That would explain a lot. It sure felt spacious, but the looming walls just screamed NO WAY IN NO WAY OUT. That didn't stop her from checking out the seating arrangements, though!
This was actually a pretty neat place. Nice natural lighting. No stuffed bodies. Not spooky. Time to make a report!
She rode back through the night, hoping Forera was still working on the new base. "FOR! FORRRRR! I FOUND STUFF! SO MUCH STUFF! There's some crypt place that's REALLY weird and I don't like it but I think it's empty? Maybe? But a dead troll was following me so I don't...I don't know! But there's an arena between here and the market and it's HUGE and NEAT and maybe we can use them? As bases or whatever?"
Group Progress: Coordinates Unlocked: [5,2] [1,2] [3,2] [1,1] Defenders on Standby: 5 Result of Action: Discovered Hemisect Crypts and Gladiatorial Showground!
Forera was never one for waiting on others, and though she was excited to talk and get to know her friend better, it was a bit of a challenge considering they were doing SO MUCH STUFF at once!! And for once the tealblood at to zip up her mouth a work. When Luxy disappeared Forera didn't mind it, and after she finished watching Etsali reinforce the place, the girl turned toward Luxara who had just arrived and blinked at her. Her words... a new place?? "Oh mygoosshh REALLY?!" She squealed, grabbing Luxara's arm and tugging her along with her-- "You have GOT to show me that battle area majiggy, oohhmyygoosshh!" She giggled, sweat smudging her warpaint as she followed Luxara's directions to reach the arena.
As soon as she arrived, the girl started freaking out.
It was an ARENA! In the FLESH! (Like, not in the flesh, but, like, in the FLESH, you know?! She was seeing it with her OWN EYES!!) "This is so so so COOOOL!" She shrieked, looking around, bright eyes wandering from the seats to the arena, practically imagining the glorious fights that could be taking place in the wondrous area.
Could be.
Right now, this place was a building ground. Forera shook off her stupor and cracked her back muscles. "I'm going to make this into one HELL of a base, Luxara!" She exclaimed, grinning widely and starting to grab materials from around the area, beginning to build an AMAZING BASE!!!

VULPIN is MOBILIZING his troops! He has no actions left today.
Vulpin couldn't believe that he had rounded up so many fishmongers from those stalls. They took a little bargaining, but Vulpin was a genius at bargaining. He led the new defenders to the market base, only to discover that it was already heavily fortified. Vulpin furled his eyebrows and bit his bottom lip. How dare they be doing so well without him. He was trying to be a great help to this team.
He climbed to the top of a watch tower and looked at the progress of their museum base. He laughed out loud, totally sure that the other base couldn't be in nearly as good of condition as the market b— WHAT?? How could they have built two impressive bases while he was gone? And over in the distance, what was that? Were they building a third? His cheeks puffed with anger and he bit his lip once more, this time enough to draw blood.
Vulpin moved his recruits to the newest base and told them to stay put and guard. He power walked to the two midblood girls working on the base. "HEY." he shouted at them. "When was anyone going to tell me that all this" he motioned to the general area of the base, "was happening." He put his hands on his hips and huffed. "We have walkie-talkies for a reason, you know," he said patronizingly.

This whole warpaint thing Rera had going on kind of failed Luxara's comprehension. Was it supposed to help her blend in...? Intimidate the enemy? Or was it just for fun? Everyone had their kicks, she supposed. Even if it didn't make any sense.
Her reaction was absolutely stellar, making Luxara smile as wide as she could in excitement and pride. She was so HELPFUL! It was AWESOME! Go TEAM!
While Forera was building away, Luxara decided to take a well-earned break. She hung out, watching and nattering away while nuzzled up with Stagdad. Maybe she'd eventually go see what was going on with the other team members...what were their names again?
Luxara was trying so hard to get their names (they were on the tip of her tongue she could FEEL it), looking up at the sky with a scrunched face, when Vulpin stomped in. His footsteps caught her attention, and she smiled to see that he had found them without needing any help. "Hi-"
And then the poncho kid want BALLISTIC. Her smile faltered just a smidge. The rest of it was kind of lingered as she cocked her head in confustion. Was it really such a big deal? "...Oh. Uh. I forgot about those." Luxara never really needed to use a radio before during her city excursions, and generally preferred to keep it off. The buzzing tone could just get so GRATING.
"Well SHOOT, yeah. I guess I screwed up there. I'm just so used to RUNNING everywhere that I don't even think about this stuff sometimes! Heck, I even rode to the WACKY thing on the back of my LUSUS! Sometimes you just get so set in your ways, y'know? Habits and stuff. But we DID get a lot done...and with how I'm all over the place I SHOULD be letting you guys know what's up, especially if I end up in a jam or something. Or if something happens over here, so. Yeah. I'm gonna to try my best to work with the system! It was so silly of me not to. Sorry for not letting you know about any of this stuff." Luxara shrugged, with a sheepish grin, to boot. "But ANYWAYS, here's the news: we have these three bases, right? Museum, fish market, arena. All pretty close to each other! I ALSO found this place called a CRYPT which is creepy. But empty. So we should probably build there, too? Maybe? I dunno. Better than letting someone else take it, right?
IIIII think that's all there is to report? Oh! And I haven't seen you for a while! Not even when I got back to the fish market! What have you been up to this whole time? Did you find anything cool? Something great to help us out, I bet!" Luxara actually looked excited to see if Vulpin had been working hard like the rest of them. Maybe he had discovered some neat places like she had! That would explain a lot!
Posted: Sun Aug 17, 2014 11:14 pm
Well, the greenblood appeared to have some common sense in apologizing. It was rather dangerous for a kid to be running around unsupervised like that, even if it did come to the teams advantage. Whatever may happen to her should she not work on her flaws, well that wasn't Vulpin's problem. Should she get culled or maimed, well, it was simply out of his reach.
"Where have I been?" Vulpin repeated. He crossed his arms. "For your information, I have been rallying trolls in the area to defend these new bases I just learned about." The corner of his lip curled up into a sneer. "How do you expect four children to protect three, no you're planning four bases?"
Vulpin shook his head. What a ridiculous notion. Though, he kind of did want to build his own base to prove himself. Maybe this creepy crypt place could work for him? "Now, what was that about a crypt?" Vulpin asked, "we should probably scout it out a bit more before establishing a base, why a place like that could be littered with rebels." He stood tall for what he was about to say next. "But I am not going to let either of you run off there on your own. One of you is going with me."
Forera felt extremely proud of her bases-- she was so tempted to call them her "babies" for some reason, they were so sturdy and strong! That other girl seemed she was a pro at stuff like that!! It was awesome, she felt great, like she could build EVERYTHING!
Then the little skinny kid in the poncho came and acted rude. Even after Luxy apologized. Her face curled with irritation, first for ruining such a light hearted and happy mood, but also for acting like they couldn't take care of themselves because they weren't notifying through the walkie talkie. Forera flared her pointed nose, dropped her utensils, puffed her chest and let out a small hiss. Rounding on Vulpin, the teal blood eyed him up and down, eyes as attentive as a snakes. "First of all!! I SCREAMED in the telephonie talky when I made the new base. It isn't anyone but YOUR fault that YOUU didn't hear it." She huffed, crossing her arms.
"You weren't fast enough with your little recruiting thingy bobber, you coulda helped us build stuff! But you got some stupid trolls, how're you so sure they're not here to try'nd take over out base? 'nd how many of em?" Forera counted them from afar, irritation prevalent in her features. "5. Five trolls on what was supposed to be a hyyyuge amount. And then y'commaround here, to let yer anger out on us. Sounds like yer just a wiggler who needs his lusi to take him everywhere!" She rolled her eyes, continuing with her work. "Go by yerself, Luxy is stayin' with me. I'll 'keep you updated.'" She mocked defiantly, turning away from him and continuing with the building.

Vulpin is BUILDING! He has no worthwhile training in construction and rolls 1d6! He has 1 action remaining.
Vulpin hunched his shoulders up and stared at the defiant tealblood. His eyes went wide, his face flushed and he cocked his head slightly so his little nose pointed up. Sly knew that look well. "Why you little—" was all Vulpin could choke out before being scooped up by his lusus. He kicked and punched the air, struggling and screaming at his lusus to let him go. The large woofbeast hurriedly carried his charge out of the stadium.
Tired and defeated by the time they reached the Hemisect Crypts, Vulpin sniffled. His eyes were bright and irritated. "Sly, why did you have to embarrass me like that?" he asked his lusus. The girls would never let him live that down. The lusus stopped and placed his charge near a large pile of skulls. He barked and howled at the boy, and Vulpin understood. He was just trying to protect him. Sly then directed the boy to build his base here.
Oh, Vulpin would build a base. It would be the best base those girls had ever seen! Made out of the strongest, finest materials, maybe decorate it with these bodies to make it more threatening. Ooh, that was a good idea. Vulpin put up a few spikes and put whatever dead looking things he could on them. He made it as presentable as possible, trying to make the fake bodies look less fake. His lusus was disappointed. He was supposed to be building a proper base, not a torture chamber!
