Noira has never spoken of her past so a lot of it has been left a mystery. Many rumors have been spread about how she came to be who she is now. The most common one is that she was originally a lowly demon servant to a much higher demon. She was forced to work with him and suffered abuse from him for years on end. That is until she snapped and eventually brutally murdered the demon and ate his soul. Her true background remains unknown and it seems that Noira wants to keep it that way.
What is known is that about 5 years back, Noira began to be known by both humans and non humans as a being to be feared. Over time, Noira has created a group of followers (like a cult). These beings are bound in a sort of contract to Noira and must stay loyal to her and hey alone. Her followers make the occasional appearances while Noira rarely makes an appearance, that is until the Three eyes were killed.
Abilities/Powers: (Up to 8 )
+Alpha Black blood: A much stronger version of the Black Blood in Crona that originates from the Machinists. This is Noira's main way of attacking, using it as a defense and offense. Due getting a vast majority of it stolen by Saint Clara, Noira's abilities are slightly limited at the moment but she can create shields, wings, and projectiles with her blood. So far, she has been the only one capable of holding the black blood as anyone else who gets it in their system will suffer a rather painful death involving the black blood literally eating away at the person from the inside out.
+Black Blood Sword (depicted in her image above): The main form her remaining black blood takes most of the time. This sword is a solid form of her blood as well as her wavelength and is capable of cutting through just about anything. Noira is able to focus her resonance force into the blade and launch powerful attacks from close quarters and far away as well as split it into ten blades and launch them at an enemy and control their trajectory and movements at will. Those that get cut by it fortunately do not get infested with black blood.
+Regenerative abilities: Being a kishin, Noira is able to heal at a quicker rate.
+Portals: Noira can create portals to go to different locations as well as use them to absorb attacks and send them somewhere else.
+Black Seal: Whenever a new member is added to her cult, Noira creates a seal on their hand to prove their loyalty, it also counts as a sort of leash for them so that they can not be double agents for the DWMA, if they disobey, the seal will shock them or even kill them if needed by injecting the Blackwing with black blood and devouring them. With permission, the black blood can also temporarily transfer its energy to Noira to give her a power boost.
+Black Wavelength: Noira has quite impressive control over her wavelength and resonance. She is able to temporarily build it up and launch it at an enemy, creating a powerful blast of energy.
Personality: Noira seems to be a very calm and collective person, being very elegant in speech and movements. Though she is shown to be very calm, at the drop of a dime she can become a very hostile enemy. She lacks empathy towards just about anyone she doesn't know and is ruthless during fights. She also sometimes enjoys teasing enemies by putting on a fake kind front with her signature smile usually appearing quite cold. She is not completely heartless though. Noira usually treats her fellow Blackwings with respect, seeing them as powerful allies. Recently, she has even acted as a sort of elder sister figure to one of the newer members, Vincent and since the battle of Death City, Noira has seemed to gain a sort of genuine romantic affection for Miles, something rather new for her since Noira has never seemed to have had any romantic feelings for anyone in the past.
