Stalking the edges of the forest where the Resistance made it's home, Chariklo was in full Princess form, flexing and testing her wings. She couldn't keep this form for very long. It was tiring and she knew her aura expanded. And since she didn't really know exactly how far reaching the Negaverses' ability to read auras was...
No, it was better to flicker between forms for a few seconds each time. And never twice in the exact same spot.
She gave her wings a final stretch before snapping them shut and shifting back into her eternal form.
Welp. Now what.

Chronos generally stayed in her senshi form when on Guard duty. Even though it would be easier to access the Opal Crystal; the Crystal of Protection and the reason why she stood in the Guard, it also meant that the spike in energy required a few more cats to help dampen her aura.
Plus, she could easily switch to her Princess form in case of an emergency.
...An energy signature, one not of Order, flared in the distance, and instinctively, the Zodiac Princess reacted, pink butterfly wings emerging as she peered into the distance, attempting to figure out who the intruder (or at least someone attempting to intrude) was.

A flaring Order aura cught Chariklo's attention and she froze in place. It wasn't Ida. She didn't know who it was and as such, she could have smacked herself. Stupid, she thought. She tended to forget that there were guards out in the woods. Clearly one of those was a Royal. And Chariklo was fairly certain whoever it was was reacting to her.
Rather than cause any further alarm, the Dark Mirror stayed where she was and waited. The other would find her soon enough and then she could explain herself.
Simple as that.

Whoever it was, it was not engaging her. Chronos thought it best to intercept the owner of the energy signature she had sensed herself, before they had time to call for backup. She might be a Princess, and a holder of a Crystal, but fighting off numerous enemies was a cumbersome business all the same.
With a nod towards a nearby Guardian Cat, she moved forward, narrowing her eyes into the distance. "Who's there? What is your purpose here?"

Fighting back the urge to be a complete smartass, Chariklo decided that her best option was to be completely upfront with whoever-it-was.
"Name's Chariklo, currently a Dark Mirror Princess," she called back with just a hint of challenge in her voice. "You can talk with Princess Ida or Knight Hvergelmir if you wanna check my refs. They'll tell you I'm cool."
As for her purpose... what? A girl could go literally stretch her wings out once in a while? Behave, she reminded herself. Try not to say anything too stupid.
"Who're you?"

A Dark Mirror Princess.
Chronos remembered all too well when they had aided in the Negaverse's attack to the Surrounding, when they had somehow managed to slip in through their special form of mirror teleportation. But they were certainly still a separate faction of their own aside from the Negaverse; the Dark Mirror Court did not exactly enjoy the widespread publicity the Negaverse had gotten, nor had it been condemned as terrorists.
It was a strange alliance. If one could even call it that.
The names of her own allies seemed to roll easily enough off Chariklo's tongue, but Chronos only regarded her with a cool stare. "I am Princess Chronos of the Zodiac Court."

Staring back just as coolly, but with a slightly defiant twist to her lips, Chariklo leaned back on a tree and decided that in this case, diplomacy could take a short hike. Especially since she knew so very little about the Zodiac Court.
"Ease up there, Your Highness. What the hell's a Zodiac Court? Like the Zodiac Killer or astrology and all that sort of thing?"
As she continued to stare down at this slender, green haired woman, a flicker of memory surfaced involving the name Chronos and she had to start laughing.
"Holy shitballs, you're the one Monkey Boy was mooning about. His delicate and wonderous angel or whatever it was he called you. Well, ******** me sideways, five plus years and I finally get to meet the girl that Mr. Short Shorts was so loopy about."
Her sneer settled into a far more friendly smile as she did her best to remember that encounter. She remembered shorts. Oh those little shorts...

For a moment, Chronos looked confused and entirely unsure of what Chariklo was talking about. Who exactly was it she had met that knew of her, and had thought of her too highly-- oh.
Shorts.
Only one person fit that description of that whom she was familiar with. "Neso." She uttered quietly. "You've... met the Senshi of Summer, I take it?"

"Neso!" Chariklo nodded happily, a wide grin appearing on her face. "That's the dude. We sort of teamed up once. Good dude."
Glancing around almost hopefully, the tall Dark Mirror wondered if he was out in the forest too. She wouldn't mind running into him again and talking about surfing again. Not that she'd had all that many opportunities to surf since the takeover...
"Don't suppose he's around with you? Dude was completely gaga about you, y'know," she added cheerfully.
