        Materialistic, believes she deserves more than she has
        Morally ambiguous (or thinks she is, anyway, but deep down she's just a girl and can't handle actually screwing anyone over)
        Eager to believe she can ascend the ranks and quick to believe anyone who'll reinforce those beliefs
        Thinks her father loves her less and is bitter as F about that
        Is probably aware that Logan is using unlawful means to keep their family afloat, but is also bitter that he hasn't succeeded in providing as much as she wants
        ADORES her uncle Lucian
        Steals things that make her feel higher class (Lucian will probably convince her to go thieving with him by telling her he can get her hitched to a nobleman)
        Thinks she's street-smart and sly --> which Lucian finds entirely too amusing because, no girl, you're not
        Puts on ^that persona, but really is quite confused as to who she is --> because she's definitely not Ellara (who, apparently, is perfect), but she doesn't know how to get dad to love/approve of her
        OH ALSO she is bitter because Ellara can apparently effortlessly attract men (whom she'll smile at and entertain but also always say no to) and AFFORD to say no because dahil she's got so many and Auriel's putting all her feminine wiles to use without as much luck (but really this is probs because she's flirting with men who are too rich for her) --> she thinks El is playing hard to get and being all coy and UGH but really El just has her priorities in order and wants to take care of her family
