Unwilling to give up, Minerva continued to search the dessert. She was of course still avoiding the larger dragons, she’d just gotten her butt handed to her previously and she did not want to repeat the event. At least though, the impression she was getting was that Kiandri were great foes which meant her magic could be very powerful, she just needed a bit of training. This was what she was after now, she thought of her time here less as hunting and more like training. It hurt less to think of it this way anyway.
The next target Minerva picked up was another one of the larger dragons, yet this one seemed slow. It was sunbathing and partly covered in sand, Minerva had actually been unsure if it was a dragon or not before getting closer and realizing what it was. But once she spotted it she decided it would make a great target, so Minerva thought he first punch per say and sent the beast into a roaring rage after her. She did not back down though, not instead she faced it head on, dodging when she could and barely getting hit at all by what it was throwing at her.
Once again, Minerva gathered up the dark energies within her, mixing it with her Kiandri magic and blasting off a dark lightning strike towards the dragons head. The beast was hurled back a few feet like last time an did not get up. As Minerva approached she knew it was dead and went to collect her prize. A smirk splayed on her lips, another KIandri orb to bring back to Marcus and prove to him and everyone that she was not a weak Hybrid. She was strong and he would not accept to be treated otherwise by anyone.
