Hobbies
Surfing: There's nothing better than getting up early in the morning, putting on a wet suit and ripping through some waves. Océanne loves water and swimming lessons just got too easy for her, so she asked her parents one day at the beach if she could get surfing lessons. She took to them quite easily, and now it's one of her favorite things to do. She hasn't been able to go out surfing much since she moved to the city to go to school, but she does try to go out on weekends as much as possible.
Sea shell collecting: Her grandmother was the one to introduce her to collecting seashells, and living by the beach younger allowed her to be able to pick up the hobby too. She keeps some in small fish bowls arranging them with some sand from places she's traveled to and shells she collected from the same place. She's recently decided to try and sell her mini fishbowls by pouring some epoxy to keep it together.
Virtues
Lawful: People may have different ideas on what is right and wrong but rules are there to be followed. Being an avid believer in law and order she keeps to the rules that society has created. Even if she doesn't like some of the rules that have been implemented by the world leaders that won't stop her from making sure she and even others adhere to them.
Headstrong: It means she does not let things deter her from her goals. Even if Oceanne has to face things that would stop most people. She keeps on going, gets right back onto that horse. Someone tells her it's too dangerous to go save that person in the water from the shark, you can bet your bottom dollar she's going in to save that stranger!
Calm: Being a lifeguard with people's lives on the line, it tends to change you. When things get hectic, Oceanne breezes through the chaos with a calmness that is very odd. Where as some people might freak out over something, she likes to keep her head on and just breath it out so she can figure out what the problem is and root out the problem. People who try to push her buttons are ignored, and insults slide over her like they've never touched her.
Flaws
Perfectionist: If a job is worth doing then it’s worth doing well, in fact there is no reason to produce anything but the best of your ability. That being said, if Oceanne dos something and it doesn't live up to her standards she will trash it because she gets stuck on little details. Group projects for example, are a complete nightmare because she'll ask you to restart until she's satisfied and sometimes she'll even do it for you!
Vindictive: When someone wrongs Oceanne or someone she deeply cares for, there will be no mercy for them. She will go out of her way to make the person who wronged her feel remorse about what they did. She is not below petty insults or dragging the persons name through the mud. Once the person apologizes, and she feels it is sincere, it will take her a while to not be mad at them, but at least she isn't going out of her way to punish them.
Over Protective: After Oceanne lost someone to drowning, she became over protective of everyone around her. She'll tell you not to do something if she feels it's too dangerous, she'll stick out her arm to stop you before a green light just to make sure you're not run over by a car.This side of her can get pretty annoying really fast, and it doesn't help that she watches everyone like a hawk 24/7 when they're around her.

 SAILOR VAISALA Sailor Scout Attack: Counter-illumination
Väisälä brings her hands over her heart and crosses them over each other. She will begin to blend with the shadows and a blue light will begin to emit from where her hands are. This ability is used to camouflage herself in dark areas (making it seem like she's not quite there) or to bring in prey like an anglerfish. At this stage a slight sillouette of Väisälä can be seen when one looks closely, they can see her. This ability lasts for 30 seconds, used twice times, unless she moves then the ability is cancelled out. Super Sailor Scout Attack: Double Counter-illumination
Väisälä brings her hands over her heart and crosses them over each other. She will begin to blend with the shadows and a blue light will begin to emit from where her hands are. This time she is able to slightly bob the light to attract prey if she wishes it. It is also much harder to see her. This ability lasts 45 seconds, used only twice, unless she moves then the ability is cancelled out (greater movement then the light movement she does).
Eternal Sailor Attack: Illuminate
Väisälä brings her hands together in front of her and then seperates them. This releases a cloud of shimmering blue light to confuse the enemy. This light shimmers and starts to slowly blink then picks up speed as it ends. This allows for a surprise attack or a way of escape for Väisälä. This attack can be used twice times in battle and lasts 60 seconds with a radius of 2 meters.
