Minerva could feel herself getting stronger, learning and training out in the desert making her stronger. She was learning to channel her magic, to contain it and then unleash hell upon her enemy. Too bad her mother could not teach her this kind of thing. Her mother had spoken to her very little on her training, most of it being informal since she was a scholar. She’s told Minerva to train; there was no better teacher than one’s self. She’s been right; out here she had to learn quickly or else be killed. Fail and be killed. A split second decision could end you.
The Hybrid was bent on becoming more powerful, why she had such a drive she did not know. Perhaps with her father missing there was no one to protect her mother, the Mara had entered the celestial plane and they had retreated. She had been weak then, a lost little girl that had to be saved by Karayan. She did not want to be helpless as her mother was, no instead she would be a powerful force herself. When the Mara returned she would be ready and she knew they would return one day. Minerva awaited this day eagerly, she would slay many.
For now though, the Hybrid Dovaa picked another target. She’d changed up her strategy a bit and now was taking on this dragon head on. She’s also learned to use a mix of both Diabi and Kiandri magic which seemed to make her double as powerful than when she used only a single ability by itself. When she put both her halves together, she felt like she could do anything in the world. The black lightening ripped out of her hand and found its target dead on. The Kiandri died soon after leaving behind it’s prize. Minerva smiled and picked it up. It was time to visit Marcus.
