General- -
Follow shop rules and Gaia ToS Be respectful. Everyone's entitled to their own opinion. OOC drama doesn't belong in here. If you don't think you can keep your post IC then take some time to cool off first.
Roleplay- -
Please be literate! No chatspeak/threadspeak, take the time to properly write your replies. The occasional one-liner is understandable; just don't make it a habit! Godmoding is a no; all foxes have flaws. No controlling others foxes either unless you obtain their owner's permission! Keep OOC to a minimum and be sure to use some kind of indicator. Try to be realistic. There are things foxes can't do, and they're not always going to be successful in everything they undertake. A few failures makes the story more interesting!
Tribe- -
Redoing this. Anyone is able to join tribe though, even adults.

About- -
The foundation of the Perma Pack's creation is based on two simple words, the concepts of which are things often taken for granted but that permakits traditionally have trouble finding. Family. Permakits are different. They look like kits and physically they are kits, but mentally and emotionally they can be just as mature as adults. Many are without families and live either alone or in pairs. Even those few living as part of a group or with blood-relatives may at times feel isolated, left behind, or in the way. It is difficult for anyone but another permakit to truly empathize with their situation and the inherent loneliness of the species. The Perma Pack is a permakit-essential environment, lending a sense of unity and equality to the group and giving permakits a much-needed feeling of importance. Members are bound by the genuine desire to be a part of something bigger and to feel like they are truly accepted for what they are.
Home. Permakits tend to be lonely creatures. They're often abandoned, and if raised by their birth parents they rarely keep in touch with them later in life. They almost never have siblings. Some get themselves adopted into small family units, some join tribes, but there can still be the issue of being treated like kits. The Pack strives to be a giant family, one bound not by blood but by a common purpose, respect, and affection. No one is left out and everyone is cared for.
These concepts are what form the heart of the tribe, but they do not limit the tribe. Anyone who feels they are alone in the world and in need of family and home are welcomed, so long as they treat everyone with equality and respect.
Deity- -
Modeity of Children, Nameless While not all permakits act child-like they all still inhabit the bodies of children, and thus are favored by her. Once a year they hold a celebration to honor her.
Modeity of Bonds(Friendship), Nameless The Pack is a family forged from, not romance or blood, but bonds of friendship and mutual understanding. These bonds hold them together and bind them as tight as any blooded family. Once a year they hold a celebration to enforce and renew these bonds, that they never take them for granted.
Celebrations- -
Spring Cleaning On the first day of spring old bedding is taken out of their dens and disposed of. The Pack spends the entire day collecting new grasses and herbs to line their dens.
Kid's Day On the last day of spring the hunters and gatherers bring in enough food to last the whole Pack for two days. On the first day of summer the entire Pack gets together to play games, feast, and run around being silly like true kids. At the end of the day they make offerings and give thanks to the Modeity of Children. The next day is spent in leisure recovering from the festivities.
Bond's Day The festival takes place after the first snow of the year falls, or on winter solstice if it is a warm year. The entire Pack travels north as a team to the forest's edge to spend the night together in a communal den. The next morning they gather extra nesting materials from the forest floor before heading back onto the plains together.

Territory
The Perma Pack lives on the plains, hidden by the tall grasses. An underground river bubbles to the surface in spots to create springs. To the East and South the plains continue, giving way to savannahs and deserts further off the map. To the West is a river before the plains give way to rolling hills. To the North is forest, mountains, and a vast lake from which the river flows from.
(Not very pretty or distance accurate XD I just wanted to give a general idea)
The Pack's main base is in the very middle of their territory, which is split into four zones.
Base Located deep in the plains. The Pack lives in an series of underground burrows, which are cool in the summer, warm in the winter, and hide them predators or intruders. The dens are stuffed with dried grasses and fragrent herbs to hide their scent and repel bugs. Paths and even small clearings are worn into the ground, but well-hidden by the grass.
North Zone This zone has the most varieties for hunting and gathering. The Pack has a large communal den here that can hold the whole Pack in case they ever need to evacuate the plains, and for their Bond's Day celebration. Guardians live at and patrol the forest edge since this is where intruders most often appear from.
West Zone This zone contains the river which, while too wide and fast to safely cross, provides water, fish, and a variety of small plants and herbs. The Pack keeps emergency dens here in case drought dries up the springs, so they don't have to travel as far for water.
South Zone This zone is the most isolated of the four, with very little prey. It contains one of the three springs used by the tribe. The Pack uses this zone for most of its gatherings and festivals.
East Zone This zone contains two of the three springs used by the tribe. There is an abundance of small animals here, making it a good area for hunting.

The wolf symbolizes the loyalty of the pack, the celitic knot symbolies the timeless nature of the spirit.
All members are required to get this tattoo to become an official member. It can be anywhere on the body and in any color, as long as it is visible. If a member is truly against tattooing Ilthyia will allow a member to wear the symbol as a charm on a necklace or earring. Tribal jewelry can be anything decorated with wolf fangs, wolf claws, or celtic knots.
While kits aren't known for modifications, tattoos and jewelry are allowed as long as they don't cover the tribal tattoo.
Members
● Elder Elder of the Perma Pack. Makes decisions for the Pack and organizes events. Able to communicate with the Deities on the Pack's behalf. - -Ilithyia
● Shaman [1/2] Shamans have the ability to use small amounts of elemental magick. Their main job is to alert the Pack to disturbances such as storms, droughts, or grass fires, and ensure the Pack's safety. Shamans also care for the sick and injured. - -Mendel
● Hunters [1/∞] Hunters have hightened senses, can move faster, and can sense other Modifoxes quicker and more accurately than other Pack members. It is the Hunter's job to provide the Pack with meat and to monitor prey population to keep from overhunting an area. - -Astor
● Gatherers [2/∞] Gatherers have the ability to use ultrasonic-like pules, to check surrounding areas for food and other usual materials. Their job is to gather materials for the Shamans and Carers, help the Hunters and the Scouts, and collect food or things of use for the Pack. - -Dot, Geni
● Scouts [1/8] Scouts have the ability to use telepathy, in order to send news faster. The telepathy is one way, unless they are talking to another Scout or an Elder. They serve as messengers for the Pack and help the Hunters and Gatherers. Scouts also patrol Pack lands and borders for intruders. The territory is divided into four sections, with two Scouts assigned to each section. - -(North) Kestral - -(Eart) - -(South) - -(West)
● Carers [0/3] Carers have the ability to sense auras and to calm other Modifoxes when they are in distress, and can also communicate with kits that are still in BCR stage to soothe them. They can aid healing and spending time with the Carers means that a Modifox's wounds can be treated faster and leave minimal scarring, so they frequently help the Shamans with sick and injured. Because of the nuturing, motherly nature of the job, Carers often find themselves acting as surrogate mothers (or fathers!) for some of their members. - -
● Members Members have no specific jobs to attend to, but use their talents and skills help support the Pack however needed. - -Phosphorous, Jurian, Elfi, Hermia
● Guardians Guardians protect and serve the entire Pack. - -Kiyo

Q&A
If you have a question about anything just send a PM to jinxgirl5. The question and answer will be posted here.
Can fully-grown foxes join the tribe? - No, you must be a kit to join.
Can normal kits join the tribe? - Not unless they use a growth stop ring.
Can permakits have relationships? - A permakit might be mentally and emotionally mature, but physically they're still children and thus have no romantic desires. They may have crushes or form strong bonds but the feelings will always be platonic.
What exactly does platonic mean? - A close relationship between two persons in which sexual desire is nonexistent or has been suppressed or sublimated.
